I´ve had the best chicken hamburger in my life! For starters we had the nachos and they do not skimp on the cheese. The burger came with excellent fries. The waitress was so friendly and and heartwarming. We will absolutely come back again.

I had the Kraken burger yesterday and it was probably the best burger I've ever had. Crispy doritos flakes on top of a smash burger with deep fried onions and bacon bits with really decent cheese. Banging!

Las hamburguesas estaban muy buenas, pedi la kraken y la recomiendo. Incluye bastantes papas y son ricas. Los nachos estaban bien pero un poco grasosos por demás. La atención super buena. La terraza es bastante grande y ventilada pero recomiendo sentarse lejos de la puerta de la cocina para no llenarse de olor a comida.

El servicio muy bien y rápido, la comida correcta (un poco salada la carne, sobre todo la smash) pero por favor esos platos son incomodísimos ademas de bastante feos, sobre todo comparado con la bonita decoración del local. El tema del ketchu y demás MUY incómodo de servir, se desaprovecha y supongo que encima debe ser laborioso de preparar, deberían buscar otro forma de ofrecer las salsas.

Fuimos mi pareja y yo a comer, las verdad que la hora ayudó porque no había nadie entonces tuvieron un servicio rápido, pero poco atento. Pedimos una hamburguesa , unos nachos y una empanada argentina. Lo mejor la hamburguesa, con un tamaños general pero bien sabrosa. Los nachos estaba ricos pero para mi gusto tenían mucha salsa y la empanada estaba buena pero no la destacaría. En general bien pero no es destacable.

Camarero muy majete. Fuimos un grupo de chicos y chicas muy grande y se agredece mycho lo rapido q nos llego la comida. Yo me pedi la Hamburguesa q tenia queso y te tenias que poner los guantes. Lugar decorada de manera atractiva y astetica

El sitio bonito, el servicio bueno. Pedi unas potatoes chicken y aunque la cantidad era buena ( aunque no sé si suficiente para lo que pague por qué había más patatas que pollo) el sabor era a adobo de pescado. No sé si lo habrán freído en la misma freidora de algo con pescado o es que la fritura es así pero si es lo primero, es un peligro para alguien con alérgenos. No estaba malo y por hambre me lo comí pero he pasado muy mala noche así que no repetiré.

HDP burger in the photo looks much bigger than the real one. In the menu it has 2 cutlets*100g, the reality is far smaller. Beer is fresh and good though.

After reading the reviews I was really looking forward to eating here, but being honest I was left feeling underwhelmed. The chicken fingers we shared for starter were delicious, but the burgers weren't that impressive. The bacon I had on my burger was burnt, way beyond well done. It was black and actually hurt my tooth it was that solid. The burgers weren't cooked properly throughout, pink in the middle. My wife's burger was covered completely in a cheesy sauce which it didn't say it would be on the menu, cheese sauce was listed as an ingredient but we assumed this would just be in the burger, not poured all over it. Completely overpowered all other taste of the burger. It wasn't worth the price. I won't be coming back here.

La atención es pésima, tardan mucho y desaparecen todos los camareros un buen rato, les pides ketchup y te lo traen cuando as terminado de comer, un desastre. La comida está muy buena , hamburguesas bien hechas y presentadas conuy buen sabor. Una lastima la falta de profesionalidad, quizá ni es culpa de los chicos sino de la dirección.

Poor experience, burgers are very expensive for what you are getting and I found the burger and chips to be cold when they came out. The staff were lovely but I just feel for the money you could get a better meal somewhere else.

Went in here for a burgers for dinner with wife and daughter. On arrival the staff never seemed interested. We sat down and after 5 minutes the waitress came over and took our order for drinks. I ordered a pint of Leffe beer. Some water and a coke. The waitress came back with half a pint of leffe. And when she realised I asked for a pint she gave it back to the bar chap and he tipped the half pint into a full pint glass created a big head of beer in the pint glass then topped it up. As I let it settled the pint of beer went to 3 quarters of a pint without me touching it. So my wife asked if he could top it up to a full pint. Witch he got quite rude to my wife asking why should I do that. Totally unprofessional and rude. When I did get my full pint one waiter hovered over us and kept on staring at us witch made us on edge. My burger was under cooked as parts of it was still pink. Will definitely not be going back as this place as it is unprofessional and need professional staff. Please stay away. Oh and the music is awful. The worst music I've ever hered ever.

