I forgot to add the waitresses name "Heather", awesome and incredibly attentive! The food was great as always. I didn't use the "facilities " so I can't comment on the cleanliness. However, the one thing I can say is there were 2 employees eating out in the waiting room on break and the waiters/waitresses were waiting on them.....constantly being asked for addt items....not judging..... just saying....they work hard enough....and you didn't tip them.

Last week I came in with my family and Desiree was my server. She went above and beyond to give us great service. We were completely impressed with her attentiveness as well as her managers Betty and Brandy. They were all so sweet! My husband and I agreed that it was by far the best experience dinning in a restaurant! Great job ladies 🤌.

Service here has always been Great! The servers are friendly and courteous. Food has always been delicious, from breakfast, lunch or dinner food is always right and prices are good! You must try the Nachos!!! It's a small cozy little place that makes you feel at home. I recommend it to anybody who wants to have a good meal and not pay those high prices!

I received an emailed coupon for Denny’s for new years so my family and i decided to go today. The service was decent, not great. The food was good, but not like it used to be and definitely not worth the smaller portions and higher prices. We spent a little over $51 dollars on 2 adult breakfast meals & 1 kids meal. I was extremely disappointed that I was not able to use my coupon as that’s the whole reason we decided to go in the first place. When we got to the counter to pay i showed the cashier my code and he seemed annoyed and tried to brush us off as quickly as he could to get us out the door. There was only 1 person behind us, and they got there midway of us checking out. The cashier insisted that this particular dennys location was not capable of honoring the coupon simply because they didn’t have the updated technology! What!? We live in 2025, I don’t understand how this is a problem that cannot be accommodated to say the least. I mean their company put out this coupon I’m sure they could have found a way to honor it or at least amused us and apologized for the inconvenience or offered a free coffee to go…. Very disappointing. It’s the principle more than anything.

The waitress ignored us from the beginning. I had to get her to take our order. It was taking too long. She took our order. Gave it , checked on us once and ignored us the rest of the time. Didn't even ask if we wanted a refill on our water. She was too busy checking on the one family of 4 behind us. She completely ignored us! But the food was great! She was a horrible waitress. She kept passing by us. I had to get her attention when we needed something. Like what's wrong with her? Passes me off when we're treated differently than others. We are customers too! No wonder there was barely anybody there.

Service was eh. Food was blah. With the place to ourselves at that hour you'd expect decent service as there was nothing to compete for the waiter's attention. Unfortunately that wasn't the case he was more interested in hiding on the other side of the place. Food was warm but not fresh or hot. Drinks were at least cold.

I order 2 fit slam pay for a sub of hashbrowns did not get my hashbrowns i did a phone order because im sick and i can not go to the store I call the store Manager she was rude and told me she will not replace my order she offer me partí al order after the mistake She hung up the phone on me very rude

We understand it's a holiday today and when a manager tells you later that they have only one cook after you went up to ff up your orders, why not give us a heads up before we sat down that there we will have to wait an hour to get our food? We should have went to a different restaurant or get fast food? Poor planning and staffing. If you can't give the service, just don't open for that day!
