Best coffee place in the area. Freshest coffee both to drink in site and beans to enjoy at home
Great coffee shop. Always a good cup, and delicious local and imported snacks and treats.
Where Mom & Pop go hand-in-hand with super high quality. These are passionate folks, so relax for a just a moment and drum up a conversation.
Best coffe in town. Always fresh roasted coffee served by knowledgable staff.
Obsessively good coffee and service at a very fair price. Plus nice atmosphere in a great location.
So lovely. Small, but wonderful. The coffee is wonderful and the people are great.
Great knowledge and roasts. They make some unbelievably interesting selections of beans for their espresso.
Delicious Americano with a warm friendly coffee house vibe. Highly recommend trying them out.
The best coffee I ever got in Binghamton! Love it!💋
The best coffee roaster in the Southern Tier.
Love their coffee. Super hot and super tasty.
Stay away from the chains and pick up one of the best coffees in your life!
Delicous tasty espresso roast, friendly service, and comfortable atmosphere!
This place is great, you need to get the adult hot chocolate (mocha latte)
The best coffee I've ever had. Nothing even co.pares anymore.
Great Coffee, helpful staff and great meeting spot
The best expresso since I have been to Rome. This is the real deal!
Great staff and great service! Was a wonderful stop and I'm sure to come again!
Not just another cup of Joe. The best coffee in town!
Best coffee in town, possibly the best coffee in the country!
Great place Great coffee Great people. ❤️
I spent a quarter century in that harbor town San Francisco, where like Seattle the coffee trade bloomed. I thought I was a coffee snob until I meet the folks here. They meet me where I was in my coffee education and deepened it. In my top 3 coffee shops of all time, and I am so grateful they are right here in Binghamton.
Super nice people here! Delicious coffee for low prices. They even sell fresh roasted beans, which are amazing. You'll despise Starbucks and Dunkin after having real coffee from here
Great roasted right on site beans. Best coffee in town and the owners are committed to providing the very best roasting possible. Iv e been going there for my coffee and beans for years. Like coffee? It's a must !
Great coffee and lattes! Wish I could go here more often but with the hours I work and the hours they are open it is simply impossible for me, they open after I start and close before I’m done. If it was still on court street I could go on my lunch break but it is too far of a walk now. I’ll have to try to make it some Saturday.
Such a cute coffee shop people were so nice drink and pastry was good and prices really aren't bad
Best coffee anywhere near Binghamton. I always look up the local coffee shops/roasterias any time I visit a new place. Nothing beats Laveggio, and I'm lucky to have them in my home town!
My mocha was superb. I really enjoyed the simple yet elegant interior.
Great place for great coffee - in the middle of NY, along our normal route from southern NY to MI (via Canada). Highly recommend; a nice place to stop!
Best coffee in Binghamton!
Excellent coffee shop, knowledgable and considerate ownership and great employees. Great place to have a cup. Always swing by when I'm near Binghamton.
I was looking for something different.☕ It's refreshing🌸. Friendly feel☺. Clean. Good coffee! Not too expensive😀Glad I found it. Thank you very much👍! I'll be back.
The best coffee you can find in the area. Very comfortable space for a short break, a cup of coffee, or bulk coffee ground to your preference. Very sweet people.
L'aveggio is a wonderful coffee shop with friendly knowledgeable staff who welcome everyone like they're old friends. They roast they're beans in house and make the best coffee!
Amazing coffee, friendly staff and great vibes in the cafe!!
Hands down the best coffee! The owners have always been more than happy to explain the differences between the roasts and give out a sample if you are uncertain.
Best coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc by far within a 50 mile radius. I drive 10 miles to get here just for cappuccino on my days off of work.
Very nice and welcoming little cafe. They serve the best coffee in Binghamton and you will be hard pressed to find better service.
Simply the best coffee. I have been going there for years and the quality is all ways the best.
Great smell when you walk in the door great help and even better coffee!!!! All coffee is roasted in house and fresh a must for coffee enthusiasts!!!
