In the middle of a move, and didn't realize how late it had gotten. Whataburger had a line to BFE, so I drove into sonic on Gregg st, felt horrible for getting there 10 mins before closing, but we were hungry. And let me say, MacKenzie who was my carhop, was so nice and realized I was about to leave without straws and flagged me down and brought them to me before pulling out!! Had to give a shout out for the awesome customer care, so close to closing time! Two thumbs up!!
As always fast friendly service
My dog Hank and I walk there every other day, and EVERY staff member has been awesome. Even the newest car hop they just hired. I'll continue making the walk with Hank for My Vanilla Big Red and Hanks Corn dog!!!!
I usually call my food in within 30 to 45 mins before closing and tonight I called to place my order and the girl told me they don't take orders over the phone within the last hour of being open. I was a bit upset about this becuz to me it seems as if they make up the rules as they go. Just like last night I came here to eat (I didn't know I was gonna eat here until I drove by it or else I would of called it in as usual) and it was not quite 11pm yet and once I pushed the red button they cut the lights out about 30 seconds later as I am waiting on them to answer my button call. Then she finally answers and says they are closed. I was livid.....so I ended up going to Whataburger instead. I love Whataburger but the wait in the drive thru is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS 30 MINS MINIMUM. So you can we why I was so upset at sonic. Then earlier today I came here for their $1.00 chili dogs and I ordered 2 of them and when she brought them out to me they did not look at all remotely like they normally do at regular price. There was hardly any chili at all and about 3 to 4 strands of shredded cheese. What a joke those dogs were. It's not a deal if its not what they normally look like which is covered in chili and cheese to the point you have no choice but to use a fork or else you got a huge mess. Lol heck they didn't even give me a fork....i guess becuz they knew it was not needed becuz I literally was able To pick the entire dog up an eat it without making a mess or a drip of chili on me. This Sonic on Greg st use to be sooooo great but lately it has went down hill. It's getting as bad as the other one on hwy 700. If this continues I will not be coming here anymore.
My granddaughter and I eat there at least once a month. Good service, friendly staff. My son's car broke down there and not only did they let us leave it overnight but one of the staff came out and helped when we picked it up the next day
I needed a quick snack and drink. The store is just down the street from my office. Service was fast. A favorite of four food. Cherry limeade are great!
Just had one of the best customer service experiences ever! We're at the sonic in big springs, and they are super busy. My uncle who is very sick, is at the VA hospital...so We came for some quick ice cream. We pull up to one of the speakers, mom pushes the button a few times and nothing happens. So we move across the way to another speaker, push the button and nothing happens. So we catch a carhops attention and let her know what's going on with the speakers. Right then and there she stops what she is doing and takes our order. While that was not what we were wanting, just the fact that she took the time was an act that helped our world seem.... not so upside down for a moment.
This sonic always does a good job. Food is fresh, service is fast and staff are friendly. Night and day compared to the other location in Big Spring.
Great service. I find it to be more reliable and efficient that the other one in town. Otherwise, food is decent but nothing to write home about. I'm a fan of the chili cheese tots myself. Nothing on the menu is terrible which makes it a great place to get a cheap meal with some friends or the family.
Passing through big spring hadn't seen a buidling after 3 hours of driving. The order taker and car hop had a great attitude and the food tasted like the cook enjoyed his job. Best sonic experience I've had in last 10 years.

I’ve visited this specific Sonic a few times recently, having just moved to town. I have yet to have an issue. The app makes ordering a breeze, and the staff always seems to get my order 100% correct, the first time, every time so far!
I have previously had less-than-satisfactory experiences at this location due to long wait times and receiving food that was cold. However, my visit this morning was a significant improvement. Diana provided outstanding service and managed the line efficiently, ensuring that all vehicles were served promptly. It was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service she delivered.
My husband and I like to sit outside and enjoy our lunch The carhops are really nice. The food is always good at lunch time.
This one did not mess up my order like the one on FM 700 did my order came out hot and fresh and my tea was correct. I've always preferred this Sonic over the one on FM 700 anyways.
Since my last visit Sonic service has improve some. It still took five minutes for them ask for our order and 15 minutes for two drinks and they had four cars (us included). Our last visit was so much longer. The young lady delivering our drinks was so polite and happy, that was a plus.
