I chose Hostaria for my wedding in May 2024, and everything was organized very well, despite the weather concerns right up until the last minute. We had a country-style reception, so all the dishes were meat-based. I haven't heard of anyone complaining; on the contrary, I received many compliments on the risottos, which were always excellent, as well as everything else, including the vegetarian dishes, like the grilled meat. The Red Velvet wedding cake they made was so well received, I didn't even have a single slice left to take home.

Very nice location, professional and helpful staff, friendly and very organized. Very clean premises. Adjacent parking, soft music. Very good dinner, the dishes are carefully prepared and delicious. Truly high quality. Excellent wine selection. Very good desserts, all homemade. Prices are reasonable for the quality and service offered. Don't come if you want to spend as much as at Mac's, but you have to try it because it's truly worth it. I'll definitely return.

Excellent cuisine in a wonderful setting. Just steps from the city, it's an oasis of tranquility surrounded by greenery. The cuisine is refined yet delicious, with generous portions. The flavors are beautifully balanced. The kitchen and staff were very attentive to the celiac person we were with, so I highly recommend it.

A wonderful dinner experience: a charming and intimate setting, a welcoming atmosphere, and unparalleled hospitality (due to a mix-up, we couldn't sit inside at the reserved time; the house offered us a glass of wine and a platter to while away the time under the pergola while a table became available). The menu features a limited selection, all very carefully selected and refined, clearly demonstrating a great deal of work; perhaps the menu descriptions are a bit too technical for those who aren't familiar with the subject. The platter (complimentary on the house*) was practically an enormous alien spaceship that landed and took up the entire table. It was truly lavish, demonstrating the quality of the ingredients used. Good recommended wines, medium to generous portions depending on the dish. Excellent value. Bonus: the option to book with The Fork.

It was a business lunch, one of those moments when professional necessity wrenches us from our daily routine, and I found myself walking down a tree-lined avenue so narrow it seemed to embrace me, guard me, lead me by the hand toward a revelation. At the end of the avenue, a courtyard appeared. The parking lot to the left, the large outdoor fireplace promising summer barbecues, the rustic interior of the restaurant: every detail contributed to creating an atmosphere that dissolved the formalities of work, transforming obligation into pleasure. And then they arrived: pumpkin gnocchi with Castelmagno sauce. At the first bite, however, something became apparent – ​​a subtle, barely perceptible dissonance, like when a note in a concert isn't... To my taste, I would tweak the dish, especially the Castelmagno sauce. To align it with my tastes, with that Cuneo sensibility that is imprinted on my palate like an indelible mark. The service was impeccable. As I returned to my professional commitments, I carried with me the memory of a successful lunch!!!

The appetizers are excellent, the first courses are beautiful to look at but then lack that extra touch that gives persistence to the dish, for the second course I had the meat but it was mushy, anyway excellent variety, friendly and kind, beautiful room especially nice and warm in the middle of winter.

Chic restaurant with excellent food. Prices are moderately high for the area, but the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. We happened upon this restaurant for lunch while traveling on the SP11R near the Ticino River and saw the sign. I must say, all the dishes were excellent and the presentation was beautiful. Honestly, I would have liked the dishes to be a little larger. A few minor flaws: the service was a bit slow, and the restaurant wasn't heated properly. I'll be back when I'm in the area and have more time for lunch!

A very charming restaurant, nestled in the countryside. You arrive along a very narrow but charming tree-lined avenue (decorated with many lights during the Christmas season). Eventually, you reach a courtyard with a shrine. When you reach the fork at the end of the road, the larger parking lot is on the left. The courtyard is very quaint and charming. Outside the restaurant, there's a huge fireplace where I believe they grill, at least in the summer. The interior is very charming, with a rustic style. We were at a table of about twenty people: the service was very good, fast, and without any problems. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. We had a mixed appetizer (cold cuts and cheeses), risotto, and a grilled meat main course. Panettone, coffee, and amaro. Water and one bottle of wine for every three people are included. Cost: €35. Recommended!

We love discovering new restaurants and venues, so yesterday we decided to try Chef Christian's dishes. You won't find the classic mushroom risotto here, so be prepared to experiment with unusual combinations. The dishes are a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Overall, the flavors are well-balanced, thanks in part to the choice of ingredients. As I reported to both the chef and the owner at the end of the evening, some things could be improved, such as explaining how to eat certain dishes to best savor them. We spent €80 for two appetizers, two first courses, one dessert, and two glasses of wine and water. Recommended.
