Hear ye, O people of the wilderness, the words of Moses, who hath wandered through deserts and beheld the wonders of the Lord! On this day, I descended from the mount of toil, my staff in hand, hunger gnawing at my soul like the Israelites craving manna. Lo, I came upon a place called Chick-fil-A, a sanctuary of sustenance, and verily, I proclaim it worthy of five stars, as the Lord hath set five as a number of grace! First, the service was as swift as the parting of the Red Sea. The attendants, clad in garments of red and white, greeted me with smiles brighter than the pillar of fire by night. They spake kindly, saying, “My pleasure,” as though serving me was their covenant. Even as the multitude pressed in, they moved with haste, delivering my order without blemish or delay. Second, the food was a blessing from on high, like manna sent to satisfy the chosen. The chicken sandwich, tender and golden, was seasoned as if with spices from the Promised Land, nestled in a bun soft as the clouds of heaven. The waffle fries, crisp and abundant, were a delight to my tongue, and the lemonade flowed like a river of refreshment. Truly, this was no ordinary fare, but a feast fit for a prophet! Third, the cleanliness of this place was as pure as the Tabernacle’s holy vessels. The tables gleamed, the floors were spotless, and the air carried no stench of chaos. Even the children of the patrons were orderly, as if guided by the Law itself. Fourth, their generosity was like the abundance of Canaan. They offered sauces in plenty—polynesian, honey mustard, and more—without demanding extra shekels. And on the seventh day, though they rested as the Lord commanded, their absence only made my heart yearn for their return. Fifth and finally, their spirit was godly, reflecting the love of neighbor as thyself. They inquired of my journey, offered aid to the weary, and even blessed the little ones with toys in their meals. Verily, this Chick-fil-A is a beacon of righteousness in a world of fast-food Pharaohs. Therefore, I, Moses, do proclaim Chick-fil-A a five-star blessing, a place where hunger finds rest and the soul is uplifted. May their tribe increase, and may all who enter their gates be filled with joy and chicken! Amen.

The first thing I noticed was the service. Crazy Fast, and the kids helping us wow were they polite and nice. Kudos to management training and their parents!

The food was good and a lot better made and fresher then the place closer to me. The staff is amazing and I would travel all the way out here again to eat here. I came in with my cross country team and it went from 5 to 50+ people in 30 seconds. The staff did a great job taking orders getting the food out quick. Everyone only had to wait about thirty seconds to a minute for the food and it was fresh. The staff made sure they were pronouncing our names right and were checking that we had everything. They kept a great costumer service attitude and were very pleasant.

Really do I need to write this. This is my go to place for fast food. Yes th he number one is good but how about grilled nuggets. The salads are great. Healthy kids meals. Great lemonade.and you do know they do breakfast. Where do you get better customer service in fast food. My pleasure!!!!

Walked in and head towards bathroom wherein there was a table near entryway with small plastic soldiers. To take home as a reminder to pray for the soldiers. Proceeded into bathroom you never know what to expect but it was clean and to my surprise there was a mouthwash dispenser. A very nice touch indeed. I placed my order egg white grilled chicken sandwich and hashbrowns. I was told my food would be brought to my table and it was done so in a short amount of time. I hardly ever give a 5 but it was well worth it. Its the small things that make a difference. The staff seem genuinely happy to serve you with a smile. Job well done keep it up.

The service was excellent—everyone was friendly and fast, which I really appreciated. I decided to try the fruit cup for the first time, but I was disappointed. It wasn’t filled all the way to the top and was mostly apples, with very little variety. I was hoping for something fresher and more balanced. I’ll definitely be back for the great service and other menu items, but I don’t think I’ll order the fruit cup again.

i’ve never been to a slower unorganized chick fil a . they’ve made me wait in the front for 20 minutes for a medium fruit cup …. and now here i am again waiting for a 4 count chicken mini . not to mention THERES NO OTHER CUSTOMERS HERE .

There is an older woman who works the drive through who is quite abrasive to customers. My most recent interaction with her involved a flavored, iced coffee. It was handed to me looking similarly to a black and tan (coffee on bottom half, flavoring/cream on top). I asked if it could please be mixed up since I was in the car and she firmly says, "No! We don't mix them." YOU DON'T MIX THEM? WHAT? That is absurd, Lady. If I order a milkshake, shall I be prepared to mix that, too? Another time, I ordered a hot coffee and the cup leaked all over my desk. I returned the next morning and ordered another cup but this time, I asked for an empty, second cup as a security measure. I was travelling and I wanted to ensure a leak didnt happen in my car. She said, "No, our cups don't leak." I said, "But, it did, and I would like a second cup." Again, she tells me that it didn't leak and I couldn't have a second cup (which I even offered to pay for). I only do carry out now so I don't have to deal with her horrible attitude in the drive through. The other employees have been lovely.

This is the second time we have had an issue with being "politely" told the dining room is closing after ordering online for dine in and being handed our food in bags. My suggestion is closing the dining room at 830 and quit accepting orders at 8. This is ridiculous to not be able to eat the food ordered at a table where the restaurant obviously let me order it. Apparently if you say my pleasure while treating the customers with a lack of respect and dignity then it makes the experience ok. I bring my children here after their classes and they get a man in glasses basically telling us to eat our food in five minutes, or if you go by the bag it was brought in get out now. Family christian values my butt. Who puts families out? Stop taking orders for dine in at 830. Or stop putting customers out who order before 9.Buy our food but dont eat it here. Bye chic fil a.

Went to eat with my children website said they closed at 10. Ordered food and was reminded several times they closed at 9 as we are rushing eating. Pretty much pushed out the door by 9:05. Will never eat at that location again.

I'm a veteran and fortworth and benbrook chick fil a doint do any free meals for veterans on veterans day but Burleson tx does my hatsoff to Burleson i put benbrook and fortworth notice to the owner you should help the veterans at least one day out of year is your profits that important well im calling to change next year and give one meal for us veterans. I'm very disappointed you here in benbrook and fortworth don't.next time to all my brother and sisters vets go to Burleson next vet day also thanks for service it seems in benbrook and fort worth thay could care less about us that's just my impression God Bless and also for all the vets who have gone before the lord. Am I the only one noticing the size of the chicken sandwiches getting really small? This is my sandwich from last night , I’m pretty sure a mc chicken is thicker than this . You use to barely be able to get your sandwich out of the foil wrapper because the chicken was so big , now it’s tiny and the bun has gotten smaller too . Cost a family of 3 35$ to eat this crap . Not coming back to this place for awhile .
