Boulder Social offers excellent food and beer. The Smoked Pork Chili deserves 5 stars, and the beer was great. The staff were also commendable. Highly recommend visiting.

We’re visiting Boulder and stopped in. We got the elk bolognese and the social double double along with a flight of beers (Buff gold, hazy ipa, red irish ale, and west coast ipa). The food was very tasty. Burger was nice flavor and easy to eat with crispy fries. The elk was a nice experience and the sauce tasty. We liked the beer a lot, especially the west coast ipa. Service was friendly too

Been here several times. It’s become a go-to when in the area. Never have to wait for a table, even on a Saturday. Large beer selection and haven’t had a bad one yet. We prefer to sit on the patio, which is heated in winter, open during warm weather. I’m a sucker for a good pretzel. Service has been great. Check it out!

This place have some of the best food I've ever had a special for bar food! I tried the chicken fingers that have jalapenos blue cheese crumbles and bacon on them! They were amazing some of the best food I've had in a long time my wife got a turkey club that was just an eye for and the wings were good as well. It seems like whoever curated their menu did a great job of making bar food special.

Visiting Boulder and came to eat on 7/5 after softball. Had Brussels sprouts, smash burger side salad very clean tasting and good. Others had the pizza, too much crust for me but very good flavor. The breaded chicken sandwich looked amazing and it was huge! Fries very good. Came back on 7/6 to try the wings. They did not disappoint. I had buffalo and the dry rub. Both very delicious! I would ask for all dry rub with a side of the buffalo sauce. The only bummer for me is that there were only 2 flats out of 6. Flats are my favorite. Service was good and the TVs are great. They put thenCubs on by request.

The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive. I bought a laptop to do work stuff like a weirdo and the internet speeds were fast -- great for what I needed to get done! The lamb burger? Yeah. It was amazing. One of the best burgers I've had. And the tots were good too.

Update: Came back with my fiancée and had an amazing experience server was very kind and looked like he was training a new server and she did great as well. Happy we came back and gave them another shot. Thank you to hunter and the Boulder social team for caring! Food is always amazing but the staff will be the downfall ! Owner is always really nice and attentive sucks they have servers that seem to not care at all. 3rd time giving the customer service a shot just for the food but it's not worth it for how long it seems to take to even be noticed after the host seats you. Not to mention everyone I’ve came it’s not busy enough to warrant the lack of attention

Amazing experience tonight. Boulder Social is a casual bar/dining experience where most people are watching the game. Tonight a group of 16-18 came in with at least 8 boys under the age of 8. Parents and kids sat at separate tables. The kids were screaming, tearing up menus, throwing paper at each other, etc. I watched several tables get up and leave due to the noise. The entire restaurant seemed on edge. Kudos to management to address the situation head-on. They asked the parents to get a handle on the situation…. Instead they chose to leave. Total respect for a management staff that’s willing to preserve the ambience for their establishment. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is a bit of a gem. We went here on a whim and absolutely loved it. We got the calamari appetizer which had the thickest and most tender bits I've ever had. I also got a Nashville hot chicken, it is their own take on it, however it's one the best chicken sandwiches out there. Initially service was a tad slow but we came in mid day on a Sunday. Also I have no issues waiting for good food and it was awesome. I was actually surprised at how fresh all the vegetable components to everything was. I don't know where they find these ultra fresh veggies but they must have some wizard out back farming that stuff.

I’ve been before and always a great time We came in today , Memorial Day , for a late lunch after the BoulderBolder- It was super busy we were expecting not a 5 star experience but we had nothing but great things to say . The hostess and wait staff were SO nice . Food came out fast And so yummy , the best Clam Chowder. Highly recommend !!!!

We met a friend there for dinner. We were seated outside on a beautiful Sunday evening. Our food, drinks, and waiter were all very good. I would recommend this place if you are ever in the area.

We found this place just driving by looking for lunch. SO GLAD WE DID! The food here is amazing! We ordered the chips and salsa first - amazing. Chips are perfectly salted and the salsa is just spicy enough to be delicious. I ordered the grilled salmon salad and omfg… it might be one of the best salads I’ve had in a long time. Perfect pairing of ingredients right down to the pineapple which I was unsure about. The cheese on this is epic! My friend ordered the loaded chicken tenders and she liked them a lot. She did say they were forehead sweating hot though, lol. Service was wonderful. Drinks stayed filled (water and pop). Beyond happy we found this place!

