fast service and nice staff. Definitely busy during the rushes/weekends but I would recommend if you just want a coffee while shopping rodeo/Beverly Hills

We ordered a small cappuccino, but they made us a big one. The milk foam fell off and the size of the cappuccino turned out to be a small glass. Why did we overpay ((((( There is a long line to the toilet.

I stopped here for a quick coffee. It’s a decent Starbucks but the service was a bit slow and my coffee was 3/4 full!!

This Starbucks don't make half caffeinated coffees here. willing to accommodate the kind barista offered to make the two coffees. This is what I did. She also offered a $4 gift card for their inconvenience. Very kind. The manager was very rude to another customer while I was making my order. This place looks like a Walmart when they are restocking the shelves. Overall sad to see some of my favorite Starbucks locations going downhill with poor customer service.

My morning coffee was pleasant until I reach the end of it. In the past I worked with a coffee company and if I understand correctly I know that coffee grinds aren't supposed to be in the consumers cup. I am not really disappointed in them accidents happen, just to give some awareness to making a good cup of coffee.

Today I went to pick up my order the service was terrible they were rude. When I ask for help they were extremely rude about as if it is a burden to do their job. I will not be back.

the boy was cleaning the floor with his own hands and when he went to prepare my cappuccino I had to tell him to wash his hands, they should close it.

The food was good but the person who took the order was so rude. (A black lady) I told her that I was ordering with a grande size but she forgot it and asked me again with a mumbling tone. I didn't get it so I asked her again, but she made a sigh. Then, she asked me about my name. So I answered her, but she didn't get it again. Even though it was her fault, she made a sarcastic smile and shouted at me with big eyes asking my name again. (Hey beauty! Your name?!) I said that I told her my name already but she didn't give me any aplogies. I told her my name again with the exact spellings, but the beverage came out with the wrong letters. Also it was a hot one but came out without a holder. Because of her nasty attitude, my travel was ruined. I hope no foreigners visit this place. I want to ask this company to work on training the manners of their employees.

I’ve come to this Starbucks multiple times and have never been told I needed to make a purchase to use the restroom. But when my Black boyfriend tried to use it, the barista a super heavy set white woman immediately stopped him and loudly said he had to buy something first. He was actually planning to make a purchase, but the way she approached him felt targeted and discriminatory. I’m white and have never once been questioned or stopped like that. The difference in treatment was obvious and Christina’s rude, unprofessional behavior made the entire situation uncomfortable. Do better. Starbucks was sued back in 2018 for a similar situation involving two Black men just trying to use the restroom. This kind of behavior should not still be happening.

One of the worst Starbucks I've been to in the world. The Hispanic young cashier was kind & took our order in a pleasant way. The young chubby young girl handing out the drinks was very rude, seemed she was in a bad mood. I'm not sure if Starbucks trains them but they should take lessons from Chickfila. The restaurant was dirty and the restroom was filthy and gross!! So disgusting
