Made a pit stop at Pan Da Sal's and ordered the single cheeseburger with curly fries. It was a quiet day before dinner time so the order came out fairly quickly. The curly fries were perfectly salty with a hint of sweetness. The smashburger came on a round pandesal topped with crumbs, a single patty with cheese, onions, pickles, a sweet sauce. The burger patty itself was juicy, and the onions and pickles were not overpowering. Overall it was a solid meal and would come back to try their other more traditional meats like the spam burger or longanisa.
The food is good! But I would recommend the double patty over the single any day and the fries over the burger! I got one of everything off the menu with a different meat, you get a selection of corned beef, spam, languanisa when choosing the fries or breakfast sandwich. On taste this is my rank the fries then breakfast sandwich and last the burger honestly. Seating was super available and there was other establishments to go and try too. It’s a good place to try at least once! My buddies ended up with the same price as well. It’s solid food for the price but don’t expect 2 Michelin star restaurant.
Tried Panda-sal Smashed Burgers in Bellflower and was seriously impressed! I went with the Ube Sliders — smashed beef patty was seared to perfection and paired with yellow cheese, and the house-made pickles totally surprised me (I usually skip pickles, but these were actually really good). Staff had a great vibe too, super chill and friendly. If you’re in the Bellflower area and looking to try something creative and crave-worthy, this spot is a must. A fresh take on smashed burgers that absolutely delivers!
My son and I tried Panda Sal’s for the first time and we were both impressed. Both the smash burgers and curly fries were soooo yummy! 😋 The pandesal bun was toasted to perfection. The burgers had crispy edges and the thinly sliced pickles added a great crunch. Cheese was gooey and satisfying. The fries were seasoned well, crispy and soft at the same time. They were fried at just the right temperature- not greasy at all. I didn’t get the band of the person who helped us, but he was so friendly. We will definitely come back. 🇵🇭 🍔 🍟
I finally got to try Panda Sals Burger at SteelCraft Bellflower, and it did not disappoint! If you’re looking for a burger with a creative twist, this is the spot. I went with their signature Panda Burger, which combines Filipino and American flavors in the best way possible. The patty was juicy, the toppings were well-balanced, and the flavors popped with every bite. The Garlic Fries were also a hit—crispy, flavorful, and the perfect side to complement the burger. The service was friendly, and the open-air setting at SteelCraft made the experience even better. It’s a great spot to grab a bite with friends and explore other vendors while you’re there. If you’re a fan of fusion flavors and looking for a new burger spot in Bellflower, Panda Sals is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!
TikTok made me come lol. BOMB 💣 burgers. But I freaking loved the panda fries 🍟. It's like their version of animal style fries with beef / spam and egg on top . Soo good! Also the atmosphere is so cute!
Finally an actual Smash Burger! (Too many restaurants lying nowadays) Burger was perfect! Perfectly cheesy seasoned saucy etc. Pickles were quality and everything was made for flavor in mind. Perfect fusion of flavor Curly fries were well seasoned and crispy. And they don't skimp out! The Panda sauce has a great umami flavor to it. The ranch tastes in house made and was delicious Definitely coming back to Steelcraft for this!
Thank goodness for more smash burgers! I am biased towards "less is more" for hamburgers, and while the stock burger here is bread, meat, cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and sauce, the core components are very well executed. Meat is smashed with lightly crunchy edges but still juicy! Pandesal as a bun can skew badly if it makes the burger too bready, but the bread here is definitely fresh-tasting and lighter, like some Starbread or Tropical Bakery right out of the oven. Cool, friendly people working the spot rounds out a great experience (I went on a weekday at noon, and parked down the street because Steelcraft parking can be rough).
I live by the SteelCraft in Garden Grove, but we made the truck over to Bellflower's SteelCraft to eat here. I bought the corn beef burger and my boyfriend got the purple panda sliders. everything was super delicious!! Every burger is definitely a must try!! runny egg and juicy! of course plenty of crumbs from the pandesal lol can't wait to try all the other tummy filling burgers!
So Ive had some of the major LA smash burger spots, and was a bit unimpressed. I kinda had written out the whole smash burger craze as a whole, until I tried this place. This has far and away been the best smash burger spot Ive had. What accompanied the burger, and what left me in a deep state of contemplation was their sauce. It has a nuanced varied depth of flavor that pairs so well with both their burger and loaded fries. 5 stars for the experience, and for the foodgasm that followed hours later.
My auntie loves the Ube sliders which come with a purple dough that looks very soft and well…doughy. It also comes with a delicious melted white cheese. Add some curly fries to the mix and you have yourself a delicious meal. The shop itself is located in Steelcraft, Bellflower. They are available on Door Dash and they even have a discount for happy hour. Very decent price.
My wife, cousin, and I came here for the first time. I had the Ube Sliders, and they were really good.