D&D and Sbux eat your heart out! Best cappuccino I've ever had. No place like it. The smell alone!!! *purrr*
Emma and the staff are passionate about providing the best coffee experience.
Best coffee and coffee roasters in the area. Amazing people and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Fabulous, an expresso with layers complex flavors. 100/10. I see what y'all are doing.
We have tried every coffee shop in the valley and for the coffee alone, this is our place. We bought some whole bean espresso and it was just perfect. Strong but nuanced. Hat tip to the roaster.
so homey and cozy, definitely would recommend coming here!
They have just moved into a nicely renovated space that pairs nicely with the best espresso drinks in binghamton. I highly recommend them and can confidently say the competition isn't even close.
The most unique roasted bean flavors and thrilling coffee drink like no other coffee shop (beats many of the 50,000 plus coffee shops in NYC). This small coffee shop with its warm atmosphere, will grind your beans not just to your coffee machine requests but more importantly toward your desired taste buds. Service is efficient, flexible and SUPER friendly. You are treating your mind body and soul well when when you order coffee from these folk. Whether you live in the area or passing through, it’s worth the stop! Thank you Laveggio team!
Awesome cafe, cappuccino was fantastic and the almond pastry was super fresh and very tasty. I'll have to buy some of their freshly roasted coffee to take home.
One of the best places to get latte's
Nice and charming small place! The coffee is at a very reasonable price, especially for an 'artisan' joint. I tried the dark roast and did enjoy it! It was pretty smooth, and not acidic or too watery. The dark roast isn't as dark as I look for, but I think that better matches what people are generally into, so no complaints there.
Excellent espresso, with a small but delicious assortment of other drinks and pastries. The beans are roasted on-site, so they're extremely fresh, and the result is reliably sweet and smooth. There's a European vibe to the place that encourages you to actually sit down and take a minute to appreciate your drink.
Delicious coffee and really cozy atmosphere! Emma is also such a lovely barista!! Highly recommend stopping by here.
Perfect. The best coffee I've had anywhere ever. They brew a great cup, and I don't even bother buying beans from anyone else any more. If you can get the Sweet Blue, you should get the Sweet Blue. It is the best coffee on the planet. Nothing in this review is hyperbole. Their coffee really is that good. Consider yourselves lucky, Binghamton.
Ever since I visited Rome with my wife I have been searching for the best Espresso in/around town. There is a new holder of the "Best Espresso in Town" title. This place is wonderful. It has a true European charm/feel and is family run/operated. The coffee is roasted on site and the staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend them.
Emma pleasantly and proudly served us the most amazing cappucino...velvety smooth and robust, can't wait to go back🙏
Passing through town and figured I would see if this place lives up to its hype. It does and then some! Watch coffee being roasted while enjoying a cup of perfectly prepared coffee. The cookies are moist and delicious as well! The couple running this place are doing everything right. I have watched as the lady knows her regulars and what their tastes are. I feel like every town I live in should have a coffee shop like this! Places like this absolutely make a community!
Cute coffee shop we stumbled upon while in Binghamton. We were in desperate need of real coffee after breakfast at a nearby diner and this place did not disappoint! The owners were friendly and the coffee is outstanding! My favorite coffee was La Colombe before I found this place. I hope we can make it back soon!
I simply love this this place! This is a true coffee shop! From the aromatic roasting of beans to the quaint comfortable setting. The owners are knowledgeable when it comes to coffee. It just doesn't get any better!
Really good coffee. The cafe is adorable, and the baristas are very friendly.
Their coffee is very good. I have been brewing it for a couple of years, in my technivorm mocca master. The owner was very helpful in helping me to dial in my grind, for the perfect cup!
This place really does have have great coffee. The owners really know their stuff, and take pride in their products! Want a flavored syrupy sugary drink? Go elsewhere. Serious coffee connoisseur? This is worth checking out. Just wish they were open later.
Best coffee and espresso in the Binghamton area and it's not close. Roasted daily on-site by people who live & breathe great coffee. Hot & iced coffee, tea, espresso drinks, beans whole or ground and a few baked goods to go along with.
