Very nice location. People were friendly and donuts were amazing as per usual. Parking is limited though and shared with all of the other stores on the strip. Not enough to deter me from some Shipley's

This is my favorite shipley’s location. The donuts are excellent and they work to get you in and out fast. Everything I have tried from this location is good. It can get a bit busy but they are quick.

I love the new pop-tastic donut. The environment is pretty good, could clean up the bathroom and make the fan less loud, but overall, one of my favorite Shipleys. The service is good, smile!

We've been here a few times for frozen blended coffee drinks and donut holes for our granddaughter. The drinks are made very well made and there is no line like some of the other coffee places nearby.

The staff here is really nice especially the girls. I have been going there for years now and they are so welcoming. Great customer service.

Their beignets were small and good. Got 12 for $5. The hot chocolate was a tad too sweet.

This place has been open forever, and it makes sense This particular Shipley's location has been here for ages, and for good reason. This donut shop has a variety of different donuts and kolaches to order from for a relatively cheap price, and it also sports an almost always busy drive through for when you're in somewhat of a hurry. This Shipley's and I go way back. In elementary school we would go here every Friday because we loved the donuts and they were a great treat. Overall, the Bellaire location has earned its place there, and I look forward to coming back again soon. 4/5

People have said how great Shirley’s are so I wanted to try them. They taste like basic grocery store doughnuts. They aren’t bad, but it’s nothing exciting or memorable.

You have to get there super early to get plain sausage kolaches. They always run out of the plain sausage kolaches. I don't like eating sausage kolaches with melted plastic cheese.

I absolutely love me some Shipley Do-Nuts! We stopped by this store, because I got a later start to my morning and just needed something to hold me over until lunch. I ordered three Chocolate Iced Cakes and they were some of the smallest ones I'd ever seen. My regular Shipley store, on Dairy Ashford, consistently makes these do-nuts, slightly larger. Sure, it could have been the way that this particular batch came out, but I've come across at least one more location where the dough does not equal the dollar. It isn't fair and I'm telling!

Picked up an online order, got home and realized a dozen donuts were missing. Drove all the way back, showed them the receipt, and they still had an attitude as if I was lying. Eventually gave me the missing items, but no apology and acted as if I was the one inconveniencing them.

Third time coming here kept getting wrong kolaches. I asked for Boudain and kept getting eggs?

Donuts 🍩 are good in here! But last time I went in here a guy took my order and he did not smile at all and was with a mad face or I don’t know with a attitude 🤷🏼‍♀️ but he did not tried to at least smile or say hi 👋 he was working there like with no type of mood to be there at take good care of your clients!!

Early in the morning when they’re making donuts, they generally listen to music in the back. It’s usually kept at a low volume, but a few days ago somebody turned it up very loud. They were singing. The volume was ridiculously high and disturbing. If you’re sitting in the front trying to drink coffee and eat donuts, the loud music was a significant hindrance to having a positive, enjoyable experience.

Donuts are fine, but if you want to use a coupon from the Shipley Do-Nut app, forget it, they apparently don’t accept them at this location for some inexplicable reason.

The location opens at 4am, but it’s disappointing knowing that you waited for 30 minutes for them to open and they tell you we only sell coffee until 5am. You have to buy donuts after 5am. I prefer to have known that before hand, I wouldn’t have waited for a donut that I couldn’t get.

Donuts is never hot. Bad service. Cashier was texting on her phone and when asked a friendly question she rolled her eyes and walked off. Bad service here. I love the North Main and the Ella Blvd. location been going to Shipley's for years and they are aways friendly never had a complaint until I walked inside this location.Rude Rude needs more training.

When the new location opened the donuts were great now ...They NEVER HAVE HOT DONUTS. How do you not have hot donuts at some point . The customer service just seems to be like -----------. I will travel further to another location with Fresh Donuts and Kolaches and employees that seem to care...

I will never understand why are place open at 4 am yet has nothing available. Worst experience ever. What is the purpose of opening as early as they do just to not have anything available??.

This location is NEVER OPEN. The website says they open at a certain time but they're never open. Highly disappointing. This multiple times I've experienced this.

Not only did I give them a chance to try to rectify their mistake in the drive thru they managed to get it wrong even after complaining about having to turn around and come back into the store to try and get it right. Called to try and get an explanation only to be met with a sense of "too bad who cares" since you can't come back to get it right.

Arelth raised her voice at me and had an attitude with me when I tried to get service from Shipley's. I came earlier in the day and had a perfectly pleasant experience. She was not working when I came in that morning. I think she was annoyed that I asked for water with ice. If you can't give that, it's fine, but don't take out your frustration out on me. Her response was curt and she was cold. If you don't like where you work, work somewhere else. Don't be rude to customers who have not done anything to you.
