I ordered the new BBQ brisket Whopper Jr. at the Parkdale Mall location and when I took my burger out and looked inside there was no brisket, not even one piece. Very disappointing. I paid for brisket and got none at all. I called the restaurant several times and they didn't answer.

Don't know what's going on in the morning, but the crew working has been putting out cones to block off the 24hr drive through every day for the last 2 work weeks between 6am and 7am at the very least. Whoever owns this franchise location you might as well be closed for breakfast and save yourself the money. Your crew is worthless

11am, I'm the ONLY customer in the restaurant, on my phone 10ft from the TV that's on the farthest dining room wall from the kitchen. The manager comes out with the TV remote and turns up the volume so they can hear it back in the kitchen. Absolutely no understanding of customer service. POOR MANAGEMENT‼️

Was bad took 30 mins to get a two burger order and UT is not even busy. You need new management at that store. I watched some one clock in then went out side for 20 mins store needs help

⭐️ 1 Star should be 0 Absolutely disgusting experience. The inside of this Burger King was filthy and completely unkept. The food I was served had mold on it, which is beyond unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service was terrible—rude, slow, and unhelpful. This was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, and I will never go back. Avoid this location at all costs.

The place reeked like malmanaged meat shop. The staff was rude and the coke tasted like overdose of chlorine. Onion rings were soggy. We live in houston and we were passing through when we stopped to grab a bite. One thing that I must tell is that the trash can is across the parking lot on other side patch if grass.

Metro Killer

This location constantly and consistently cannot offer fast service at night. As a food service worker myself I understand what it's like to be in the weeds, especially on the weekends, but atleast try to have some speed and good quality, don't take 30-40 minutes to service 3 cars in the drive thru then hand out cold, soggy, overcooked burgers and stale fries. Overall, coming here at night when there's more than 2 cars in the drive thru is a Disappointing experience, would not recommend.

Imagine sitting in the drive thru for 30 MINUTES to be served this GARBAGE. The girl who served me was super sweet. Whoever is the cook needs to open a book or two.

What is this really? Stopped for a late lunch and highly upset. Someone eat some of the patty? Cold meat, hardly would melt any cheese. On both? Not even toasted buns and they were hard as a rock. Drive thru guy was awesome! Mist be a new hire cuz everyone is usually rude or barely speaks. Onion rings were hot. Thanks for a half job.

My first ever review on anything because it is just that bad! This is the last time I will spend my money at this location. They were extremely rude in the drive thru tonight and when I got home THIS is what the spicy Ch’King sandwich looked like! Dry as leather and all breading. So glad I looked at it first before getting food poisoning!

I ordered a fish sandwich on my was to meet up with someone. It was a long wait and when i got my food and met up with my friend i was highly dissappointed. They had taken fish that looked like it had been previously cooked and cooked it again. If it wasn't dark, i would have taken it back. I will never go back again. The staff was lacking courtesy also. I also plan to submit commentary to their corporate office.
