For dinner with my partner, we ordered the mixed antipasti, which I highly recommend: the pansoti with walnut sauce, and the braised cheek, which was truly tender and flavorful. Highly recommended.

Great local restaurant. Their ravioli are some of the best I have ever had. The family is very friendly and the service is excellent. They offer the set menu with starter, pasta and meat for 30euro but also they offer Al la cart. A perfect example of simple and delicious Italian cooking.

A historic inn with a family atmosphere serving traditional regional dishes. Don't miss the ravioli in braised beef broth, the Piedmontese boiled meat with six cuts (usually served as the dish of the month), and for dessert, I recommend the Bonet with amaretti biscuits. The dishes are homemade... and the quality is truly evident! The prices are more than fair, we'll definitely return.

One of the best places anywhere in Italy. If you like fancy and elegant, forget it. But if you have a car and like traditional, real Italian food and hospitality and incredibly friendly and gracious hosts and absolutely delicious food, you will love this place. We made friends with the other local patrons and with the hosts. The pranzo was exceptional. Stinco alla birra ! Not many places to get this. Minestrone so pure and fresh. Pane fatta in casa and the best. Great wine selection. (We had the Ruche, fantastico) Torta marmellata melts in your mouth and bonet amazing. We feel so fortunate to have found it and we will come back for sure. People who know come all the way from Genova to eat here. We had to come back again so I am adding to my review. I’ve never had lumache (escargot) prepared like this. Alla contadina. With pomodoro sauce and literally from a garden! Not bought in a store. And usually if you order escargot you’ll get probably 6. Here, 25! Best ever. And the best bottle of Bonarda ever as well. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, very good food, and fair prices. In addition to the à la carte menu, there's a fixed menu for €25, from appetizer to dessert. The wine by the glass was truly excellent. They even offered us a complimentary liqueur at the end. Highly recommended; you'll be delighted.

Historic trattoria in Bosio. A welcoming place serving traditional Ligurian and Piedmontese cuisine. The house antipasti and ravioli are definitely worth trying. The tagliolini with mushrooms are a must-try. Generous portions and fair prices. Recommended for both lunch and dinner.

Let's start with the service, characterized by the owners' extreme kindness and attentiveness. They do what they do with immense passion, and it shows. Smiling, helpful, fast, and with great attention to each table. Excellent, authentic food. Use of local products and homemade dishes. Everything is truly excellent. The price makes it even more impressive: the tasting menu for €20 is plentiful and delicious. (The only flaw is the exterior. I probably wouldn't have stopped by if I were passing by. Just a small suggestion for improvement. Inside, however, everything is beautiful, as the photos show.) Thanks again to the owners. Keep up the good work. We'll definitely be back: dining with you is worth the trip.

Amazing. Real, authentic flavors, kindness and courtesy, you feel at home. Stop here before heading to the outlet. Excellent local wine cellar, zero-mile. The owner, a young man, is knowledgeable and very kind. Great prices for the quality of the food. They even filmed an episode of Serene Variable, if I'm not mistaken. Regardless, highly recommended. These are the places to choose and safeguard.

Pranzato domenica scorsa con amici, ambiente familiare, abbiamo apprezzato molto la genuinità dei piatti, buonissima l'insalata russa (come faceva mia nonna ), i ravioli alla ligure (tuccu) i pansot…

Siamo stati alla trattoria per Natale 2025 , menù molto ben fatto e veramente delizioso…il servizio è molto curato e c’è molta attenzione al cliente…il locale è davvero caldo e dalla atmosfera famili…

Posto molto semplice con personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato bene. L'antipasto di salumi e l'antipasto della casa erano abbondanti e gustosi. I ravioli al tocco erano buoni e anche lo stracotto. Le lumache erano delicate. Il bonet cioccolato e amaretti fatto da loro era equilibrato. In tutto con 2 antipasti,1 primo,2 secondi,1 dolce con una bottiglia di Gavi , caffè e liquore abbiamo speso 80 euro. Sicuramente è un posto da provare per la sua genuinità.

Dopo lavoro nell'orto invece che pranzare in casa scesi in paese in trattoria. E si sta come in famiglia. Buoni i plin con tartufo, di ottima qualità la tagliata. Prezzo giusto

Pessima esperienza, abbiamo pranzato la settimana scorsa, premesso che se andiamo a mangiare fuori e per provare la cucina del posto, abbiamo preso ravioli e pansotti, il sapore era familiare e abbiamo chiesto alla cameriera se erano preparati da loro, ha risposto che erano del pastificio Novella, ma se vogliamo mangiare quel tipo di pasta, tra l'altro buona, la mangiamo a casa, per i secondi invece che erano preparati da loro, stendiamo un velo pietoso.

We left with the highest expectations, having seen the reviews and especially the photos of the seemingly tasty and carefully prepared dishes. The kitchen was dirty and the prices were too high for the quality: a piece of lasagna and three slices of roast beef were €25 each. We went for the Bosio festival on August 19, 2025, and the menu was fixed... perhaps the à la carte menu would improve the situation. I do not recommend it.
