My sister and I are really excited this Tous Les Jours opened in our neighborhood. The ambiance is great and everyone is great! Lovely coffee, better croquettes. The management is both respectful and supportive of their clientele, I would recommend coming to relax for a nice summer weekday.

Great esthetic and everything we had was delicious. We tried the mango cloud, blueberry cloud, and cloud cake (strawberries) all extremely light yet refreshing. Blueberry has yogurt in it so it gives it a different taste but so delicious. I tried the lavender honey macchiato which is different but delicious. Definitely a must try and the staff is beyond sweet and nice.

Came here a few nights ago with my family and ordered a few drinks and some pastries. Even though it was close to closing time, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the pastries were still fresh. The manager recommended we try a kimchi croquette and it was so good that we went back and bought another. We also ordered black honey iced tea and peach iced tea which was very refreshing. The staff was very polite to us and other guests in the store. We will definitely be returning again soon!

Absolutely loved all the Pastries and Baked Goods I ordered. I just wish the Cream Cheese Bagel has been a little more savory than sweet. This was a Delivery Order, but definitely try to visit in person to try some of the Drinks they have. They seem to have a some interesting options.

New fave spot!!! ❤️ Ambience 10/10 Food 10/10 Customer Service 100/10 I had the lavender latte, it taste like a regular latte with a hint of flavor of lavender but not too strong (u would barely taste it). The barista made it so good. Kudos! You can also ask for milk alternatives. The strawberry piece cake is top tier! 😍 All pastries are delicious and freshly baked. Thank you Mr. Jay! We will definitely come back.

Finally got a chance to stop by this TLJ that opened few months back. Really neat clean store. Everything still looks new. Very bright and well decorated. Even though I went around evening time, there was a good amount of bakery goods on the shelves. The cake collection was amazing as usual. I got some cheese pancake, Portuguese egg tar and Macaroon. All of them were fresh and tasty. Got a friendly service from T at the register. Hope I’ll get to visit the store soon again.

While we visited OKC, we came here every day for coffee and baked good, always fresh and tasty!

Went in for the first time yesterday evening and returned today - Love this bakery! Everything is freshly baked and tastes amazing. The macaroons are to die for, and the coconut cloud drink is a must-try. Such a cozy spot with delicious treats—I’ll definitely be back!

The place looks clean and bright, the drinks are good, cold and hot tea, chocolate, coffee, etc, the bake goods are also good, they have a variety of them, This was my first time in the store but I felt that the customer service was poor. The girl at the register was more concerned about the litle boxes that she was assembling than paying atention to the client, The store inside was a bit too cold so we sat outside, the girl quickly walked behind us to lock the doors. It waa only 8:53pm and the store close at 9pm. She could have been more polite.

Relatively new TLJ on Washington Ave Bergenfield. Small parking lot at the back which is a great feature because it's on a busy road. Quite small inside. I don't feel they have all the bakery items? Or they just sold out so fast? You can order coffee, tea, cakes at the counter. The staff seem nice. Some tables in the front for dine in. Very clean. Lights come in from floor window. It gives a relaxing warm vibe.

That was what distinguished this place from all the rest as well as the friendly staff. She, however, was on the contrary. This used to be my favorite bakery to go to. He insisted that it was the correct drink, even though I’ve ordered the same one three times in the past and never had any issues. He kept trying to make me take the wrong drink because, according to him, it was the same thing. I even had to pull up proof from my Uber Eats order history and show pictures of my previous drinks just to get him to make a new one. The whole situation took about 20 minutes for just one drink because he wouldn’t believe me. It was such an inconvenience since I had to get to school. I tried to stay patient, but he was rude and even questioned me by saying, “Did you order it here?” and “Are you sure it’s this location?” This was completely unacceptable. I was patient the entire time, yet he never apologized or responded politely.

Unfortunately, I've had two uncomfortable interactions with a particular staff member. My usual request is just for a little less milk in my latte so I can taste more coffee, but this staff member has lectured me on what a vanilla latte “should be,” which felt pretty dismissive. Today, I had an issue where the lid didn’t fit properly and my drink spilled when I tried to add cinnamon. I did my best to clean it up, and another customer mentioned they’d had the same issue, which made me feel a bit better. But after the staff member cleaned up/ remade my coffee, she handed it to me and then told me curtly that they don’t normally remake spilled drinks. As a regular customer, this was really upsetting and made me feel unwelcome.

The quality is going down. And they are starting to cut corners. The mocha cream bread had a pea sized amount of cream and they cut it differently so they don’t have to add as much cream in between the slices

Just left this establishment and although their food and drinks are tasty the customer service is deplorable. I went to this business yesterday and ordered a caramel latte iced with extra caramel, and the drink was frozen. The barista did not add the extra caramel so when I asked, she did it but of course with and attitude. The drink was tasty so I decided to go back this morning and ordered the same thing with the same young lady (did not get her name) she made the drink iced this morning. I said I ordered this yesterday and it was frozen. She proceeded to say it wasn’t the same drink and placed the drink down with an attitude and walked off. No attempt to fix or anything…. Customer service goes a long way. I will not be purchasing from this establishment again. May that young lady be blessed