Honestly I’ve eaten at a lot of sonics over the years and this one took the cake staff was extremely friendly. They finally added a tip button on the touch screen all of my food came out fast and hot like it was fresh as well as the server/bellhop coming to check on us afterwards for sauces 10/10
We made two visits lately and both times were good. Use the app and you get the drinks half priced. Also, using the app there is no way your order is placed incorrectly. I got the popcorn chicken and it was so fresh I had to wait a few minutes to eat them delicatblible pieces of fried goodness.
I love their corndogs and cheese tots and 44oz strawberry vanilla 😱 cream coke and lot's of ice. That's the usual. Since I've moved to big spring Texas from Colorado then Arizona I had to get used to being told we are out of chicken at chicken restaurants and listening to teenagers chat it up while there's lines so long. Well I will tell you this... This location try represents their brand with diligence and smiles . It's usually a long wait to get your food but the last few times it's been super qwik and the orders never been wrong which is so frustrating sometimes. But these employees do their absolute best. I hope the change the credit card feature to allow us to tip more. Most people don't even care about carrying around with them. I love this place. Great job.
Not bad, the service here is great and the food is good. This visit we only got their specialty drinks and everyone was satisfied with their drinks. The person who served us was really nice and very friendly.
I love so sonic. This sonic was very fast although it was 12:30 in the afternoon. However, attendant failed to bring katchup and my burger had mustard when I asked for no dressing. This, only 4 stars today.

Ordered the strawberry snowball slush and it was soooooo good! Great service and atmosphere! The card reader in the stalls never work however......
Tried ordering on the app which was easy enough. Had the option of having it ready asap or at a different time. I chose asap because I only live 5 minutes away. It gave me a time estimate of when it would be ready which was 7 to 10 minutes. I arrived in exactly 10 min so I wouldnt have to wait. Pulled in and checked in. My menu board had a progress bar and it showed it was "being prepared". I waited a total of an additional 15 minutes before my food was delivered to me. 25 min from order to delivery is not too bad unless you're expecting it to be ready when they said, then it is. If they had progress bar on the app like Domino's, i couldve waited at home until it was ready.
Sonic is always a happy sight to see after a long day when you don't want to go home and cook. We both ordered breakfast burritos instead of the usual dinner fare and were somewhat disappointed by the freshness and quality. I grant it was lousy weather but we parked where the carhop wouldn't have to get wet when she brought our food. We must have interrupted something very important to her because she hardly said a word when she brought our food and rushed back inside. We're usually very happy with the food and service from Sonic and it's actually one of our favorite guilty pleasure spots to stop but this store doesn't always hit the mark. It's not the first time we've had a negative experience at this store and if not for it being so close to home, we'd find another place to stop. Just check your order before you leave and you'll be good to go.
Sonic's speedy delivery of my order gets four stars today. The food is always really good and the staff are always so helpful, it is not a requirement but always remember to tip. This Sonic is always normally very busy and for good reason, good service and good food
So it's no secret that both Sonic Restaurants in Big Spring are not the best, actually far from it. The Sonic in Andrews, TX has spoiled me with their always hot and fresh food and super fast delivery to your window. But, yesterday I decided to stop by and give it another try. The speed has definitely improved (about 8 minutes from ordering to getting my food) but the food quality was fantastic! My food was hot and fresh and I was very impressed. I will be back to see if it was a fluke or if they're actually trying to improve. As for Sonic on 700, I don't think I'll be back, 10+ minutes to get 4 drinks I ordered on the app is ridiculous.
Store 1604 on Gregg St in Big Spring is awesome. The people are friendly and the food is good. My only disappointment is the App is not so good. I ordered and paid through the App, input the space # where I was parked, then the App showed nothing ordered. but they never brought anything out. I waited and finally had to call them on the order screen just to find out they were out of ice cream. I lost my 50% off discount for first time App use. So I'm not impressed with the App.
The food is always a little lacking here think its because they are short handed most of the time. Which effects the service and atmosphere.
Took almost 20 mins for 2 drinks. They were not very busy. The car hop was very polite and did well. The girl taking orders needs better training on how to respond promptly and not take several seconds to reply. Drinks were a little on the syrupy side as well and too much ice even though we asked for light ice.
