This place is a pretty decent fast food joint. Clean, efficient, with friendly staff. Side note: Del Taco chocolate shakes are some of the best in fast food.

Who doesn't like Del Taco? Anytime of day or night and even late night you can get the best fries , yes they are crinkle cut fries. with some mild hot sauce for dipping them. Depending on what time of day/night , you might have a little wait or not even hardly wait. They still have one of the best , if not the best value deals. And always go BOLD on your burritos. Went through the drive thru. The service was good. The food was really bad. fries were staled and cold. The meat tasted bad. I should of just went to the cherry valley del taco.

I placed an online order ahead of time to save time, but once again, when I got home, the main item I ordered—my epic burrito—was missing. This was the only thing I ordered for dinner tonight. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened. I don’t live close to the restaurant, so going back to fix the issue isn’t convenient. I did send someone else to pick up the order, and in hindsight, we should’ve just ripped the seals and checked everything before leaving. But with the bags taped shut, we assumed the order was correct. It’s frustrating that you never get anything extra by accident, but missing items seem to be a recurring problem—especially at this location. I hope management sees this and takes it seriously. Please ensure your team is properly trained to double-check orders before sealing them. Fast food isn’t cheap anymore, and customers deserve to get what they paid for. Thank you.

It was 10:00 p.m. on a Tuesday when we ordered 2 large fries costing over $8 and received only one napkin and one packet of ketchup. We were told that additional ketchup would cost extra. I also asked for a fork, but it was not provided. I’m always concerned when a restaurant cannot maintain basic supplies like napkins and condiments.

Stopped by here on are way through. The most horrible food I've ever had from Del Taco the food was so greasy the paper was saturated with oil. Our soft tacos were drenched in grease. The customer service is very rude. Maybe you should stop in as a owner and see why this is happening. A total waste of money

Orders Always Wrong, Cold Food, Rude Service. I Stop Going For A While And Decide To Give Another Chance Just For It To Be The Same Experience. If You’re Looking For Good FRESH Food, Good Service, And The Right Order I Recommend Driving The Extra 10 Minutes To The Banning Location Or Even The Cherry Valley Location Because This Place Is A Joke. I Hope The Owner Takes The Time To Train Management To Make Sure Orders Are Correct Before Giving It Out And The Time To Make Sure The Team Is Trained Correctly On Customer Service.

If I could give them a zero, I would they always make you pull over because they’re so worried about their precious time but the food always comes out. Disgusting like it’s been sitting there all day. We put zero care to preparing it always cold and very bare minimum this is my very last choice of all the Del tacos.

Food showed up ICE cold, chili fries were essentially inedible as if it had been sitting on the counter getting it's chill on for an hour. Not to mention the container was covered in chili as if it had been handled by a toddler. Burger was hardly warm, and they stuffed an extra set of fries in the bag for whatever reason, couldn't even eat that it was so cold. Why should I pay almost $15 more than pick up just to get an absolute disaster of an order? And I know it's not the driver's fault, it's the restaurants. I expect the order to be some level of slightly cooled since it's delivery but give me a break. I'm literally down the street from this place so there is no excuse for it. If you were thinking about delivery from this establishment don't even bother, it's clear they don't care. Especially the way the food was handled and packaged on a night that wasn't even remotely busy hours. Won't order from here ever again.

We got 2 fiesta packs. One with green sauce on the burritos and one with red sauce.. apparently that was really hard to understand. Once that finally got clarified and we confirmed we wanted soft chicken tacos and didnt want sauce we waited at the window. We paid and got out food after we watched them smash each taco into the paper box and carelessly put the burritos in the box. The tacos were fine aside from not having much in them. The burritos had sauce just thrown all over the place. And we got almost a half a fiesta pack box worth of hot sauce that's just going to get thrown out because we don't use it which is why we didn't ask for any. So the people who took the order and who put the food together were very careless despite the fact it took 5 (or more) people to put it together.....
