Went out to have a degustation menu and I had one. For reasonable price as 34€ a six meal course is a good bargain. I must say that the menu offered variation of typical Basque/Spanish typical dishes and over all I would value them as a good quality experience. Some were more tasty than others, but that is common once you taste this kind of menu. Would I like to repeat the same menu - no. Did it wow me, - no, but food was tasty as was wine offered in a glass and I shall not complain for the price I paid for this dinner. The highlights for me kas the filled mushroom and the desert.

Tasty food in a traditional basque setting. Some seasonal incorporation to the menu would make it improve a lot. Very helpful and friendly staff. A place to be back once and again.

I went to this bar after a really long day visiting museums and other landmarks in Bilbao, this was during the last week of March. The food was really mid for the prices they offered and the baristas were so mean to their peer who seemed to be a newbie, they corrected her errors in a really disrespectful way. Don't come to this place, there are tons of better and cheaper places in Bilbao. Pd.: And I hope that kid is doing better in another place. Poor thing, she didn't deserve to be treated that way.

Reserved one day before at 19h. When arrived they say the kitchen is open at 20h. While waiting, they are discussing the fact that we already have the menucard. When one of the waiters says we can go on table, the other one wants to get us a table outside... We ask for inside, not possible, because fully booked (there is nobody). When we booked we didn't have the choice to indicate it. Big discussion. We payed ou bottle of wine and get rid. Service 0 points.

When we were here a week ago the service was excellent, the selection good and the tapas great.Today there is neither and dirty dishes all over the place, ignored by the personell??