The food is delicious! They brought out our order and we were missing 4 ice cream cones. So waited for waitress to go back and make them. My Sonic blast styrofoam cup was cracked about a good inch and a half. They corrected by sliding another cup over the broken cup. Tacky but crafty.
I ordered corn dogs and they did not include mustard with them. Didn't look until I got home. Thought everyone knew you put mustard with corn dogs. I guess I have to be real specific when I order.
Good food but I just waited 30 minutes just for two blue raspberry cream slushies. They forgot onion rings and I had to wait a little over 40 minutes to get them, I had to remind them.
the menu has been upgrated to user friendly screens that work nicely. a much needed improvement from the old menue. it was however hard for me to hear the voice on the speaker but mainly due to loud noise comming off gregg street. the service was fast and good! very nice job sonic well done!
The last few times I have been here they keep having volume issues and mic issues, and the second to last time my sundae was given to me almost completely melted and this last time I'm trying to simply specify what I wanted which was only 3 things and 2 being ice cream. It felt the person who took my order got tired of me trying to explain what I wanted I just get told have a nice day and wasn't even able to finish...
Pulled up and pressed the button with only 4 or 5 cars there. Waited 10 minutes and still no answer to my stall. Used my cell phone and called them to ask if my stall was working. Young lady asked if I was there to pick up an order, I told her no, I wanted to place an order. She took it over the phone and it was out in no time. It should not take 10 minutes to answer the call button when the place is not busy at all!
Really slow service. Took hitting the red button 4 times to get my order taken because the red button call would eventually expire and u would have to hit it again. Food was fine, they are probably really short handed like every other place in this area. Just plan to have to wait. There is no drive thru at this Sonic.
Food and service was good except I ordered a #5 and it didn't have an onion ring on it. I was disappointed because it was why I ordered it in the first place. I've never had a #5 before so that was the eye catcher. Other than that food was great.
It's America's favorite Drive In! You get what you get for a fair price. Drinks are always fabulous, the variety it great. The food quality varies, some days it's great other days... not so much.
Food didn't taste seasoned and was cold when I got it employees where very short and in a rush even though there was only three cars in the lot ordering they where friendly enough but it seemed like the kind of place that's frequently short staffed
Let's talk about speed of service. We have been in Big Spring for a few weeks now. And frequent Sonic. Speed of service is very slow. Tonight we waited over 20 minutes for our food, and we were the only ones there!
Late on a Saturday night, took pressing the order button 3 times to finally place my order, and then 45mins to get a single #2 meal. Cars coming in after me ordered and had food out to them with multiple bags and drinks.
Went to sonic and asked for a cherry lime vanilla creme dr pepper.... where is the creme and the 🍒, Taste like a lime vanilla dr pepper... charged for the creme N the cherry 🍒. But no creme or cherry ..... do better sonic ... i know ya can. y'all done better before
Every time I come to this location I can count on pulling up to a stall and not having a screen turned on. Then backing up and finding yet another broken stall. Fix the screens or block the stalls, it seems so incredibly simple but I’ve done this for months.
Was very disappointed this trip to our Sonic on Greg St. The grease must of been really old & needed to be changed as our FF, tater tots, and onion rings tasted terrible so needless to say we didn't eat any of them from our orders. There was something different about the burger buns also, just didn't seem like they've always been, but maybe that was just me. In all the yrs. I've eaten the # 1 cheeseburger & onion rings I've never had a complaint but this time I was very disappointed. So sorry!!!!
I went in about 9:50 for a late night snack. And the lady told me they stop serving ice cream at 10 because they close at 11. So I drove down to the other sonic and they said yes because they are supposed to serve ice cream til closing time.
Took over 10 minutes to get a drink and they weren't even that busy. Get two stars instead of 1 cause the one (and only) carhop working was obviously doing the best she could and was friendly even though she was run ragged
Service was good. The food (popcorn chicken) was abysmal, not fresh, and almost inedible. I asked easy on the ice and the cup was filled to the brim with ice. I would have gone back but was on my way to an appointment. I was disappointed.
They always add cheese to our burgers even after we tell them no cheese and she marks it on the screen it's very frustrating... Today they forgot our fries...and the last time we got totally a different order than what we ordered ...that was our fault for not checking before we drove off...
i ordered 2 lil doggies with just ketchup, they brought me just mustard after verifying 3 times. when i sent it back they brought me a big hotdog torn in half with ketchup and the actual meat inside the bun was torn into two pieces each. id understand cutting it in half if they ran out of little ones but it looked like a big hotdog mutilated in my bag.
