Hubby had liver and onions. I had prawn salad - came with chips. Come here every year and love that you leave wondering about which meal you will choose next time. As it’s written not a fast food place but they get to you as fast as they can. Well worth those few minutes extra wait.

The Corner Bar New Town Lovely looking bar and well supported,when I passed it it looked very inviting and from what I could see the food looked good,it must have a good reputation as I live in the Old Town and have heard its name come up a few times, It has a great size terrace and covers all the sport,next time I'm in the New Town I shall be going in ... Well I did go in the next time and it was well worth my friend and I both had a breakfast definitely worth it and service with a smile,

1st time here fish n chips thought it was moby dick,home made chips absolutely lovely and a good pint as well, will be back defo.

Excellent food, very reasonable prices, generous quantity, kind staff. If only there would be more fans on the terrace or an AC inside, it'd be perfect. We'll be back regardless.

Visited for lunch when we were staying at the Melia hotel last week. With a fussy child and another family member with ASD and limited safe foods we wanted to have some traditional British food for a meal. The service was lovely, such friendly welcoming people, and really reasonable prices. We all had toasties with chips and some cold drinks, and I have to say mine was one of the best toasties I've ever had. Highly recommend the cafe to anyone visiting Benidorm

Me and my partner just returned back from a 2 week stay at the flamingo oasis across the road from this bar , I nearly didn't bother trying the food here as I had read quite a few bad reviews regarding service and stuff, and we was all inclusive so didn't really need to. But we decided to try the breakfast out and it just goes to show do not believe everything you read, the service the food everything was brilliant and they were extremely busy everytime we went in and still got a great service and great food evertime pretty sure we didnt wait longer than 10 minutes at anytime for our food to arrive which was great also , we returned everyday apart from Wednesday as they are closed on Wednesdays at the moment for a well deserved break.

Food was lovely. Good old deep fried chips, none of the frozen rubbish. Burger was nice. Fish was massive! Service was quick and friendly. Cheap prices. Would definitely recommend coming here.

We came here a couple of times on our stay in benidorm, staff are so nice in there , you may have a wait for the food at busy times but let me tell you it's worth it , wife had roast chicken dinner which was delicious and next day fish and chips which were superb , I of course am a fussy fella with food buth the chips mushy peas and gravy with onion rings and barbecue sauce were amazing, if you want fast food fast go to KFC down the road but if you want great food served and cooked right go to the crew at the corner bar in benidorm . Thanks again for everything and the pina coladas...opposite the flaminco oasis hotel.

Visited nearly every day for 2 weeks beginning of September, staff work so hard and service is fast, food portions are huge, my favs were the omelette breakfast - a definite must have and the chicken curry jacket potato - didn’t even need butter and I NEVER eat a jacket potato without butter, but the potato was so good it didn’t need any! Also the chicken salad is huge and so filling, we will definitely be returning!!

Called in for a fishy Friday. I had large cod n chips and wife had small fish n chips, washed down with a couple of local beers for around €24. Both great value for money and ver tasty, if being super picky the small was a touch greasy. Excellent service with a good size eating area, we had to sit in as was feb evening but is a good size outside area if warm enough, gets the sun afternoon/ evening.

This has to be the best Sunday dinner in Benidorm every thing was cooked just perfect , the atmosphere was perfect the service was fantastic and the price was really good couldn’t fault a single thing . We saw this restaurant on you tube with Benidorm Ana and I highly recommend it 😊

Update back again September 2024. Still nice food here. Had Sunday roast- yum yum! Good selection of British food. Sunday lunches with OAP rates if required. Service can be a little slow due to the establishment being full most of the time! Keep up the good work👍 update 2025: had some lovely traditional fish and chips here with proper Icelandic cod that hits the spot. It’s pity that other fish shops and food establishments in Benidorm can’t get the cod we Brits all love! Well done corner cafe and thanks to all the staff that work very hard to serve you😊

Food was amazing! So glad we decided to visit this place. Ate here 3 times during our week stay at the melia hotel. Breakfast and dinners were delicious. Myself and partner got the sirloin steaks twice. The portion sizes are so big! The staff do not stop and were lovely. Honestly couldn't recommend this place enough. The food was the best we had during our holiday.

Lovely food with plenty of gluten free options. Server made sure my food was prepared separately and talked through what food was at risk of cross contamination eg chips in fryer. I had the BLT Gluten Free Baguette and it was filling and delicious. We will definitely be going back to sample some more of the menu. The salads look incredible. ☆UPDATE☆ We came back for a Gluten Free Sunday Lunch. The portions were extremely generous. I had Gravy, stuffing AND a Yorkshire Pudding all gluten free!! The apple crumble pie is also gluten free.

Was recommended this place by a regular Beni holiday maker. Had excellent service. Attentive staff members, speedy ordering. The staff never stopped moving whilst we were there. Very busy. Certainly recommend a visit during your stay. I been everyday of my holiday and have tried many dishes. All excellent and value was second to none. Portion size vs price was very good. A perfect place for a family to eat well. I Can’t beat it in my opinion. 👍🏽👍🏽

Food was actually really good with a great range to choose from, however my partners lasagna arrived with soap suds in the food and the server was gone before we could address. It was eaten and he's still alive so that alright. Wouldn't say 100 wow but better then a lot of places back home for sure.

