Ordered online (who actually calls in to order a pizza nowadays honestly???), placed my order ahead of time so i could swing by and grab it on my way home. Food was ready when i got there and it is probably the best dominos pizza I’ve ever had. Delicious, fast, amazing price thanks to a coupon, and service was fine. All these reviewers saying customer service was awful needs to chill, people working here are kids and are probably in their first job, it’s just pizza sis, it isn’t that deep.

I do like here but i always como with my children to done in. However, they do not have paper cups to share a big pop amount us. There is not washroom even they have tables and chairs for dine in.

I ordered a simple medium cheese pizza the other week and it was probably worse than little Caesar’s medium cheese pizza or just as bad. The quality is so bad compared to other big chains like papa johns, 73, and hut. It looked overcooked and the taste was so bland.

First time at this dominoes, we usually like to replace pizza sauce for barbecue sauce. The pizza was pretty much drenched in barbecue sauce, it was more sauce than cheese. Honestly it wasn’t that enjoyable at all, you’d think I asked for extra sauce but I didn’t. Only way to kinda enjoy the pizza was by adding our own cheese on top and even then the sauce was still oozing out. Great customer when I went in to pick up though, only plus of the night.

Domino’s Pizza at 500 Country Hill Blvd I do NOT Recommend this business they have bad Customer Service me and my wife order online and we receive our email confirmation that the order has been received and getting ready for pick up, when we went to pick up the order the lady told us that they didn’t received any order we show her our email confirming the order but that wasn’t enough she said they were almost closing and didn’t make my pizza didn’t even apologize.. I would never go back to that place.

Ordered online 2 pizza's delivered. One meat lovers, and another meat lovers with onions and pepper . I received a meat lovers and a pizza with ONLY onions and peppers (no meat at all) called back, and was originally told I ordered it that way. But I had the online receipt. So they said they could credit me, or I can come pick up the other one. Why should I have to go pick it up when I paid to have it delivered. They would not budge on this . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE guys.

I ordered a pizza from country hills Dominos and it was made very soggy and not properly cooked When I called the store, they were not helpful. I spoke to Kiran, and she put me on hold for a long time on purpose, then hung up on me. When I called back twice, she kept hanging up on me again. She was not helpful ,so rude and the customer service was terrible. She intentionally hung up on me multiple times. Very poor customer service.

My experience is not personally to do with the restaurant, but my experience in the community seeing the behaviour of the dominos delivery driver. Last night a little after 7pm, I was driving home and in a playground zone between two schools and the dominos delivery car passed me and another person in this playground zone speeding, and then was riding the bumper of the vehicle in front of them once they passed us. I have seen this delivery car in the community before acting in similar ways, but not to this extent. I understand for food service, deliveries want to be made in a timely manner, but this should not mean driving dangerously in order to fulfill them. Particularly in the winter when the roads are icy and accidents are more prone to occur, this is very reckless behaviour and I felt like bringing it to the attention of the store and the public on here.

DO NOT BOTHER!!! They will deliver your order in time or you will never receive it and advise there is not you can do contact Uber and hang up. uBER should not allow them to make their own deliverers.

I don’t understand how there can be such a big difference between one Domino’s location and another. Near Dover, I normally call in and order the large 4-topping walk-in special for $16.99, plus the extra cost for two additional toppings — extra cheese and black olives. My pizza from that location is always delicious and looks great. However, today I ordered online instead, choosing the 7-topping pizza deal for $21. I was truly disappointed with what I received from this location. I don’t eat any other pizza but Domino’s, and I always order the same combination, so I know exactly what my pizza should look and taste like. They claimed this was a “normal” pizza, but it looked nothing like what I usually get. The dough had risen with large air pockets, the toppings were extremely sparse — I could only see one or two pieces of bacon, barely any donair meat, and maybe a single piece of green pepper. When I walked in and asked if that was a normal-looking pizza, they said yes. I told them I wasn’t happy with it and even mentioned that I could order the same pizza from another location to show the difference. They gave me the impression they were going to remake it, so I went to my vehicle and waited about 15 minutes. When I went back in, there was no pizza ready. They then said they thought I didn’t want it — even though I had already paid. By that point, more than an hour and a half had gone by since I placed my order online. I ended up being refunded $21, even though with tax my total was over $23, and I was handed back the original pizza — cold — with the suggestion that I didn’t really want it remade. I’m honestly blown away. I lived around the corner for six years and have always ordered exclusively from Domino’s. I don’t know what has changed, but the Forest Lawn location is hands down the best Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. Their toppings are always generous, and when you ask for seven toppings, you can actually tell.

We made an order of Pizza and Pasta and Cheesy bread along with different stuff. After I made the payment the lady informed us in a very rude way that we don’t have pasta in the order!!! Moreover, I clearly stated from the beginning that I don’t eat pork, she said there is no pork, only some bacon :( The problem is no one even apologise for this mistake. The funny thing that at the end they gave us the pasta , but we never got our cheesy bread among the order!!!!! I believe the staff should be either trained or charged. Don’t recommended this location at all.

Very disappointed I m long time customer of domino even in my home place England and now in Canada. But this time it’s very awful I ordered two pizzas and one cheese pizza for my family. I picked up and when I opened at home it was totally burnt. My family advised me to not go again there. I cooked food that night and throw away pizzas.

Order #1 February 15th I deleted my last review due to the awesome response from the owner and wanted to give you guys another chance. I'm truly disappointed 😞 I love dominos but this Quality isn't right. Again I had to cut my own pizza as it wasn't cut fully through. There was burnt bubble on my pizza and then half a size missing from a bubble that wasn't caught in the oven. I may have to find a new pizza place which breaks My heart as I love dominos

This is probably the worst Dominos ever. Have order from here a couple times, each time I ask for extra cheese since it never seems to come with much, and they still don’t even give the amount that a regular pizza should have. Also they constantly over cook the pizza and some how always unde cook the wings. Save your money and drive to a different location like crowfoot, some place that actually cares about their portions and consistency. This place is cheap with their toppings and lazy with their preparation. NOT WORTH IT!! Went against my better judgement and orders from them again. Not to my surprise my pizza and brownie cookie were burnt. Never again will I order from here.