so yummy. the double smash cheeseburger i had was delicious.the loaded fries were definitely different, and got spam as my protein. def reccomend.
I'm trying a new twist on a burger. Sliders use Ube bread, and you can get sliders with eggs on it. Bacon cheeseburger uses a tasty toasted panda sol bread. Special sauce is tasty. Fries are curly. All the food is very good. When in the area, stop by. The outdoor common area is overhead shaded and has bench style seats. If timed right, you can eat and listen to a live band playing. Quite cool.
Panda Sal's unique twist of the pandesal, a popular, slightly sweet, and fluffy Filipino bread roll, often eaten for breakfast or as a snack. The Ube Pandesal Sliders, with two certified Angus Beef smash patties with the crispy edges, Grilled Onions, Melted White American Cheese, House-made Pickles, and their Signature Panda Sauce - like Raising Cane’s with a hint of smokiness on soft and toasted Ube Pandesal Buns. So good, so delicious. $15 for the "biggie" double patty and $12 for the "smalls" single patty, three to an order. The Lechon curly fries with sisig sauce is pretty awesome too.
need to visit again to try the other half of a very simple menu. not so sure the water misters were effective in today's heat. the SteelCraft location is a great concept. although i can see that the size of the respective kitchens may affect the size of the menu offered. Panda Sal's was downright tasty. the buns were fresh, the smashed beef patties were delicious and the Panda sauce... should be in a bottle i can take home. if your wanderings take you near, and you have time to indulge, I highly recommend it. Parking outside is.. less than ideal and may take a few minutes to find a spot. Not Panda Sal's fault, wish there were more spots.
Small burger spot inside Steelcraft. I got the single cheese and an order of fries, food did not take long to cook but this was also mid week shortly after opening. Burger was well seasoned, sauce was tasty and I loved the pickles. Bun was just ok, I think a less dense one would be better. Fries are VERY GOOD, some of the best curly fries I've had in a while. .
This Egg & cheese loganisa hamburger was very good! It was marinated very well and very juicy and tender. The curly fries were decent and the good came fairly quick. The staff was nice and helpful in the menu choices. I'd come back to try their other ones like spam or corned beef. This is at steel craft so you can have a meal while watching a game, having a beer, boba or coffee or just having your kids play in the play area.
Great idea for taste however they need to work out the kinks if they want to be serving to the public. It took like 45 min to place an order for food. Not sure if they were down on help but I'd they keep this up, they gonna lose clients. Other than that, burger has its own unique taste... A lil on the sloppy side... The impression I get from the burger is like a breakfast burger cuz if the bread. But for some reason I feel there is something missing in taste... Just don't know what. Other than that, would I come back, yes... In a few months so they work out and fix the service side of this business. Thx 🙏🏻

I ordered almost all their sandwiches. The best one was their double cheeseburger. The other is simply lack flavor. But the sandwiches were made fresh, they were hot, and serve with an awesome and positive smile and attitude.

Service was good, about what you'd expect. The food though was quite unpleasant for me, in particular the burger buns. For a well-rated burger spot, I'm surprised the buns they use are so dry and dense. The burger itself is not juicy enough to offset the dryness of the buns, but even then the burger was drenched in several sauces. So much that the flavor of the meat was drowned out, and yet with all that I still had a hard time getting passed the dryness of the buns. Service and atmosphere were alright, but this is not a place I would order from again personally. However if you enjoy a dense bread to pair with your burgers, this spot will likely be a top pick for you