This is a lovely British bar serving freshly cooked food 🍴🍕🍔 I would definitely recommend the breakfast 🍳☕🍞 as it's very tasty 😋 and good value for money. Ice cold beers 🍺and wine 🍷 as well as the usual top shelf spirits on offer at very reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and the service is fantastic. There are plenty of seats both inside and out. Well worth a visit ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ashley who is owner is a host with the most, the food is outstanding and the prices are great. During busy periods there is a wait but worth it once the food arrives. Have eaten there a few times and never disappoint with the standard of service and food. Would have given 5 stars but as I have said when it's busy the wait can be longer than usual as food is freshly cooked. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great for a cheap meal, but I do not reccomend the meals. The fish and chips were awful, so much batter.

Excellent full English breakfast served all day. Very popular family run establishment. Open till 5pm daily.

Been here a week 8 of us for the boxing have come here every morning because the breakfast was lovely but the attitude off all staff and the way we been spoken to well. On all mornings I’ve asked for soft butter as it’s frozen to be told no we don’t have any but yet butter certain peoples toast for them. Told them yesterday they had our meals wrong 1 rolled her eyes grabbed a pen and rudely said so what do you want what is wrong 🤯 not an hello not a thank you no smiles very rude we are here for another week and definitely won’t be goi f back it has put us guests in an awful mood before our day even starts where has customer service should be the number 1 priority especially having gone there 6 days we will not be back. All bad reviews are stating how rude especially the women are

Unfortunately, it's not what we had heard. Nice bar. And beer. We went to the bar. And sat out. Ordered food. Chip are great. Really nice. But the BLT wasn't the best. Waited to be served for more beer, but no one was interested. Other people around served, then they wandered off. It was like we were invisible. Shame because it is in a great place.womt be back.

We have had some great food in Benidorm but this was Not good, food poor, steaks were tough, in rush to close. Service poor. Disappointed as this was recommended to us.

We went today for gammon, chips and salad. The gammon was nice but the salad was old and gone off. Some of the salad leaves were soggy, black and stoggy. We complained and the waitress just shock her head and shrugged her shoulders. Not professional at all. We are regular customers as we live here. It puts a mark on there standards……

I haven't been here for a few years as I didn't like the snotty eggs on the English breakfast. The staff were incredibly rude. This was in 2019. I thought I'd give it another try Feb 2025. Well the Staff were worse. So rude and not interested. Also, let's be frank it's a glorified Cafe, no sea view, next door to a Lidl and parking isn't easy despite direct outside parking. Not often will you get a space. So what on earth makes them think they can charge 12€ for a large English breakfast!!!!! I know the cost of food has gone up but not to that extent. You can get a large one round the corner at about 20-30 other bars for half the price. I'm shocked they haven't sorted the customer service out 6 years later. Wanted to pay by card, told her can I have the bill and I'll pay by card. She didn't listen and brought the bill. I said can I pay by card, she shouted at me "if you pay by card, you'll have to go up the bar" I'm sat 2 tables from the bar. Turns out they could have bought the machine to the table but they didn't want to. Maybe they will blame wifi, I understand, maybe out on the terrace, but not 2 tables from the bar. No hello, no thanks, no smiles. Rip off prices. Won't be back. EVER.

Changing my review due to the worst rude service. 0 stars from me Today, sunday, everybody hungover in Benidorm! However i took my 6yr old to the local animal/sea life park! This bar catered to my needs with a tastefull breakfast sadwich. I fully recommend this pub/bar/local as the staff are also really friendly! I will be back. I came from Javea and will recomend this to all!!

GRUBBY, dirty floors covered in food, flies in toilet, dusty skirtings, mucky tables & sticky menus. First visit, very disappointed having read good reviews. Disinterested staff who cleared the tables, but couldn't be bothered cleaning them. Won't be returning. Glad we didn't eat. OAP discount, or not..

Spoon dirty. Clean before you cooking. If you go to breakfast early, the food won't taste freshly made. It tastes like it was cooked the day before.

This is a hit or a miss. First visit was lovely, second time not as good, third time was awful! I ordered lasagne and it hadn’t just turned bad, it was proper proper off! It tasted like vinegar and I could not get rid of the taste. Sent it back, was offered something else but the taste was horrendous that it put me off. Ordered fish fingers for my little one but she didn’t want chips or beans so they gave her 4 fish fingers, she ate one so I asked if I could take the rest away, they brought us used tin foil to wrap them in which had dried-in grease and black bits on it so when I went to the bar to pay, I gave them the tin foil back. They offered me new tin foil but the table had already been cleared so the fish fingers were gone! They also told me “we’ve taken the lasagne off the bill”. Well, I should hope so as I didn’t eat it and if I had, I’d definitely have fallen badly ill so I definitely won’t return.

I can't understand why people like the food hear, breakfast is ok but the rest is really bad. They must think your stupid if you don't notice that they use leftover chips off other people's place+reheat+serve them to the next customer. Iv worked in a place where they done this+I know 100% they reheated, they are dark hard+greasy. The chicken portion is inedible, it's so dry+had you just cant eat it. The woman owner don't smile or say a word when dealing with you.

Rude staff, dont look like they can be bothered to work. Not surprized by the type of clients who go there. Europe foods is the provider i saw! They provide every uk bar the same frozen sausages, bacon, bread, etc.... bad quality items. Hence the cheapness of the menu. I recommend a spanish local produce bar. At least they smile.