The sonic off of F.M. 700 is not a good place to go and eat. I went there today for third time in the last six months I had to leave. I would press the button for service and I sat there for a good five minutes and no one answered to get my order
Food: Fresh and hot. Tasted good, assembled well. 1 item wrong. Only 1 packet of ketchup for the group. Way too much ice in drinks. Service: Ran out of pretzel dogs. Fast service, friendly. Prices: Average for fast food.
Ordered my food 3 times and they still messed it up. Then had to push the red button 3 times and still no one showed up. I had to blow my horn at one of them. To get my order sorted out. I waited and it still came back wrong. At that point I just left. They forgot my blast. My supersonic burrito was regular. But the food I did get was Good 👍
Ordered ahead on the app. Checked in and about 20 min later the app and the screen on the stall didn't have any info on my order. I pushed the red button and no response. About 7 min later somebody brought my food out. The red button was still blinking. 30 min is ridiculous. Then got home and the food wasn't even warm. Very disappointed. I now remember why I don't go to sonic very often.
Person taking the order seems not to understand how to talk to a customer. He likely doesn't understand how his huffing and puffing is perceived. Food was edible but old and had the consistency of food that's been sitting for a long time. Presentation was utterly terrible, I've been here twice now and everything was slapped together with so much disregard you know it's on purpose. I came the night prior and they refused to take orders at 7PM. I've seen restaurants held hostage by their employees and that's exactly what's happening here.
Slush was good, but took 45 minutes to get my order. I would not have gotten it if I hadn't gone to the door to let them know I was still waiting.
Dirty, food tastes bad, they make a simple refund complicated. Trust me, spend your money elsewhere.
Saturday evening, 7pm. wanted a sonic blast, they said they only have shakes. Wanted a slush with nerds, they didnt have nerds, so they said they would make just a slush. Wanted some popcorn chicken, said they didnt have any, then they reconsidered and said they did have it. Food was ok. Slush was watery. The place needs management to step up and needs a major facelift too.
Food was quick to arrive by a friendly person. But my order was wrong I asked for no Onions and well I had onions in my 🍔. Then to mess it up even worse it was salty. My crew ordered burgers and theirs was salty also. I'm not saying fire the cook but please show him how to properly make a good sonic 🍔. Oh and to follow the order not just toss everything on there. Hope this comment helps management to improve. Ps the sweet tea was on point.
Ordered a chicken sandwich meal with no ice fountain drink. Only got the chicken sandwich and drink, no medium fries, almost full cup of ice. Edit: went back a second time this morning on May 4th, because wife wanted it. RAW BURGER! Never coming back.

They always take a long time & I can pretty much always plan to have to return my order due to them making it wrong but it's Sonic and when they get the order right the food is decent

Service horrible. Over 20 minutes for three 44oz sweet teas. Many other times while business was slow, it still took way to long for food delivery. Bad thing is that it is still better than the one on F.M.700. I guess Big Spring needs to get a Star drive-in for competition.
I just waisted 45 mins waiting to have my order taken!! I watch 2 different cars in two different stalls one on both sides of me come in and get there order taken, get there food and drive off. I talk to the car hop and the explained there was only one head set in use...I waited for another 15 mins and then drive off... I never got my order taken!! Sonic on Greg st big spring tx... Is total trash!!!

Employees don't know how to communicate. When I ordered shakes they said sorry no ice cream and silence, I could finish the order. Pushed the button again waited 5 min then drove off.
Charged $0.50 for light ice, got maybe a quarter inch less ice. If I wanted to pay for ice, I'd go buy a bag of ice, I'm buying a drink, not ice. This is ridiculous, charging people more for less. I know inflation is hurting everyone, but screwing over your customers is not helpful, because we won't be back.
Burnt order of burger on toast bread. Sauce was on one side only and over all a mess. Came out in a reasonable time but if I do ever stop here again I’ll wait in line at the Whataburger next door.
Worse than McDonald's when it comes to making your order. If you didn't want it you're getting it and if you wanted it well....you probably aren't getting it. One day they'll be out of ice next day that can't make shakes. It's ALWAYS something.
