We came about 10mins before closing because Sonics had difficulties with their menus so their drive thru lane was out of control! So we made our way to here, which was next door in the same plaza. Our sandwich maker was very thorough and patient. He didn't rush the two ladies in front of us or us to get our order in.

This Subway was very clean, associates there very friendly.meal prepared quickly and efficiently. I did not order a drink but when manager found out I was traveling quite a distance he offered me a cup with ice which I thought was very nice.

Same ol Subway. They had pizza's which was exciting, most Subways around the country don't anymore. There was only one Kid working. He was nice... and slow. My pizza was great though!

I get the healthiest, tastiest, most satisfying salad here by topping spinach and some other greens with three heated chicken breasts, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. And no carb coma or inflammation. Love it.

Passed through while riding Greyhound. Came in to a store full of people. But the guys behind the counter moved the line super quick. I was quite impressed. All 3 guys were also super polite and welcoming. That's hard to find these days. Not only did they make my chicken bacon ranch super fast, but they made it unbelievably delicious! Felt like I was eating a sandwich made by the gods!! The sandwich gods. You guys should make t-shirts! From the kid in the Rancid hat, GBH shirt and plaid pants, you guys keep up the good work and I hope to pass through again on my way home in a month.

I have been here many times and it's always been good. I purposely stop here on my trips between LA and Phoenix period but today was not a good day there toaster was broken so they couldn't tell us anything they didn't have any juice. The refrigerator was almost empty as far as refrigerator drinks go. So I'm hoping this was just a one-time experience cuz I've never seen it like that there at the store

Slow as could be, and one of those subways that advertises avocado and guacamole all over the place but when you ask says nooo we only have that in summer. Even though the sign clearly says "now all year" or whatever. At least they didn't sneeze on my food.

When you're in the mood for a foot long this is the place to get it. We stopped here on our drive back home from California. It was convenient and not that busy.

The best employee Jessica makes every sandwich the best....not soggy, the bread not torn up. ..I only get sandwich when she is there. Still hate that they have no croutons for salad.

This time we went we got horrible service, one of the staff was upset and looked like she had a ruff day, moping face never a smile, she looked so fed up. Its like its not my fault...please don't take it out one the rest of us...the other employee bless his heart tried his best to be as helpful as possible, looked like he was new, didn't know very much but he tried his best and he at least gave us good customer service.

Food is good, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My sister made an order to be picked up. Showed up and no outside delivery. Called the phone number and no answer. I went inside and no one behind the counter. Took a few minutes to get someones attention to pick up the order. Too busy mopping the floor and restocking. Took about 5 minutes before someone to ask me "can I help you"

Good: Seems clean, and staff is professional, and kind. Poor: We stayed while on a leisure trip, so didn't intend to use alarm clock. As it turned out, alarm went off at midnight, and all my sleepy eyes could find was the snooze button. Housekeeping should turn off all alarms by default. Even when fully awake, neither my wife nor myself couldn't find an "Alarm Off" button. I ended up just unplugging the clock, so we could get some sleep. Also, we were on the "View" side of the hotel. But the windows were so dirty, we could hardly see the view.

The staff had a hard time getting our order right. There were obviously mentally ill homeless people inside and outside of the restaurant. Keep going to the Subway in Quartzite if you can.

If you go after 8 pm and want a meatball sandwich don’t even bother. I have been there on more than one occasion and they NEVER have meatballs available at night. Lazy lazy people don’t want to have meatballs after certain times.

I was traveling from Az to Ca. And stopped at this store. The server seemed uninterested in even being there. Not to mention I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 were marked #3 so there was a mix up of sandwiches on the road in my dark car. No avocado no Subspice, put guacamole on my sandwich and tried to pass it off as avacado, sandwich quality sucked...Do better.

We weren't offered a receipt, and the soda we wanted was out. We let the manager know and he didn't fix it. Had to ask him again, but we were done eating by the time it was fixed. He never came out to let us know he finally fixed it. Poor customer service.

Just after 8 pm I go in and ask for a foot long Italian herb and cheese. They only had a half one left of that kind of bread. Ok fine. So i got a 6 inch and they asked what kind of sub I wanted. I said a meatball. "Im sorry. We are out of meatball." SERIOUSLY?? This is a 24 hour establishment! Why the hell arent you baking more bread? Why aren't you fully stocked? Very disappointed. Whats the point of being open 24 hours??

No pastrami. No soup. Y'all ain't got that, nothing else matters. If I walk into a Subway, I expect certain things. And on this trip, I got nothing I wanted. But, hell, it is Blythe... at least the crew was polite.

Gave 1 star because I couldn't give less than 1. Horrible customer service , not acknowledged when I came in the store , after standing there a lady finally walks by and says , " be with you in a minute " , another lady in the back looks at me and continues standing there as if I'm not there. After about 5 mins it appears to me that this is not an establishment that I want to patronize. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere.

