Great pizza from an out of Towner perspective. It's a small town place that seems old school inside, but some of the best pizza in CNY. The pepperoni under the cheese was amazing! A definite stop every time we come through Booneville!

Luigi's has great food. And, they are wonderful folks - every year for Thanksgiving they give out a free Thanksgiving dinner to anyone who wants it. I was blown away when I heard that. Apparently they have been doing this for a number of years. You just can't beat that !

Excellent food, and Customer service was over the top. My husband and I were heading up north to camp. We called ahead and stoped on our way to pick up pizza and wings. The pizza was slightly overcooked. The young lady at the counter apologized and said they would immediately make a new pizza. We were in a bit of a hurry and told her we would just take the other pizza. She asked for our address at camp and said someone would be behind us shortly to deliver it. We unpacked our vehicle, and had just sat down, when a vehicle pulled in our driveway. Our pizza was hot and delicious. Thanks again for bringing it out to us.

AJ is wonderful & did a great catering job for a reception @ The Hayloft. Loved the Riggies and my favorite was scalloped potatoes. Family visits when the can from out of state and they live their food!!! Chicken Parm, Big Hero & a pizza pie & mozzarella sticks to name 4. My lil sassy granddaughter got such a kick out of AJ 😂

Luigi's Pizzeria ROCKS! The food is always perfect especially if you like a pizza with dough that has flavor to it and is perfectly cooked. Their toppings are delicious as well as their wings (boneless and regular). All of the portions are generous and whether a salad, sub or springtime Bullhead dinner always worth ordering for delivery or dining in. The service is polite and thoughtful always. My favorite thing is they deliver to us in Remsen. Sometimes we have to wait if they are busy but it beats driving 15 minutes there and back and the food always arrives perfect and delicious. Don't miss out on this great place to eat.

Their menu is different than many pizza places, sometimes you'll even find bullhead in the menu. I also recommend their Friday Fish Frys with their house Mac&Cheese. Yum. 😋

Luigi's has really improved under the new owners. Very affordable prices. Like almost all places these days, they do have to up charge for using cards. I'll gladly pay a bit more to be able to use my debit card. They have a thicker, almost pan style crust, so if you're looking for a classic NY thin crust, look elsewhere.

The pizza was ok.. lacking in the sauce dept.. but I would eat it again if offered.. what was annoying was the fact I was told there was no small size pizza .. only medium and large.. so we ordered a medium..yet when I got the pizza it was definitely a small pizza.. maybe its covid.. idk.. I was just really surprised.. also .. if you use a credit card .. you will be charged 3.25%.. not sure if this is actually a thing .. but there it is.. I don't remember ever being charged that much in interest for using the CC.. sorry.. for the pic we ate half before I was able to take a pic

Very disappointed in this pizza shop. They severely messed up my to go order and we’re not willing to accommodate their mess up what so ever. Will not be going back.

Well they were an hour late and my kids were hungry I called to ask what was wrong and they told me it was in the oven then when it did show up it was a plain cheese that was under cooked and the other pizza was totally not what I ordered so when I took it back to them they said they would make a note of it but to me as a business man that's not how I run a business it took 2 people to talk to to get the order figured out which never got fixed

This place was bad, I went here while I was visiting someone, and after that I never came back. The food was bland and was reheated in a microwave.

Was not satisfied at all with the food. Pizza was dry and plain tasting, chicken wings were way overcooked, chicken doggies were to hit to even eat unless of course you covered them in ranch dressing. Thought maybe it was a fluke so I ordered from them on another occasion and it was the exact same food quality.

Pizza is okay, but BEWARE when ordering: you need to tell them in advance that you want your pizza cut the normal way, ie into 8 slices. Their default cutting is into bizarre and asinine squares. It is mind-boggling that squares would be their default. Why? Who likes this? But worse is that they don't tell you that they do this. It's a surprise when you open the box. Luigi's, here's an experiment for you: cut all of your pizzas into 8 slices like every other place in existence and see how many people request that you cut it into squares. I guarantee you that almost no one will. Pizzas are cut into slices. It's pizza. Everyone loves it the way it is; don't try to reinvent it. I deducted two full stars for this: one for doing it and another for not mentioning it beforehand. If you're going to cut your pizzas like this, please be upfront about it so people will know to tell you that they don't want it.

I watched the cook make pizza, wings and other food with no gloves He wiped sweat off his head and scratched his armpit and didn't wash his hands or use gloves after and went right back to making food Also they were going to put roast beef on my sub that had been in the refrigerator for 11 days. Told me they didn't have time to cut fresh meat for me. I don't be going back. Ever !

Well $60.00 for a large pizza with pepperoni and 30 wings is a little ridiculous. That’s when you pay with a card. Wings were not extra crispy and drowning in sauce is not a good thing.. Also maybe telling the customer on the phone that cash is preferred. Was not worth 60 dollars at all..

Came under new ownership a few months ago since then horrible people don't get what they order when they order delivery and they argue with you when you call to complain I tried to order on a Sunday night and they ran out of dough how does a pizza place run out of dough

Ordered a cheeseburger for takeout. Got it home and there was no cheese or burger on the bun. Only lettuce and onions and tomato. Called them hoping that they would make good on it. I was told that the owner made it himself and that it was made properly and there is nothing that they can do.

Used to be decent has gone completely downhill. Ordered a seafood dinner platter, and opened it up when we got home and immediately brought it back. Im dead serious there was once skimpy fish and five other random fried things in there. An absolute JOKE. they also forgot another item that had been ordered. All they wanted was to give me my money back not even hear me out for constructive criticism. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DON'T GO HERE.