Fries and onion rings tasted like they were fried in old old oil. Grilled cheese was dry and cheese was brown. Had we not been traveling, I would have gone back for refund.
They don't know how to serve correct items... I got extra drinks... And all I ordered was 2 kids meals 6 piece chicken nuggets small Dr. Peppers And Double quarter pounder meal the large order Large Dr. Pepper How is it a person does not know how to read the order screen.. I came away with 2 large Dr. Peppers one medium size Dr. Pepper and 2 kids size drink which comes with a child's meal...
Went there last night Ice cream machine down. Tells me slushies will be water. Okay fine. We will come back tomorrow. Go tomorrow ice cream machines down again. For the proce of your mediocre food youd think they would make sure the one thing they specialize in is working...will NOT eat at this one.
I waited 30 min for one drink people with food ordered after I did and got there food before I got my drink. When I pushed the button again and asked why it was taking so long. They came out with the wrong drink. They might have had 5 cars. So they was not busy.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. There has been over 10 times in the last 2 months that I pulled in and waited over 15-20 minutes for someone to take my order with multiple vehicles getting there AFTER me and getting their orders and leaving all while mine hasnt even been taken yet! I literally have to stop someone and ask them to take my order or call them and complain WHILE I'm sitting in the stall waiting. And No, these are not busy times. 🤷♀️
I waited 20 minutes and I had to call for our order which we called in got our order and I was thinking it was taking longer cause they made fresh. But barely warm and was cold half way through it was just a bad experience 😕
They don't pay attention to orders, carhops aren't doing what they should for example: Not reading back my order, asking if we want the change (I was a manager at sonic before and that can get you fired just so you know). We were missing a dinner but had an extra hot dog, old ice cream, the chili tasted wierd, my tater tots were cold, and they gave us the wrong drink. You guys need to make some improvements
Ordered on the app and their ice cream machine was down. Totally understandable. But when asked what we would like instead we asked for an iced coffee and the carhop forgot about us. So we got out and waiting for her to come out of the restaurant and reminded her and she just said she was really busy and will have it right out. Yes, she was busy, but we have been sitting her for 30 mins now and still no coffee. Not a big deal just a drink and drive threw fast-food, just disappointed in our experience.
I placed my order fairly quickly, but waited 20 minutes for my food. I pressed the button (to ask how much longer it would be) and it was answered with "we aren't taking orders at this time because the kitchen is backed up" and then disconnected without letting me respond. When my food was finally delivered, none of it was hot, both burgers were made wrong, a different chili the normal was used for the chili cheese tots and the Frito pie wrap (it had beans and green peppers in it?), and I was missing two orders of fries and an order of tater tots. The only thing I asked for them to fix was the missing food. After pressing the button four times and waiting for 30 more minutes, I gave up. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant!
I used the app to order 3 drinks. 1 drink was half tea and half lemonade. When we arrive we are informed they are out of lemonade. We cancel that drink. We order a Sonic blast online. The car hop then brings all 3 drinks even the one we canceled, beccause suddenly they do have leminade. 30 minute wait for adavance order. Thank goodness we don’t live here.
I got an iced coffee and asked for a shot of vanilla and a shot of caramel. There was not any caramel in the coffee when she brought it to me. I asked the guy to bring me a little cup of caramel out so I could put it in the coffee myself and they couldn't do that they said that they weren't able to put some caramel in a cup for me to pour into my coffee. This business is service company and that's not very good customer service skills. I'm guessing it a Bad manager. :(
Very very rude when taking our order just now on stall 19 at 6:17 pm the lady was very pushy and wouldn't let me finish ordering. She would interrupt me as I was ordering and tried moving right along to next thing when I was not finished. I asked car hop what the lady's name was and if course she wouldn't give it to me so I'll just call the main branch and make a complaint
They never get an order correct, it is always missing something. I called to tell them they didn't give me the icing for the cinnamon snacks, well they said they were out. So why not tell me when I order it so I could have gotten something else that cost over 5.00 dollars. They didn't care at all. Also the coffee is nasty and the creamer is always spoiled. I could go on but why bother. Never going back!!
Edit: Still here and it's been 30 minutes. I had to press the button twice and flag down a carhop and I'm still waiting for my food. Multiple cars next to me have come and gone with their food. Everytime I come here and order on the mobile app, they take over 20 minutes to get me my food and most times I have to press the button and remind them of my mobile order. I will be going to the other Big Spring sonic for now on. I don't have this problem there.