Nothing like in the menu and big screen pictures. Burgers came cold in also cold, underbaked bun. Only fries were more or less hot - even thou we were the only ones served at the time (almost empty place). Napkins and cutlery came 5 minutes after the order.

Muy mala experiencia. Supongo que la dirección sabe cómo trabaja el personal en Benidorm: no responden al teléfono cuando haces un pedido y los jueves engañan a los clientes diciendo que “no hay promociones”. Cuando vienes a sentarte, puedes estar esperando más de 10 minutos sin que nadie te atienda. La terraza parece una estación de autobuses en Bangladés… no quiero ni imaginar cómo estará la cocina si la terraza está así.

15min esperando para entrar, y 1hora y 10min para q nos sirvieran, las burguer muy normalitas tirando a regulares, frías, quesito de la vaca q rie por cheedar, se pide explicación por el intento de engaño puesto q en la carta pone cheedar, y nos dicen q es un trozo de masa de cheedar desecho con leche y una crema de no saben que,, total el sabor era un quesito de los de toda la vida, malisimo, 1hora y media para sentarte y servirte para una comida muy muy normaliza y MUY CARA, decepcionante pero bueno para no repetir, camareros ... sin comentarios aunq si resaltar a 1 camarera q llego 1 mesa de 4 personas a las q beso colocó al instante y saco la comida en menos de 5 min. Ya llevábamos nosotros más de 1 hora esperando la comida. Otro q se le caía todo desde q llegamos tirando cosas, q se les habia roto el sistema, . En fin un caos. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, mala experiencia.

El ambiente era bueno, estaba lleno quizás por ser 2x1, pero todas las mesas estábamos sin comida. Desde que pedimos hasta que llegó la comida pasó más de una hora y cuando llegó un desastre. Mi hamburguesa y otra más venían destrozadas, para comerla con tenedor. No tenían cuchillos, nos trajeron la mitad de servilletas de los que éramos, pedimos la cuenta y no venían a cobrar, un desastre. Una hamburguesa venía con la comanda enganchada de cocina, una falta de atención tremenda. No volveremos porque no sale rentable ni aún con el 2x1.

Los menues viejos, desgastados y sucios. Servicio ineficiente, no sirven platos ni cubiertos, las hamburguesas sin mayonesa o ketchup. Los camareros muy inexpertos. Las empanadas con el interior frío, etc. Mientras esperábamos entraron cajones de bebidas y se pusieron a barrer...todo de noche. En general todo mal.

Falta inadmisible: 31 de diciembre, Noche Vieja, reservamos una mesa para cenar por su página web, todo perfecto, fácil y sin problema hasta que fuimos a cenar y ESTABA CERRADO!!! No entiendo el sistema que permite reservar cuando no pensaban abrir y no entiendo que al ver la reserva en días anteriores o posteriores no se realizara llamada o correo de disculpa. Íbamos con una niña de 9 años, saben lo que es buscar algo para cenar a las 22:00 en Noche Vieja ??? En fin, no puedo valorar su comida pero el servicio de reserva es nefasto.

Absolutely terrible, was takeaway. Food came stone cold. We ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal for the price of one. We only received one that looked like it had been cooked hours ago and the chips were stone cold and tasted like cardboard.

Service was slow. Waited ages for waiter. When drinks came one of the glasses was dirty with lipstick marks. When I asked for glass to be changed waiter didn't seem interested and asked why after looking at glass. You could clearly see the lipstick marks. I said OK. Don't bother and walked out without paying for drinks. Waiters need to be educated on how to be pleasant to customers. Didn't get a chance to try the food. I would avoid and go elsewhere.

Stay away! We went on a holiday with a group of friends yesterday and dinner was definitely ruined. The burgers are not tasty at all, and for that kind of money, they are disgusting! My cutlet was completely burnt, the bun was soggy and horrible, the cheapest one there is, it tastes like plasticine that makes your throat feel numb. I will leave the presentation in the photo, it is worse than any burger from the market. They left a finger print on my burger. My husband's was crumpled and not appetizing. Not at all what they paint on the menu! All my friends said that the burgers were not tasty! Without a doubt, this is the worst burger I have ever had. I do not recommend it to anyone. The beer from the bottle was tasty and the potatoes from the store were also fried so that you could eat them, but I would never pay €31 for this again in my life! I regret that I did not immediately return the order and leave.

Warm White wine served at 30oC, Burgers ok, burger meat good, bacon not bacon! So in general not great, toilets disgusting!