Best coffee ever!!! So much better than strange brew!!
Fantastic! Beautiful space, amazing coffee and lovely humans!
Stopped here about midway for a long road trip. Ordered a cappuccino and took a bag of beans home. The cappuccino pretty much convinced me to grab a bag on the way out. I should have gotten 2 bags. The coffee was delicious. I tried it in a French press, aero press and even made espresso out of it and they were all amazing. Shoutout to the kind staff for helping out with choosing the beans. They gave me a few tasters and I was able to chose based off of those! Very kind and delicious coffee, winning recipe!
I popped in here for the first time and this is such a lovely, quiet coffee shop making delicious cappuccinos, macchiatos, espressos and more. I noticed a nice selection of teas and bags of coffee beans for purchase as well. The brownie I had was alright but a little dry, I’d probably look for something different on my next visit. Very nice cappuccino though and welcoming staff. They accept card and cash here too.
The cortado I received was one of the best I have had. The taste was incredibly smooth. I also got a vanilla latte and I loved the subtle flavor it had without it overpowering the espresso. The vanilla syrup is made in-house which is even better. Definitely a must stop if you are ever in the area and appreciate quality coffee. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere and everyone there is so nice. Will be back for sure!
Excellent little coffee shop. Tasty, homemade flavors and delicious pastries. Today we had a Hazelnut Latte (in house made syrup, apple cake, and chocolate croissant.
Great coffee shop! Delightful apple and coffee cake. Vanilla Latte was delicious!
Amazing cortado. The taste is delicate and smooth, like truly good coffee should be. Prices are reasonable. A small minimalist shop. Beautiful jazz music was playing, which added to the pleasant, up-scale ambiance. The staff is nice and brought the drink to me. Highly recommend
A delightful cup of coffee…my usual is half caf / half decaf Americano. They have an interesting and rotating blend of beans! SUPER friendly staff!! And a comfortable place to get some work done or a meeting with friends!
Great service. Great coffee.
this is one of the cutest little coffee shops i’ve ever seen! emma is very sweet and makes a great effort to talk with all customers and provide excellent customer service. the espresso was fresh and the coffee cake was one of the best i’ve had! will definitely have to visit again next time im in the Binghamton area :)
first time coming here. Coffee is really good. great and friendly staff as well. I ordered Mocha, and just what i needed, its not sweet!

first time coming here. Coffee is really good. great and friendly staff as well. I ordered Mocha, and just what i needed, its not sweet!
Probably the best coffee in Binghamton. Pastry game is lacking, but since they're more of a roasting company than a pure cafe, it's forgiveable.
The iced vanilla latte was absolutely delicious! The vanilla syrup is house made and is a 10/10. Love that they offer “sippy” lids too. Shout out to the pregnant woman working at the counter, she was so sweet to everyone and awesome at what she does! Can’t wait to stop back!
A nice, cozy, and comfortable place to stop and recharge. The staff were welcoming—Leah, in particular, was knowledgeable and made the experience even better. I ordered a mocha, and it was incredible.
Emma and her staff are so friendly and the coffee is amazing! My favorite spot in town! Such a cozy cafe!
Their ILLUMINATORE beans are wonderful for espresso if you don’t like that acidic/fruity taste of third wave coffee.
Best coffee in town with incredibly friendly workers who have such a clear love for coffee! Me and my girlfriend go at every opportunity
Just got a medium dark roast drip and it was amazing! I wish I got a large one! Also got the coffee cake and man, it was delicious and moist. I shared it with my husband and I wish I just bought one for him instead of sharing! 😝 No photos because I finished everything so quickly! Server was friendly too!
super warm and cozy, great place to do work. Best coffee in the area. Way better than strange brew

Coffee is fantastic, service is fantastic. Helpful staff, hands on owner, can't beat it.
Your basic local coffee establishment. Knowledgeable staff and good coffee. Offers pastries as well!
Great coffee but is a bit pricey.
Great coffee! Modest, cozy setting.
I love their coffee and it is beautiful with a nice heart design when preparing it. The service is also great with incredible staff and inviting place. I wished they would open more hours till evening.
