The Chicken Tetrazzini is my favorite dish from there, but I know that they do not make it all the time! (I think they should, because a lot of times they run out of it real fast, when it is available.) But I have never had any problems with the staff, in drive thru or on the food line... everyone has always been very nice and friendly, even when we have large orders, which I know can be harder to do, but they do not complain or make faces. We have even given the line tips, before for their great service! My husband's favorite is the fried fish, which is very good, and the chicken fried chicken is another favorite that we get. Great food! Great staff! Thanks!

I was traveling through Beaumont and decided to stop for the night. I saw the Luby's sign and decided to get some dinner. It was good, not as great as I remembered it was in San Antonio. I had the fish, mac & cheese, loaded mashed potatoes, salad, and beet salad. I also had the cream cheese jalapeños. I didn't like the beets at all, they have a spice that I don't like, I couldn't tell what it was but I didn't eat them. The mac & cheese were decent, the fish too. The potatoes were a little dry, I wish I would have got the mashed potatoes and gravy instead. I did end up taking the leftovers to my room and finishing it all. I'd go back.

It's a cafeteria setting—a variety of food from surf to turf. Several side options and deserts. My grandson enjoys the blacken fish, mash with brown gravy and corn.

Luby's food is consistent in delivery. It's not the best nor is it the worst. The service however is ALWAYS 5 star. The gentleman pictured here is AWESOME when it comes to GREAT service. The entire staff gets 5 stars for service.

My son wanted a buffet for his birthday dinner, so Luby's came to mind. The staff was a little slow to explain the process to a large group, but they finally came around. The waitress was extremely helpful and polite, the chop steak was delicious, the kids were pleased and as a bonus, it didn't break the bank to feed eight people. There are 35 Luby's left, give one of them a try if you haven't.

The food was pretty good. The waitress was extremely nice but the bathroom was dirty and the stall door wouldn't shut. It smelled like fresh paint but no sign. The paper towel dispenser was broken.

Waitress was great. She made sure I was taken care of. Staff very friendly. Food on the line...but dry but it's decent for a quick meal.

This was our first time at a Luby's. The white fish was terrible, the roasted chicken was excellent as we're the sides. My only real complaint is the way the food is priced. Two people and we spent $55. We thought by looking at the "way to order" it was all together, but everything was it's own price. Now that we know this we will be more aware for next time.

The food was dry had a little bit of flavor but not a lot and the cake tasted like I've been sitting for about 8 Days the service was horrible they never came and refill my drink but when I got up to do it myself they were real quick to grab the tip off my table, I don't recommend

This company has gone bankrupt once, and my wife and I have enjoyed Luby's for many years. Something has changed (management, etc), the last 6 months the experience has COMPLETELY changed. They're always "out" of something or another excuse. The last 3 times I went there to order, something wasn't available or ready. Friendly crew and it's not their fault but I'm beginning to believe they're about to go bankrupt again because the food is becoming less available.

Picture this, it’s Valentine’s Day 2023. My husband doesn’t like to go out to eat much so I thought that I would make it all about him and pick us up for dinner at Luby’s. When I opened my dinner This is what it looks like. As you can see, my spinach is no longer in its own cubby. It is on top of my fish and the juice from everything is all over my fish. Needless to say I won’t be eating this tonight. Happy Valentines.!!!!
