I'm a nightowl and the outbreak has only contributed to my nightly activities and this location being open 24 hours has made it alot easier for me to do night runs and have something to eat later on. The staff are friendly and easy going, love this place
Came in at 2AM and was helped by Scott who gave AMAZING service. Very kind, friendly and a diligent worker. Made sure my order was made correct and gave really great new suggestions to try. Great customer service and DEFINITELY NEED A RAISE!!

Went in on a Saturday night and it was not busy at all. There was a worker by the name of Scott and he was THE BEST. He was absolutely great and very friendly! An earlier encounter with a few employees at this location made me avoid coming here for months! Despite having a rude and impatient customer behind us, Scott made all of the subs I ordered to perfection! I hope to see him on my next visit!

I came in to the restaurant after a while from not coming back. I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE today with the staff a complete turn around from the garbage of individuals that use to be working here and unfortunately had encountered previously. I was helped today by LORENA & DONSON super sweet young people and helpful, didn’t rush you and were very polite. XIARA at the register was very sweet as well and talkative to her customers. I am so pleased to have come in today and see the difference in staff SPECIALLY & atmosphere. The place looks very nice too!
I came to this location around 2:15am. The temperature in the lobby was comfortable. Akil greeted me and made my sandwich. He was very pleasant, easy going and mild mannered. There have been times in the past the location was closed even though it’s suppose to be 24 hours! Akil assure me it will be open 24 hours! I will return!

Like the BMT toasted. Could be a little more fresh and not processed. But, it's fast food.
Late night the one employee there was very kind and polite to give me the best sandwich he could make it was clean and price was vet reasonable
When I went there, only had 2 varieties of bread instead of 7 Not organized, they had the bread oven, just loaded, not ready. It seems they want to get rid of 2 varieties that didn't sell. They must have overproduced

Agree to disagree, there are good managers and bad managers, but the food was good compared to the other subways I've gone to; the sandwich was slightly bigger. The service was decent, at least, with the current employees that were there, most of whom were nice, however, the bathroom was closed so they need to work on management.

We usually go there for convenience, close to our place. Lately we have noticed they keep running out of ingredients, salt, mayo, etc. Last weekend, I wanted to try the new jalapeno bread and they didnt have it either.
The funniest thing happened here that never happened to me in my whole entire life. I ordered my sandwich and when I got to the register I asked for a iced coffee. When I requested it the cashier looked very confused as to what I was talking about. Surprisingly nobody new how to work the coffee machine. One lady grabbed a hot coffee cup filled it to the top gave me a plastic clear cup and told me to go to go put ice in the cup. I was shocked. I was like WTF.....They basically told me to walk over to the fountain machine and make my own ice coffee. On a good note the food was really good but I cant help but not talk about this story. Seriously who does that???

Food was ok. Customer service for me was ok, but there was another customer who got poor service. Sandwich maker had no patience for someone who was not familiar with Subway. Witnessing that go down bumps this location down a star

Slow service, took them to make 4 6” subs in 10 min and were busy joking around rather than making our food.
The “lady” that took my order was being very rude with me and while eating my sandwich I listen her being very rude with a very elder man that had problems scanning a coupon at the cashier. Even she did fool mimics of this poor man in front of him. The other staff member there was notoriously embarrassed for this behavior
Was in the store with 3 other customers and one cashier working. The second cashier was baking cookies as if we weren’t standing there. Customers come first. Stop what you are doing and then go back to baking cookies.

This place is the worst subway I have ever had the misfortune of ordering from. Do not order through any delivery service from this place, my sandwich arrived it was missing eighty percent of the items and the tuna was old and tasted as if it was left out.
Got stuck in this area during my lunch break and decided to hit this Subway. Ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch, but they had no Ranch! Nor tomatoes and the lettuce was scrapping from the bottom of the tray. Go to the nearby McDonald's, if needing lunch in that area.
This Subway is supposed to be 24 hours. Was just there at 11:50 pm and told they where closed. Didn't have a note on the door at all. Just locked the door with a few ppl standing by the door after parking their cars.

