I really like this Starbucks because of its size and location; it's a good place to work or study. However, twice I've been there, the bathroom was dirty, the staff didn't seem to know the promotions or what products were in stock, and for some orders, they just left things on the counter without saying who ordered them. The air inside is always freezing. I'm a little hesitant to buy baked goods because they aren't stored properly; there were even flies the last time I went (evidence attached).

The baristas are friendly. The basement area closes at 6 pm. The terrace has a nice view, but the shop is small. My only complaint is that ALL the electrical outlets are loose; you can't charge your devices.

I hope they pay more attention to the cleanliness of the entrance, from the outside in. The stairs, the glass door, the entrance mat, and the floor are almost always dirty and/or neglected. Everything else is very good, and the service is very pleasant. What I would recommend in general at all Starbucks locations is that the cashier not handle food. Even though they wear gloves, they touch the food after handling money, which is why I stopped buying food there.