Very nice place to sit and have coffee. I got the matcha latte and didn't really like it 😅 I usually drink authentic, high quality matcha, and this one seemed on the higher end, but maybe it was just prepared wrong—it straight up tasted like grass. I'll have to try the coffee next time!

Coffee was pretty good. Nothing super unique from the Americano I had. The biggest surprise was NO WIFI! Only reason I came here was to use the internet. First coffee shop I've been to without it.
Grabbed two bags of beans, one lighter and one darker roast. Overroasted with no flavor.
Cute minimalist interior, fine coffee, but I got yelled at by a barista for taking one picture. Will not be back.

I went in and asked for a decaf coffee, as it was afternoon and I'd already had some coffee that day, and too much caff gives me the jitters. Owner said they don't brew it, which is typical of upstate coffee shops, not to keep decaf on hand, and I understand. She offered a decaf Americano and I said great. However when I asked for a double shot (in this case, quattro shot) of espresso in a larger cup, she flatly refused to do this. I understand an artisan and a business person trying to maintain their image and product but I wasn't exactly asking for a coffee toffee caramel blah blah latte. I was told in a tone that struck me as condescending that they do things very "traditional" there. However, I was asking for a a certain number of shots of espresso plus a quantity of hot water to replicate a strong American cup of jo. This is actually why the Americano exists as a drink: American soldiers in Italy during and after WWI rebuffing small, Italian and espresso drinks and wanting something more like American coffee - the solution of Italian cafe staff was to add hot water to espresso shots. So, not sure how my request wasn't "traditional" or in keeping with what an Americano is (not that I wanted an Americano; I wanted a large cup of decaf coffee...) I've lived in Paris, Buenos Aires, Venezuela, and New Zealand, and I've had amazing coffee from many shops, many of which are very insistent on how things are 'done.' Never have I ever though, been refused a sale of the number of espresso shots I wanted, plus a supply of hot water. Normally, I would have gone to another store at this point, but due to time and work constraints, was in a position to get coffee then or not at all (I actually explained this hoping for a bit of understanding and was provided with several unsolicited suggestions of how to avoid said constraints in the future. I'm sure the owner meant to be helpful but as a customer, this just struck me as more condescension and gave off the air that she knew better than me what I wanted or should do.). Desperate, I asked for just four espresso shots in a cup thinking I'd do the hot water myself. According to the owner, I wasn't even allowed to buy this either. The owner did give me the Americano exactly the way she wanted to make it, for free so I could try their pure vision of an Americano. This was very generous of her, especially since I'm sure she was exasperated with me at this point. I hold a WSET certification in wine and pay attention to what I drink. This espresso drink was rich, smooth, non-astringent, and flavorful but balanced. It was absolutely delicious and even held up to some of the coffees I had living in Venezuela - which has the best coffees I've ever tasted (along with a place in Wellington, New Zealand). I only wish my experience of imbibing the coffee, sip by sip, had lasted longer. In fact, I had a hunch ahead of time I would wish that. It was one of the several reasons why I was trying to order my coffee the way I had been (another reason: the freedom to calibrate the concentration of the brew on my own, as I went along, to see differences in mouthfeel and flavor. Apparently this is a ghastly quirk L'aveggio can't indulge. However, I find it's fun to do when trying espresso from a new roaster.). So, I'm not entirely sure that I'll go back. As a younger-appearing woman I have to tolerate a certain amount of condescension in life, and, day-to-day, it gets pretty old. Though their coffee was not bitter, the aloof air that someone else knew better than me what I should drink left its own bitter taste.
Unhelpful staff completely out of anything I ordered off their menu. Get your act together, guys.
I couldn’t get any espresso-based drinks at a coffee shop… I have no idea how this can’t be a joke. When I asked the “barista,” she simply said they weren’t on the menu today. She didn’t offer any explanations despite how strange this. What coffee shop doesn’t serve espresso? On a Saturday! The drinks looked good here on Google. But this is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t come looking for a latte on a Saturday…
