This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I had sweet chili wings and a pepperoni pizza. The wings were quite tasty, meaty, and well sauced. The pizza was very good, although my personal preference is for a longer cooked crust. The dough was fresh and chewy, the sauce a bit different but very satisfying. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.6.
Tasty , soft dough and perfectly toasted crust . Not dry
*UPDATE* You have got to try Panini Pizzas calzones! I called around Beverly on a crazy busy Friday night and everyone was busy to the point of not answering phones. Panini answered right away and my zone and large za were ready in 20 minutes. I always get their pizza (see original review) but felt like eating my feelings tonight and I have to say they couldn't have delivered a better cheat meal. Best calzone around town, hands down. My go-to that never disappoints! 💓🍕 *Original review** Just tried the bianco pizza and a cheese pizza to go and I am very impressed! Great prices compared to similar hi-qual pizzas (like Otto). Their crust is nice and textured but not too thick, plenty of cheese and not too much sauce. Cooked to that perfect level where the cheese is slightly browned. The smalls are nicely sized. Will definitely be returning!
Been here two times, they make good fresh pizza in front of you, nice Vegetarian options 🍕 quality is much better

I came to this place once during my shift as an Amazon driver, a very hungry Amazon driver. And they were phenomenal. I can't thank them enough. The quality of the panini and the fact that they had it finished and served in less than 10 minutes was no less than amazing. And the cashier even put it in a to-go box for me, without asking, because I wasn't 100% I could stay. Superb food and exemplary service that sets itself apart. Would go back in a heartbeat.
I got the gluten free Fenway and it was delicious 🤤
One of the best pizza around! I had a few of their sandwiches and alot of the meats had this redish seasoning on it that I did not like. This sauce or seasoning was in 3 subs so stopped getting subs from them. Still my go to pizza place in this side of Beverly!

The new owners are clueless when it comes to running a pizza joint. During busy times, orders have longer wait times than you’re being told and you may find one of your pizzas going missing when you pick it up. Quality of pizza fluctuates, but I suggest ordering during non busy hours to get decent service and a solid pie.
The pizza is great but the service is lacking. Called and ordered a pizza was told 25 minutes and when I arrived in 25 minutes they said I’ll make that right now. Just be honest so people aren’t hanging around waiting for 20 minutes. No apology or discount given. Love the pizza but not sure I’ll go back since this isn’t the first time this happened

We used to love Panini but have not been in a while so decided to give them a try. Prices are good. Crust is excellent, probably the best in town! That said, my husband wanted to try the Fenway. I was disappointed that it does not have any sauce, just a thick layer of cheese. Not "bad" but not as flavorful as I'd hoped. Toppings were not as generous as in the past, but perhaps that's how they keep prices reasonable?? At least they were fairly evenly distributed. I would not call the onion "caramelized" and there was no basil, even though it was listed as an ingredient. Perhaps that might've bumped up the flavor a bit?? We'll give them another shot, but try a different combo!
Last couple of times we have ordered from Beverly we have been very disappointed. They were very skimpy on toppings on the pepperoni and sausage pesto pizzas. We have been loyal for years but will now be headed to Regina Pizza at the Cummings Center as well.

Got my order wrong. Guy statyed yelling at me and being aggressive. Didn't care at all. Overpriced and the pizza is terrible. Don't get there food, its gross amd all wrong. They dont care.
Love to support local businesses but the pizza was so undercooked. Did not taste good at all. I really wanted to enjoy this place but i could not. Manager said he could give me a store credit due to my poor experience.

I ordered a large pizza and boneless wings online. The delivery showed up 1:15 minutes later than the latest time they said it would be there. I called them over 10 times looking for my pizza with no answer. My daughter had to skip dinner and go to bed because it was too late. I ordered a large pizza, received a small and it was cold and didn’t have cheese on it?! I spent $35 for a small cold cheese less pizza and an order of cold chicken tenders.
not open when i went to pick up my birthday party order during their hours of operation. insane.
Said order would be ready by 11:45 and it wasn’t ready until 12:20 - called 10 times to get an update and no answer. This order was put in at 9:30am and we had 30 people at a business to serve…this was very inconvenient and at the very least, would have expected an answer to my phone calls to let me know if the food was on the way. Never going again because of this experience.
I’ve had a few bad experiences here and kept going back. That ends tonight. The food is solid but not worth the very real chance of terrible service. 8 ppl that had placed phone or online orders standing there and one pizza in the oven. Staff (I think one is the owner) made zero contact (verbal, eye, anything) with all of us. It took one guy 10 minutes get the owner to just void out his order. Myself and another guy finally figured out our food had been sitting on the prep table, boxed up for 25+ minutes.
After a long day at work I decided to grab a sandwich on my way home. I placed an online order here and went over. Took longer than it should have but I was happy to wait to not have to cook tonight. I ordered a cold tuna sandwich with cold veggies on the online ordering system and under "BREAD," I chose the options for "sub roll" and "toasted." I mistakenly assumed that this would mean the bread was toasted as the sections name implied and was very incorrect when I noticed the entire cold tuna sub with lettuce and many other fresh veggies in the oven which I'm sure was pushing 1,000 degrees. When I asked them to remove it they promptly did. And when I expressed how the ordering system wasn't clear at all and i thought it was toasting the bread only and how they should label that choosing "toasting" means toasting the entire sandwich. Instead any type of resolution like offering to make a new one or refund me for the steaming hot loaf of warmed creamy fish and soggy lettuce he replied with "Oh, ok." I expressed this wasn't edible and not what I ordered and again was hit with another "Oh, ok" as he handed me the bag. Very disappointed that not after wasting money I have to cook as well. Food might be good here otherwise but be very wary of online ordering system/order accuracy and customer service. I'm very much hoping someone will reach out with a resolution to this matter.
I called Panini Pizza Co to place a pizza order and had an awful experience. The person on the phone was rude, had trouble communicating, and became angry about the tip I mentioned for delivery. Being upset with a customer over a tip is completely unprofessional. I was just trying to order food, not be made uncomfortable. Terrible customer service — I won’t be ordering from here again.
Pizza was left on our front porch, in the cold. Called them and manager said it's not their fault it's the delivery service. I'm sorry I left a 20% tip for an ice cold pizza. You're not even sorry? Plenty of pizza places around. Won't go there again!
We ordered the Palermo Panini and were really disappointed. It had no flavor, and the caramelized onions and roasted peppers advertised were missing. The chicken tasted like it was just precooked, not freshly grilled. Definitely not worth the money — won’t be ordering again.
The absolute worst pizza I've ever had. They actually cook in and serve it to you in an aluminum pan. Does was soft. Taste was ok but I've had way better frozen pizzas than this. Not sure what happened as it used to be good pizza. Tin pan? Really?