This place is disgusting...My daughter walked in and found something floating in the toppings, we turned right around and walked out after making them aware 🙄 They offered us everything under the sun that was Sealed and PACKAGED!!!! My daughter is 6!! How can she spot nasty things floating (insects) But they can't🤷 Nope!!! We are so cool on this spot

Disgusting! The restrooms were filthy. Both bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. The sinks were full of dirty water. The women’s restroom had a broken soap dispenser so it was not possible to get any soap out. There were no paper towels. I asked for soap and waited for a while before I decided to just use the men’s restroom. That bathroom was even worse. It stunk like urine. Everything looked dirty. After washing my hands I asked for napkins and reminded the employee that he had never gotten me the soap and his response was that they were busy. There were three employees there he did not even make an attempt to ask the other two people to help me. The tables inside the restaurant were also dirty. If those areas are so filthy I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. There are other subways down the road just go to one of those.

So gross we couldn't even eat there. Stopped to get sandwiches and use the restrooms. So bad we left and found something else down the street.

We stopped at this location on the way back to Phoenix from the L.A. area. It was around 8:30pm and when I went in there was nobody at the counter. I had to use the restroom anyway so I went to the restroom and the sink was utterly disgusting. here was no waste paper strewn about but the sinkt didn't look like it had been cleaned all day. I washed my hands and went back to the counter and there was still nobody there, but the glass lids were all lifted leaving the food exposed to the open air. I yelled but got no response so I went and ate somewhere else. After seeing the bathroom I wasn't really all that interested in eating there anyway. Not my finest Subway experience.

Customers are allowed in without masks! Just today multiple customers were allowed to stand in line order and generally touch everything with masks pulled down to necks. Staff said nothing! If you care about staying safe and healthy during Covid skip this.

This place was dirty, there was no soap in their broken dispenser and two out of three people making food were not wearing a mask. That's disgusting on a regular day but during a pandemic it is just unbelievable.

Owners.. you need to really put forth effort into this establishment. Fountain Sodas came out flat, ran out of tuna, meatballs and restroom didn't have soap. Positive is there was air conditioning.

Just went in to order they were out of most bread, flatbread, no meatballs and girl working had really nasty attitude. No wonder they don’t do much business here anymore. If same girls in there next time I will go I’ll walk back out.

We go back and forth between SoCal & the Phoenix area on about a monthly basis. The last four times, we left without buying any food. Why? Because they didn’t have food we wanted—food that is on their menu. On one hot day, they were out of several kinds of drinks. Another day, they had no ice. Another time, they were out of Tuna Salad—an integral component of a Tuna Sandwich! Yet another day, they were out of several sandwich components. I realize that Blythe, CA is out in the middle of the desert, which might make component acquisition occasionally a problem. But this is becoming a habit at this store. After the last disappointment, we started to look for alternative subway stores. It turns out that there are other Subway stores in Truck Stops in Ehrenburg and Quartzsite, Arizona, both within 25 miles, and right off the I-10. The Blythe doesn’t have a shortage of employees at lunchtime. So the problem seems to be on a managerial level. This store needs a managerial review by upper management.

Probably one of the dirtiest Subways I have ever been to. The tables looked like they hadn't been wiped all day and were sticky. The floors also looked like they hadn't been cleaned and had food under all the tables. I got a lemonade and noticed black chunks floating in my cup which I figure is black mold from the beverage machine, which also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I would recommend avoiding this particular Subway.

This place was DISGUSTING. The bathroom was dirtier than any rest stop bathroom I can ever remember being in. The food gave me and my friend food poisoning and we had totally different sandwiches. The service took an insane amount of time as well. Plus rude staff, what a wonderful failure of a subway.

I get that when your from a small town and know everyone you give 5 stars because you know them, so from some one who is not from here I will be honest. Today 11/1/22 at 8:30pm I went in a girl and a guy was working, I ordered 2 kids meal and 2 sandwiches and I forgot my drinks and chips for the kids meal they refused to give them to me, then I called to get corporates number and I was called stupid by the girl when I was upset because my food feel apart and I paid for it on top of not getting what I ordered. It took a lot to talk to them because I have anxiety and depression she really made me feel so bad, hurt. So in my opinion don't go here and there bread and banana peppers taste werid.if I could give no star's I would

Presently standing in line and there are 20+ people behind me. Been standing here for 40 minutes. Manager just came out from the back and decides to fill an online order that’s been sitting on the counter for over an hour. Slowest moving people I’ve ever encountered. Flys are landing on the food. Manager keeps wiping face with his gloves on, and still touching the food.

Wow, the current reviews are real. I just stopped by to grab a sandwich at 6:20 when they close at 10:00 and they're out of bread. Like, all bread. Maybe prep and stretch some more in the mornings so you can actually make money for your store? I don't know, just a thought. It would've been nice if they offered an item from the salad menu.