My visit to this subway started like any other ordinary visit to a subway but as soon as I walked in I had to wait five minutes for the employee to finish listening to their music to even order and even after the wait they asked me to hold on a while as he went to go use the bathroom… sure I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they really had to use the bathroom but this kid was in the bathroom for probably 10 minutes and here I was waiting for 15 minutes. I ended up leaving and going to Burger King across the street. Hopefully, this review will change something about this subway.
Very bad service. I asked the gentleman if my son can use the bathroom and he just ignored me. I asked him again and he just nodded his head. Then this store has no signs saying which door is a bathroom. I'm a paying customer at that. Also this location is very slow with there service. This location is being run horribly.
Seriously, I asked the cashier three times if I needed to order online for the BOGO. He obviously had no idea and then when he rung me up for all the sandwiches I asked him again and he still didn't know. On top of that, he had no customer service skills and moved extremely slow.
THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY! This is the second time I have been to the subway on North Park Road and it will be my last. They have horrible service. I walked in at 1:51 PM on 12/10/2018 and was told “I’ll be right with you.” When the lady began taking my order, another employee came and told her “you aren’t suppose to be putting toppings on the sandwich you are just suppose to put the meat on the bread and toast it.” Her approach was already very hostile. She then looked at me and said with an attitude, “what do you want on your sandwich.” I asked for lite mayonnaise and she picked up the regular mayo and continued to put it on my sub. In the mist of her putting the regular mayonaise on my sandwich I kept saying “excuse me I asked for lite.” She starts laughing and continued to ignore me. She then said rudely, “we don’t got lite mayo, I don’t know why they playin yall. They need to change the label already.” That’s fine if subway doesn’t have lite mayo, but what if I didn’t want any mayonnaise at all after finding that out? She could’ve simply said “we don’t have lite mayonnaise here, is regular mayo fine?” Instead she ignored me and put the mayonnaise on herself. She only had one glove on the whole time while putting the ingredients on my sandwich. She continued to ask me if I was done after EACH topping. “Tomatoes please” *puts tomatoes* “okay are you done?” That is extremely rude. On top of that, her and her coworker laughed in my face as she rolled my sandwich up. It is unfortunate because this subway is so close to home, but I guess they are so desperate for staff, they hire anyone who applies. Owning a business, means having pride. That is YOUR buisness, you should pick your staff wisely considering it’ll either keep your buisness, or put you out of business. I am very disappointed with this restaurant and the attitude of the people working there. It’s the Holliday’s people, have a little bit more decency.
This location does not require you to wear a mask even though it’s mandated in Broward County. Shame on the management for not enforcing this rule. It’s not political, it’s a matter of health. I would suggest you go to another Subway location that does adhere to the guidelines set forth by local officials to be safe rather than sorry.
Can someone say GHETTO. We are still in a pandemic and why do I feel uncomfortable with people not wearing a mask especially at a food establishment, serving behind the counter. The mask was on their face but under their chin. I walked in wearing my mask, but, a failure on their (subway employee's)end, they were not wearing them covering their mouth. I feel nauseous when people talk over my food. I simply, but politely said thanks, but I changed my mind. And it was not just one person behind the counter without their mask but both females. No this has to be a joke!!!!
Driving down from Georgia to the Keys and I stop by this Subway at midnight to order a sandwich. I wait 15 minutes for the sandwich to pick it up from the store since I ordered online, I come in and the employee is saying it isn't made yet. I wait for another 30 minutes before my sandwich is finished. I asked the name of the employee and he refused to provide it. He clearly has some form of mental issues because he ended up messing up my sandwich 3 times by adding things I did not ask for and not toasting it like I asked.
Masks not over noses on two of the three. Hard to understand fast talking kid who didnt seem to listen to me. 'No. I didnt order a bowl. No. I don't want ham. I just want turkey and cheese.' Poorly trained and no concern for covid. Worst subway in memory.
Came in at 1:31 a.m, they say that all the bread which they had a full rack was only for online orders. In store customers could only get a wrap or flatbread. So I showed him, how I couldn’t order it on Uber eats because that location was closed to order and after showing him that, he said he didn’t care & that there was nothing he could do about it and still wouldn’t give anyone that walked in bread, has to be one of the worst experience I had that why I took the time to write this & will take it as far as I can
I was denied service at 1:28 tonight when I visited the store and was told they close at 1:30 when both the door and website said 2am. I’m not coming here anymore. I can’t believe they’d keep such unprofessional staff who lie about the hours to get out of work with no regard for the customer and what that means for us. I was getting a six inch. As most of my condiments were on the sandwhich. I then asked for sweet onion sauce. The young lighter skin lady put honey mustard. I told her. No. I asked for sweet onion. She then grabbed some of the lettuce of my sub and threw it away then put sweet onion. First off she should have been listening. 2nd of all she had a funky disposition. And 3rd she shouldve took all the condiments off and started over.
I arrived at 6am and the staff member was sleeping outside. He was very rude taking my order, throwing the meat and the cheese wherever it landed on the bread and with the worst attitude I’ve ever been attended. He scratched his private area and nose and didn’t wash his hands. Awful service.
Bad experience! I would never go back to this location again. Store was filthy, my daughter couldn’t use women restroom because it wasn’t working, they told her to use mens bathroom which was disgustingly dirty. Floors had garbage all over and the sandwiches were horrible!! We asked for a BLT and they put 2 bacon strips!!!! Lack of customer service and common sense.
Have been coming to this Subway for a while now. Just pulled up to the employee outside taking a smoke break and he tells me that they are closed, yet the sign says open 24Hrs and I know this subway in particular is opened 24Hrs. He tells me he’s the only one that has been working since earlier (which I understand). Management needs to do better, because this subway was once great.
Went in tonight to order 2 subs, one which had been done right and the other that had been messed up by the worker himself, I believe his name is Christopher, and he continued to tell me that he would not remake the sub because he had to make 10 others. During the time that he spent going back and forth with me about it he could’ve remade a sandwich that was so simple. My last few visits with this particular location has not been the best due to the unfriendly staff refusing to make my orders the way I would like them and many more reasons and I will not be going back.
I came to subway today order my sub. Everything was ok until I got to the cash out. Employee was assisting another customer, when out of the blue he takes the palm of his hand rips his nose. I asked him to wash his hands before grabbing the customer bag or preceding to do anything else. He look at me shook his head and continued to handle orders. I asked again for him to wash his hand. I am not one to complain, but...I paid my $11.36. I was going back in my purse to tip & just so happen to look up & he slipped $3 to the bottom. I said,so just gonna insult my intelligence, like I didn't see you slip that money down? Okay...& took an extra bag of chips on the way out...Gn...this was not my first bad experience. I went to McDonald's, but sme1 ran into the side. It(subway),was the closest option.

