I always like KFC. Well it looks like I'm back to comment further about my favorite KFC location for decades. I don't know what it is you do at this particular location but it's always been the best KFC in the general vicinity. Way better than HP or Downey on Florence at Lakewood or even the Atlantic and Imperial Hwy. I'm not sure what city that is right there, Lynwood or South Gate. But anyway please keep up the good and quite delicious work teams at Florence and Eastern in Bell Gardens.

VERY BAD SEVICE! I ordered 3 Nashville hot chicken burgers and they took more than 30 min . When I received the burgers they were plain with no sauce on them. So I had to take them back . And waited another extra minutes for my correct order. Employees were just chatting!!!

This is one of the few or even only one with the spicy recipe. Ordered several pieces went home to realize only 2 pieces out of 8 were spicy- Drove back and showed staff there- only to have them handle the bucket and then return to me saying it was the spicy. Very unprofessional attitude from all employees. Did not resolve my issue

I bought the family meal chicken strips were dried up and hard to chew. They gave me my order as soon as I payed did not have to wait but the chicken strips must have been sitting out for a while my stomach started hurting mind you it was a family meal so my daughter and nephews all started feeling sick after trying to eat one strip each we couldn’t finish the rest the mac and cheese smelled and taste weird too it was disgusting and I called and apparently no manager or supervisor was around that could help me so yeah the meal was a waste of money that only got us sick and I’ve heard bad reviews of this kfc still decided to give it a try but it’s wrong to have food out for that long and still serve it to customers they need to observe that and be mindful of customers you can get someone really sick we had upset stomachs.

Worst service ever! They took 35 min to give me my order and they didn't let me usetthe restroom.if you can avoid the place do it!!!!!

they forgot my water and as Im still at the window calling and trying to get their attention. the guy never once glances at me and shuts the window on my face. Crazy.

Tried redeeming a Gift card , card wasn’t going through called the customer service number Customer service offered 2 different options of how I could have been helped by the store I called the store after speaking To customer service and they said “They lied to you we cannon enter the gift card number manually and there is no merchant number to redeem the gift card at the store” With LFC being as big of a corporation it is I would think a couple things # 1 that they cared more about their customers and #2 that they would have a system in order to redeem gift cards when swipe not available or not working.

Chicken always extremely old. Last time I got a sandwich, it was extremely dry and rock hard. It also had very little meat.

Today I order # 4 with extra fries. Chicken was good but found a long hair in my fries!! Pictures to show it. Won't go again .

I don’t know if they get times per order on the drive through but this seems to be the case. If they are on a timed basis, then their numbers are completely doctored as this seems to be what they do every time I order through the drive through. Food took about 12 minutes for a sandwich and nugget combo. I have transaction record as they did not provide me with a receipt for a proper review to this location, just in case any one from KFC wishes to contact me.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that barely had any sauce & to make matters worse I asked the lady if everything was in the bag?? She said yes but was to lazy to have put a fork in my bag. First the last & the only time never again. The chicken was completely DRY & FLAVORLESS.

The worst experience I've ever had. It's not worth buying anything there. How is it possible that they give you a chicken wing the size of your pinky finger and charge you for a whole piece of chicken? And that's not the worst part; I bought the 16-piece meal and they gave me five tiny wings that size!!! Terrible, absolutely terrible.

How is it possible that they give you a chicken wing the size of your pinky finger and charge you for a whole piece of chicken? And that's not the worst part; I bought the 16-piece meal and they gave me five tiny wings that size!!! Terrible, absolutely terrible.
