Probably the best pizzeria in Bormio, taste of ingredients on this crunchy dough is another level. Atmosphere in pizzeria is also very good, restaurant is cosy and pleasant to stay. I have got pizza after 5 minutes.

I have eaten a lot of pizzas in Italy, and this is one of the best. I got the buffalina pizza and I will probably have it for the next four nights while I am in Bormio. The crust is light and fluffy, fresh tomato and buffala mozzarella and basil. You must eat here!

A great food experience. We turned up at about 7.30pm and were lucky to get a table after a short wait. This place is busy, so recommend booking if possible. The wait staff were very busy, but stoppped for questions without making us feel we were a nuisance. The food: we had starters, pizza, and dessert. The starters were amazing - well prepared, presented and delicious. We said we would share a pizza, so the pizza was brought on two plates (2 quarters each) with identical garnishing - none of this one pizza, two plates and cut it yourself stuff. The desserts are amazing - wow. We had their take on the tiramisu and panna cotta. Both delicious - not too sweet. My wife described the tiramisu as heaven on a teaspoon. The panna cotta had hints of herbal flavours and went well with the strawberry topping. Mmmmm - if we lived here, we would be frequent customers.

I must start by saying that this pizzeria/restaurant came recommended by a local as one of the best pizza places around... and then I checked the reviews on Google/Tripadvisor to find quite a few negative comments about speed and quality of service, as well as quality of food, which made me doubt my choice. We decided to go anyway, a couple on a Thursday evening with a big sized dog... hoping for the best. What we found was a speedy service, waiters extremely polite and very gentle and careful around our dog and a very good pizza (they have different types of base for each day of the week, so I guess it may depend on your taste whether you like it or not on the day...). Dessert was also good, as were wine, beer and coffee, all in good Italian fashion. I am now not sure what all the negative reviews were about... maybe things have changed since those reviews? Nevertheless, we'll probably go back again to taste other dishes on the menu... Oh, and the price was not the cheapest, but not overly expensive either.

Storico bar delle terme. Buono per pranzo veloci e merende! Servizio veloce e cortese, prezzi nella media di Bormio. Consigliato il Ginseng in tazza grande!

Abbiamo mangiato prima di entrare nelle piscine, servizio veloce e preciso, adatto anche ai bambini nei tempi, nelle porzioni e nelle stoviglie. Ampia scelta di menù.

Nice tagliatelles carbonara and pizza's are just wonderful. Unfortunately, service was not so friendly. We've been politely pushed out from our table in order to welcome new customers... this won't make me go back there.

The pizza was tasty, but the service was very unfriendly and arogant. We visited this pizzeria for the second time in about two years, and both times there were issues with the staff. Maybe they’re only like this with tourists — I don’t know — but based on other reviews, it seems that more customers have had problems with the unfriendly and unprofessional service. Unfortunately, it ruins the whole experience and makes it hard to enjoy the good pizza. Once again, we were convinced that it’s better to go somewhere else than to come here and have the food and the evening completely spoiled.

The service was not rude but joyless - we arrived for lunch and were told ‘only pizzas today’. The crust of the pizza was very tasty and fragrant but the pizzas themselves were salty and toppings lacked flavour. However the place was clean and seats were comfortable and it is conveniently located.

The pizza was really tasty. Great dough and ingredients. We appreciate that they took us even though we had reservetaion dor different date. However, the costumer service (waiter) was absolutly horrible. The gentleman had clearly a VERY VERY bad day...but this does not allow him to treat us like we are not welcomed there. Due to his horrific behaviour, our whole dinner was ruined. I am sorry, but this man should not be serving anyone else.

The food is great, especially the pizzas. But overall, all dishes looked good. However, the service is terrible. The two ladies are fine, but I cannot say the same about the guy. First, he was rushing me to order when I was just asking and did not even sit at a table, which was pretty unbelievable. Secondly, he got pissed because I ordered at the bar instead from the table. I still can't understand why. Lastly, he served throwing the dishes with not very good manners. Having seen this, He'd do much better playing as a baseball pitcher. So if you want good vibes while eating, this might not be your place.

Dalla piscina decidiamo di pranzare al bistrot. Dopo un ventina di minuti di attesa con porta aperta costume bagnato prendo l ordine del bere...attendiamo un'ora e chiediamo quali siano i tempi di attesa dato il freddo e i bambini affamati...rispondono che sta per arrivare...passa un ora e 30 quando vengono a dirci che le cotolette erano finite. La loro giustificazione era che c'era troppa gente,forse non sanno nemmeno cosa voglia dire un ristorante con tanta gente. Sconsigliatissimo

Normally I dont write reviews but this had to be shared If you speak Italian go for it - if not, you wont have a great time. Seemingly anoyed waiter came and prepared my table with a very unfriendly demeanor - I felt like I was not welcome here at all. If you dont speak Italian with them you wont get treated the same. Ordered a Pizza + Water - The glass in which the water should be in, made it to the table but the water never did. (but that can happen) What shouldnt happen is that, hearing the staff laugh at other guests and make fun about them in italian as they were sure that they couldn`t understand them. I could though and it was not pleasant.
