We ordered on the app and went inside to pick it up. There was no parking. Inhad to park next door. The drive thru was around the corner. This location is definitely not on a large enough piece of land. Food was as usual. No problems.
After shopping at Target, we were looking for warm milk for our infant and searched for a Starbucks near our area. We ordered warm milk for our child, as well as egg bites for lunch for our infant. For ourselves, we ordered Jalapeno Chicken Pockets. We soon received our warm milk, and we gave our infant whole milk, which was good for him. Additionally, he had egg bites, which proved to be a great lunch for our kid. For ourselves, we enjoyed Jalapeno Chicken Pockets, which were made well with great taste and protein. Least favorite location in Tampa! Drive-thru and walk ins are both always takes the longest time to make drinks no matter how busy they are. Also barista should know that the drink size requires a bigger straw 😅

It's okay. Some days the people are really nice and friendly. Other days they are cold and standoffs. Today was a distant day. And one of the employees feels entitled to park in an area that is not a parking spot. With plenty of open parking spaces available. This has been my go to Starbucks for years, but the service and quality has declined so much in the last year that there’s no reason to come to this location when there’s another on Hillsborough five minutes down the road. I don’t appreciate waiting almost 25 mins in the drive thru to be treated condescendingly by the barista and called, “hun”, and being out of the caramel brûlée this early in season with just a belittling attitude. Never bailed out of a drive thru line so fast before. I promise I’m not a Karen. Just expect decent service and will spend my money elsewhere.

Terrible experience. The drinks were made wrong, and the drive-thru staff clearly rushes orders instead of paying attention. I had my drink remade, only for them to make the exact same mistake again. This wasn’t a misunderstanding or customization issue — it was careless execution. I’ve worked for Starbucks before, so I know the standards, and these errors come from pure laziness, not lack of training. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time.
This is the slowest Starbucks in Tampa . Normal wait time for drive thru is about 15-25 minutes. This is from 8am-4 pm. If you see line from main road just avoid because you will be here close to 30 mins . This is not just one time thing , it is the same Monday thru Friday .

Whoever the 3 staff were at this location on this date at the time of 7:05 PM, they tried to double charge me. I paid for my order and then the gentleman asked me “anything else” after failing to pass me my second cappuccino.

Went there on my morning walk at 5:30 in the morning they open at five. There’s only one person working. The lobby is closed. She won’t serve me through the drive-through without a vehicle because her coworker is on break. Why are they taking breaks when I just got there less than an hour ago. Kids running the place have no sense of service. I hope it goes out of business and is replaced by a mom and pop coffee shop.
Horrendous experience, arrived at the location at 6:50, they had advertised they were open until 9:00 p.m. I pulled up to order nobody said anything I had to get out of my car, knock on the doors people were there ignored me. Then pulled up to the back honked my car, people were there and still chose not to open the window. Never coming back again
How is it when you only order a medium black coffee and have to wait 15 minutes ???? The staff spend all their time working the drive through and ignore customers waiting at the counter (as the woman who came in after and stood for 5 minutes waiting to have someone see her) to order and have to wait for a simple coffee. Too bad I can’t get my 20% tip back, service was terrible.
I went to pick up my mobile order. I walked in the restaurant, went to the mobile order section at the end of the counter and waited. Not one soul even acknowledged my presence. 5 minutes went by, and the three young ladies never said a word, but made eye contact. I had to speak to them!!! I asked about my order, and she said “what order??” The lady in the drive through said Oh. I have it right here. Why did this happen?? Had they spoke to me and had customer service etiquette I would have had my order and been done. I’m 6’2 brown skin long braids. They cannot say they didn’t see me.
This store consistently has the worst service that I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks location. I was a partner for 4 years and would never conduct myself the way that these employees do. The staff is extremely standoffish and none of the baristas know how to sequence beverages. I have seen multiple occasions where customers have to wait 30+ minutes for their drinks. The wait time at the window today was almost 8 minutes long. This is ridiculous for a franchise that charges customers the amount that Starbucks does.
So I've been coming to this Starbucks since I was 18 #12years today was the last time I'll ever show face in this location. Well here's why. So it's a typical hot FL I work out side, & Starbucks is where my Crew Chief like to go & it sounded refreshing + It's Friday the 13th. So, I'm currently at the Starbucks location off Kennedy right now because my coworker and I was forced to leave because the short Spanish girl with curly hair in a ponytail told us I'm not serving you because y'all threw trash on the side of the building & until you pick it up. 1st off we have a right to deny service. So wait what are you the trash police? So I asked why? I've yet to have a Horrible experience at this location until now. I don't know how to explain this but why ruin my day because your having a bad day. The barista or manager lied & said the camera caught me throwing trash on the side of the building when clearly you can see my phone in my hand & an empty red bull can in my hands. Well the cameras don't lie neither. Check em, now I need your manager or supervisor to triple check the cameras because I don't litter & i didn't throw anything on the ground on the side of the building. 1st off I had a empty light blue sugar free red bull can and I was looking for a trash can outside prior to entering . I didn't see one out there but I seen the McDonald's bag balled up there that I was accused of for littering. I walked in and threw it in the trash can. Waited 10- 15 minutes until someone finally walked up to the counter and denied us for service. The last time I I threw away something on the floor or trash was when I was a kid and didn't know better. If anyone knows mé, they know I'm against littering. + the last time I had a verbal disagreement with a woman was with my girlfriend upon a blooming onion at Outback. Either the girl has a serious power trip problem & or a problem with the fact that it's hot humid & the middle of summer and had a problem with two guys that were extremely parched, & she had to refuse service to us to something she lied about. I don't know what or who in their right mind that works at that location has enough time in their hands to say she supposedly check cameras and lie and argue about it with me. I don't think I was being rude or anything at all but I have an issue with discrimination. I'm american & she's either latina or just a person who don't like guys that work hard and bust tail all day to take lunch & get kicked out for something we didn't even do. All we wanted was A cookies & creme frap & My Crew Cheif's Caramel frap Thanks again, I hope you have a better day. Thanks for making me go to another Starbucks for something we didn't do
