Great food and great environment! It was perfect for a cozy family gathering. The chef knew how to prepare good food that made you feel at home. Everyone around us was jolly and happy which was contagious! The restaurant seemed to be understaffed however, the waiter was a pocket rocket that looked after everyone in the dining room efficiently and professionally. Also the chef managed to deliver amazing food without waiting long for it and we did order a lot. I noticed a window that faced the kitchen, I was expecting to see some chaos considering the amount of people dining but to my surprise everything was clean and pristine (hats off to the chef!). The food was simple with a bit of a twist which was fantastic. My nephew wasn't willing to try anything that was on the menu (he's 5 so for him to try new foods sometimes, it's a bit of a challenge) the chef came out, spoke with him and made exactly what he wanted! He did end up devouring both the open platters and the personalised pasta! Great wine selection, amazing open platters, the tonnarelli with walnuts and lime zest good lord...WOW! If you're looking for great food with that Italian soul and vibe, well, this is it!

The atmosphere is very charming and welcoming, with prosciutto hanging everywhere—a sight to behold. The cuisine is simple, tasty, and flavorful, with a wide variety of platters, three first courses, three second courses, and the dish of the day. It's a great way to avoid getting lost (the rabbit is sublime). The desserts are delicious, especially the homemade ones. The service is fast and impeccable, with detailed descriptions of the dishes. The price is reasonable for the food—we're talking about San Daniele prosciutto, Fassona steak, and a rib-eye steak weighing about 750g. Highly recommended!

Friendliness and good food. I went there today for lunch with my family. We were seated in the charming and tastefully renovated courtyard. It was sunny, but there are shade cloths. The service was friendly, and we enjoyed excellent prosciutto platters. The first course and desserts were also good. My orange-flavored Sacher torte was delicious! The price was fair, in line with the amount we ate and drank.

I went to this place for lunch this Saturday. The place is new and bright, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen offers appetizers featuring the freshest cured meats (as the name suggests). We tried the platter with prosciutto, goat cheese, and honey, and it was delicious; the prosciutto was truly excellent. We then ordered a slice of beef; mine was excellent, while my friend's was a bit stiff. The prices are perhaps slightly above the Biella average.

For two, we ordered: - 2 appetizer platters, generous, simple but made with quality ingredients (about €9 each) - 1 plate of San Daniele cappelletti with basil mousse, very good and a generous portion!! (€10) Since we knew we'd be sharing the first course, it was already brought to us halved on two separate plates, each beautifully presented—a truly lovely touch. - 1 main course of sliced ​​steak with Sauvignon reduction and salad, not bad! (€14) - 2 desserts (€4.50) - 1 bottle of water and two glasses of wine (€4 each) All accompanied by some truly delicious bread and breadsticks! Total: about €60, with a small discount from the owner. We left full, satisfied, and happy!!

Un locale grazioso, accogliente, dove è possibile trovare taglieri di vario genere caratterizzati dalla presenza di un ottimo prosciutto crudo, accompagnato da altre pietanze di vario genere. Buona scelta di vini e di birra, volendo anche artigianale. Al tavolo servono ragazze molto gentili e rapide. Prezzi nella media. Tornerò volentieri.

Di passaggio, per lavoro , per stare in compagnia. Di più non potrei descrivere questo locale nel centro cittadino di Biella , lontanissimo dai fasti del passato dove un tavolo era tanto ricercato quanto prezioso. Una rivisitazione dunque azzeccata nell'ambiente, nello splendido dehors estivo ma ben poco nel cibo. Nonostante i piatti siano stati ripresentati in menù, con aggiunta di altri , a mio parere sono tutti molto " smart" dal gusto, alla preparazione e non per ultimo al costo assolutamente non proporzionato per quello che viene offerto. Nello specifico una tartare impiattata con piglio scolastico, abbinata a sapori azzardati , un dolce esageratamente minuscolo , un vino troppo aerato ed infine un tempo d'attesa decisamente lungo, per una sala nemmeno piena. Sono particolarmente deluso perché natio anch'io a Biella, e se malgrado tutto posso consigliarlo per un pasto frugale, altrettanto non direi per il resto. Voto 4.

Beautiful restaurant, furnished with simplicity and good taste. The menu policy is commendable, and it benefits the quality. I enjoyed the main courses more than the first courses. Personally, there was too much cream in the tagliolini, and I would have preferred the fusilli to be more al dente. The staff was friendly and offered good advice. A wide selection of platters and various cuts of meat, including "exotic" ones. Reasonable prices.

Never ever go here! This restaurant is not what it used to be. We arrived with 7 people for an aperitivo. That was okay. However we decided to have dinner and that was the biggest disaster I have ever experienced in any restaurant (not just in Italy). After having around 5 bottles of wine we got a minimal portion of tagliata which a wasnt even cooked properly as we particularly asked. We all were very dissatisfied and dissapointed. P.S. We instantly booked tickets back to the Netherlands