The price on the menu is not the price they charge. They wanted an extra amount to make a vanilla shake as the carhop explained to us they had to add vanilla. The price for a vanilla shake is plainly displayed on the menu. Watch out for your charges if you work hard for your money. If you don't mind them charging extra then keep supporting them.
extremely slow service!! I don't work at this sonic but, I do know that it doesn't take 30 Minites for 1 small order of your wings. Not to mention when I got the food, the wings were also really terrible! was not worth waiting and was not worth my money. please fix your service time and the quality of your food.
If I could give negative stars I would. I keep saying I won't go back and I damn sure won't after the experience I just had. Called in an order with a bacon cheeseburger... there were no pickles and no bacon. I called and they tried to tell me because I didn't have my receipt there was nothing they could do. I don't take the receipt because it's just more trash in my car. I hadn't even been gone from there 10 minutes. Then after arguing with the kid that said he was the manager I spoke with another kid who said she was the other manager and after arguing with her about it she finally said I could come back and they would give me some bacon...r u fn kidding me. Then she said or you can come back anytime and we will redo your order. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THE SONIC ON GREGG ST!!!
I ordered a bacon burger toaster with no cheese. It got delivered with cheese so I asked to fix it. Comes back no cheese and no bacon this time. Then I look more thoroughly in the bag and the tots I ordered were obviously dumped in burnt grease that can gather on the side of the fryer because they smelt burnt and had black specs all over them. That is sooo gross!!! Seriously not happy and the place wasn't even busy.
We ordered a meal for 5 and an hour later NOTHING.....I hope management read these posts.
Last two times on Gregg St. I had to wait over 30 minutes Before the intercom came. Hardly any cars there. Second time they took forever to answer then got order wrong. Have been satisfied with this sonic for years. Though the last two times amd not even busy. Made me decide to try other places
Always slow and check your food before you leave that's a must. And be ready for disappointment fried stuff send always overcooked n taste like old oil. Burgers sloppy n never right. Personally I am over them don't ever go only eat it if it's unknowingly brought to me.
It was horribly. First the lady took my order was like she was just putting any than down. I was wanting 2 small oreo cheesecake shakes she put 3 coke zeros 3 Sprite zeros 5 cherry limeade that wat was showed on the screen and she repeated wat was on the screen. I said no I only want the shakes than she added 2 ocean waters. I was angry at this point I thought it was a joke. She said oh u want shakes to I got mad and left. Went to the one off FM 700 and it was great and I tipped big just for it was easy.
Worst food and service ever.. I went to Sonic and ordered 2 corn dogs and a hot fudge shake. I had to wait a few minutes to place the order, a jeep pulled in after me and got to order immediately. It was a large order. I then got to order. After a few minutes I watched the status change to Javiar was on his way. But he never came. I waited and waited. The person with the large order got their order and left. I called them and asked about how much longer. The guy was a bit rude and said ma'am our corn dogs take 4 minutes to cook. Well that's sorta the point I'd been there about 18min at this time. I waited some more and was finally fed up and started my car to leave. The the guy comes over and hands me my shake which I place in the cup holder and a bag which I place on the passenger seat. I pay and drive home. Total time at Sonic about 25 minutes. I get home and open the bag and find a hamburger and 4 onion rings. Not my 2 corn dogs. I decided to eat the burger instead of driving back into town. After one bite I threw it away. That was a foul tasting burger totally inedible.
Tater tots hard and tasted like cooked in old oil. Person taking order didn't know what to do. Had to repeat order three times
Ice cream was nasty ended up throwing it away
You can tell the staff are not trained properly. They are young and unsure of themselves. Not all of the stalls work and they take awhile to answer the speaker system they have in place. The manager was unavailable and when asked for a number, the employee gave it, but said there was no point because she keeps her phone on do not disturb and even they can't get a hold of her.
If you want to wait 30 minutes while nobody is here, this is the perfect place to stop.
The food is always the same as all the other Sonic’s from here but I wait 45 minutes here OFTEN. I am not one to leave negative reviews, this is the second one I’ve ever made in my life. But as I’m sitting here starving for 45 minutes I can’t help but say something. PLEASE change this. I even ordered my food on the app about 10mins before I arrived.
