The truth is, the atmosphere is terrible. The waitresses are constantly talking very loudly. It's not a pleasant experience at all. And the food, well, it's nothing you couldn't find elsewhere for less money.

The service was fine. But it did take long enough for the food to get there and the most unsatisfying thing was that out of 1 chicken they expect you to eat it with only 1 tortilla. It is very disturbing for one to eat and have to ask for a tortilla refill after just one round. I will never come to this place again.

Terrible service from their staff. Three-hour lines, and then two cars arrive and they take them. After that, they make the joke that there will be more chicken in an hour and a half, even though there are 40 people lined up outside waiting for their order. The manager stands where they hand out the chickens, refusing to show her face, and her awful employee is terrible from the moment you arrive. She doesn't know how to respond to customers and mockingly tells you to complain to my boss. We know that the owners of these kinds of businesses don't hear complaints, but what terrible organization this place has in all its branches.

I'd never been back to that pollo deliz since I moved from Boca del Río, but the truth is, they gave me chicken from the day before, which they had grilled again, so as you can imagine, it was all dry and obviously had a different flavor. I had to ask the girl who served me for service. Once there, they closed the windows and turned on the air conditioning. Anyway, at Pollo Feliz in Diversplaza, the service is excellent, and the chicken is freshly made! The one in the northern zone is a thousand times better than this one at Hugo Sanchez!

Friendly staff, but the food is a rip-off. For the same price, you can get a much bigger chicken at Pollo Leñero. For 100 pesos less, you can get a bigger chicken at Walmart. I don't recommend buying chicken here; the price doesn't match the portion size. Seriously, a chicken that weighs a kilo. The most expensive combo meal I've ever ordered.

PREVIOUSLY THEY HAD VERY GOOD SERVICE THE CHICKEN WAS A GOOD SIZE AND TASTY NOW IT HAS A KILO OF SALT AND NOW IT IS THE HAPPY PIGEON BECAUSE THE CHICKENS ARE GETTING SMALLER EVERY DAY AND MORE RICKETY THEY RAISED THE PRICE TO A HIGH THEY HARDLY GIVE YOU TORTILLAS AND IT IS AN INSULT TO BUY TWO CHICKENS FOR FIVE TORTILLAS THAT THEY GIVE YOU IN A BAG THAT IS WHY IT LOOKS EMPTY ALL DAY AND EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK SINCE I PASS BY EVERY DAY.
