Food: New York steamer combo is always my go to!! It was a 10 out of 10 my husband got the spicy dill hook he said spicy level was tolerable not overwhelming overall 8 out of 10 Service and atmosphere: Staff was super friendly and inviting tables were clean and the drink station was tidy. The bathrooms were also clean, and that's always nice. So excited to be visiting this location in the future...Thank you and Keep up the great work guys!

We came here 20min before closing and the staff Traylan, Leila, and Sergio were awesome and professional. The service was so nice they treated us like we were the first customers of the day with a smile on their faces instead of being annoyed we came in 20min before closing time. These are the kind of people anyone would love to have working for them! Customer service at its finest 👌 our food was so delicious and fresh! Definitely coming back to see the A team!! Thanks guys.

Got the Italian meatball sub today and also the firehouse steak and cheese service was quick. He was very knowledgeable about his sandwiches. Asked a lot of questions very engaging great experience.

First time in years to eat at Firehouse Subs and it was a great experience. The food was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Cashier was very courteous. Asked lots of questions. It was a very clean place to eat and the atmosphere was great as well. We were greeted as we came in and told to come back as we left. All in all it was a great place to eat. We will be back. And also I'm very glad we have one in our area now. We don't have to drive into Lumberton. If I had more than 5 stars I would give more!!

I ordered the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sandwich with Sun Chips and a cherry limeade non-carbonated drink. The sandwich was hot and delicious, but the drink was a bit too sweet for my taste and didn’t have a noticeable limeade flavor. The staff was friendly and provided great service.

We are probably keeping this place running with the amount of times that we have eaten at this location since it opened. They are always super friendly, always get our order right and the food always tastes delicious.

Great food , the young man at the cash register is always so nice when we come in .. I absolutely love that they keep the temperature at a nice 70* instead of 78* as some restaurants do . I would rather bring in a light jacket than to be uncomfortable while I am eating .

Very good food. Can be a little expensive depending on what you eat. The staff is professional and friendly. The restaurant is clean and orderly. The time from entry to getting your food to eat is short. The food is warm and tasty.

Lots of good options, great service too, my only thing is that you can pay less for bigger servings at Subway or Charleys. The food was pretty good, but as I said you could get better for less somewhere else.

went to firehouse the first time and the cashier was very rude. i went in at 8:58 and didn’t know they close at 9 and she did a very rude hand gesture to rush me and i didn’t appreciate this experience. will not be back