Very bad service, the girl never smiled and seemed in a bad mood, you couldn't hear what she was saying, I asked her to toast my sandwich and she told me that the toaster wasn't working, then another person arrived and toasted her sandwich, the bathroom was dirty. Disgusting, the truth was it was my worst experience in a subway.
I went to this Subway and ordered one number 4 and one number 11. The content of the sandwiches are described in the menu. Well, this attendant very unfriendly started asking what meat I wanted. I said, the ones you have listed for this sandwich. She said but I do not have pepperoni. I said so put the other 3 you have by listed in the menu. She insisted asking me what meat I wanted. I did not want to build a sandwich. At he end she left to the kitchen leaving me there with my son. The other girl did not understand what was going on and I decided to leave. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone while those kind if employees are there.
I've been going to this subway for many years and have felt very neutral about the service. Due to recent encounters, I can firmly say I won't be coming back to this location. Came during late hours and an employee making my sandwich refused to wear his mask because he claims to be vaccinated, however, the sign on the door clearly says that you must wear a mask to enter (pretty sure there aren't any exceptions)... On another occasion, also late night, an employee probably took about 10 minutes to make my sandwich- making me repeat the ingredient I wanted several times over. In all honesty, I don't want to blame management- but I cannot believe that they would hire these kinds of employees working at a sandwich shop- where I think most of us, especially today, would expect speedy and safe service.
My brother went to pick up an Uber eats picked up order at 9:30pm tonight & not only did the woman working not make his food, she treated him as if his presence was a nuisance. He left empty handed & had to cancel the order. Unacceptable behavior.

I went in to get just one foot-long sub and was shocked when it came out to almost $17. That’s way too much for a single sandwich. Subway used to be a more affordable option, but with prices like this, I won’t be coming back. The value just isn’t there anymore. Could at least gave me enough toppings then being stingy
I’ve tried giving this location so many opportunities. This week my husband and I ordered from this location. Both time they messed the orders. The first time they gave my husband spicy mustard instead of honey mustard, almost making it inedible. Now this second time not only did they order get an item from my order but they also made both sandwich spicy for whatever reason. We don’t ask for spicy sandwiches. I’m going to stop ordering from this location all together. The location is under new management but it seems like their employees need retraining or something.

Subway used to be a more affordable option, but with prices like this, I won’t be coming back. The value just isn’t there anymore. Could at least gave me enough toppings then being stingy
I’ve tried giving this location so many opportunities. This week my husband and I ordered from this location. Both time they messed the orders. The first time they gave my husband spicy mustard instead of honey mustard, almost making it inedible. Now this second time not only did they order get an item from my order but they also made both sandwich spicy for whatever reason. We don’t ask for spicy sandwiches. I’m going to stop ordering from this location all together. The location is under new management but it seems like their employees need retraining or something.
Very bad service, the girl never smiled and seemed in a bad mood, you couldn't hear what she was saying, I asked her to toast my sandwich and she told me that the toaster wasn't working, then another person arrived and toasted her sandwich, the bathroom was dirty. Disgusting, the truth was it was my worst experience in a subway.
Bad experience! I would never go back to this location again. Store was filthy, my daughter couldn’t use women restroom because it wasn’t working, they told her to use mens bathroom which was disgustingly dirty. Floors had garbage all over and the sandwiches were horrible!! We asked for a BLT and they put 2 bacon strips!!!! Lack of customer service and common sense.
I arrived at 6am and the staff member was sleeping outside. He was very rude taking my order, throwing the meat and the cheese wherever it landed on the bread and with the worst attitude I’ve ever been attended. He scratched his private area and nose and didn’t wash his hands. Awful service.
I went to this Subway and ordered one number 4 and one number 11. The content of the sandwiches are described in the menu. Well, this attendant very unfriendly started asking what meat I wanted. I said, the ones you have listed for this sandwich. She said but I do not have pepperoni. I said so put the other 3 you have by listed in the menu. She insisted asking me what meat I wanted. I did not want to build a sandwich. At he end she left to the kitchen leaving me there with my son. The other girl did not understand what was going on and I decided to leave. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone while those kind if employees are there.
