They really need to work on their drive-thru. When it's busy, they rarely if ever utilize the second ordering kiosk like they should so as not to lead to a build up of a line of waiting cars.

Went by for breakfast before work and got a bagel sandwich which had only 2 extremely thin strips of bacon, which I swear I remember there being more when I’ve gone to other locations. And also they forgot the creamer and sugar in my coffee, so I threw it away. It wasn’t even busy, so that’s a bummer.

What can I say? It's McDonald's not a Michelin restaurant. Anyway, the drive thru is always great, fast, never have issues. It's when I have to go in that i end up waiting for 10-15 minutes sometimes just to place an order when its empty. I've waited 30-45min for my food inside before only to be given cold food. Hence the 3 stars for service. Ordering on the app and waiting outside in the parking lot in my car is usually faster than inside. Sometimes late at night there's not so nice people standing in the drive thru asking for spare change but the staff always get them to leave to keep the area safe. Hence 4 stars atmosphere. Overall one of the better McDonald's I've been to in my life.

Don’t use the mobile app for curbside. When I arrived to pick up my order, the app never had me select a curbside spot. When I went inside and showed my receipt and order number on the app, the staff wouldn’t give me the food for 10 minutes because of something about “waiting for a second action” and “STAGE.” They said that because the app didn’t have me confirm my curbside spot, they won’t actually get the money for the order? Seems weird, but I offered to pay again right there in store but the staff declined. I felt like I was being treated like they thought I was trying to pull some kind of scam for free food, and it was humiliating. I hope they can fix the app.

From the homeless man in the main area threatening to throw bleach on my son and the standing water all outside the restroom area with no wet floor signs, this place is a mere shell of what it was in the 80’s and 90’s. Stay away! Pickup your food if you really want McD’s.

It's kind of amazing how big of a difference there is between a good McDonald's and a bad one. This is definitely a bad one. Employees are not friendly (despite being paid at least $20/hr), service is slow and the food is old, cold and lacking flavor. Plus they charge extra for a cup.

I used to go to McDonalds for value and convenience. Lately, value has gone out the window with shrunken sandwiches and sides and higher prices. But occasionally I would stop by to get a quick meal. The line of customers was light, but it took over five minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches and two hashbrowns. It's now no longer worth waiting over five minutes for a meal that cost over $15.00. My new year's resolution is to never visit McDonald's again.

I would say this Mcdonald's is the worst in the area. Most of the employees, especially if they are the managers, are not courteous and act like they are doing you a favor. Especially if you are looking for a specific happy meal toy. And to top it off, they over charge and have no promotional items like other Mcdonald's have. Very meh experience at his location. Not worth it.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Likely the worst McDonalds in the known universe. If you order online they won’t send you your food. It’s been 3-4 times that I received sandwiches with no egg or no sausage, basically garbage that’s old and left over. It’s absolutely ridiculous and unseen to treat customers with such contempt and disdain. Should be shut down immediately.

Bought Big Breakfast w/pancakes and Large coffee, without telling me had being charge an extra $0.25 cents for the cup itself. Large coffee price is $1.69 plus tax.