First time here. Been coming to this site for decades, Jose Muldoons, Fate, etc. and was pleasantly surprised. Always a bonus sitting on the patio. The beer was great. I ordered the double burger thanks a previous review and it was excellent. My wife had the vegan bowl which she really enjoyed. We also had the shrimp with cucumber app which was very good as well. Our server Brandon was awesome with a great sense of humor. I’m looking forward to revisiting

Came here for a work party and got to try a bunch of their food, and boy I had the best chicken sandwich! Definitely recommend, and their crispy brussel spouts are also delicious.

Came here for lunch and to catch a basketball game. Service was amazing. Bloody Mary's were some of the best we've had; robust tomato flavor and not watered down like some restaurants. Oysters were good quality, wings tasty, brussel sprouts a hit. Our daughter's chicken tenders were fantastic - actual fillets of freshly breaded chicken and not the kind that are essentially large frozen chicken nuggets. Definitely be back.

Stopped by on a Sunday for the final Broncos playoffs game and had a great time. We arrived around 12:15 for a 1pm game and there was plenty of seating, but it filled up pretty quickly after. The decor and specials were fun - $15 pitchers, $13 wings, and $1 blue/orange tequila jello shots. We were super pleased with the value of the pitchers and shots, and I enjoyed the hazy IPA. The wings were tasty but not a crazy deal, it was 1lb of wings (about 7), so about $2 per. Their rotation white Carolina BBQ sauce was very good, as was their dry rub. The fries we added on the side were average but we ate them all. And the chip trio wasn't anything special, my favorite was the queso. Overall it was a great place to spend 4hrs with such good drink deals and friendly service. The biggest downside was a Broncos loss :(

Fantastic wings! Loved their dry rub, skin was crispy. Fig and prosciutto pizza was delicious. We also had the teriyaki salmon; a lot of ginger, but perfectly cooked. Steak frites was amazing and cooked perfectly. Salads were fresh and appreciated that the veggies were chopped instead of big hunks. Drinks were overall good. The holiday martini was a winner!

We always have a great time, regardless of what time of the day that we rock up. They have a very large dog-friendly patio. There's plenty of gluten free options for folks like myself, with the Crispy Chicken Wings, the Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower, and the Honey Glazed Salmon being my usuals. Excellent service and laughs with Dakota, and also Eliie who had completed her shift, but gave us her time for a chat. Thanks guys!

One of the best Cubans of my life. WOW! Everything had such complex and layered flavoring. Kudos to the chef. The brussel sprouts also were done with a VERY balanced sweet and spicy and not overly done in either. Nice work, a lot of folks are too heavy handed with sauces. I will say, once the football came on the volume was deafening. 👎👎👎 I was there to meet and Yap with a friend, close to impossible. Big bummer but the food rocked.

The food here is phenomenal! What the pizza lacks in size, it more than makes up in flavor. Do yourselves a favor and try the chicken wings. They are the best I've ever eaten. The beer is tasty and I'm not much of a beer guy. Unfortunately they removed the higher alcohol % beer from the menu which is a bummer because it was delicious. Everytime I bring the wife to Boulder this is our lunch spot.

Good place for date night. Nice vibe. Some beers were not available in the quantity I wanted but I made it work. The food was pretty good too. The beers were pretty solid with nothing earth shattering but very clearly well made.

I ordered the chefs chicken meal this time. Very good. The menu had a lot of good food choices. The chicken meal changes often. So i can't wait to see what it's like next time I visit. The beer was great. Boulder Beer lives! Was great to drink a Buffalo Gold beer again.

Wonderful service and staff, but the food is quite overpriced. Ordered the fried green tomatoes and only got 3 slices of half of a tomato! I was super disappointed, but at least the food is very good. I don’t think I’ll be back due to the high price point and meager portion sizes.

Fun place for happy hour! They have great beers that they brew in-house. The West Coast IPA was smooth and delicious. The fish & chips were really good- light crispy batter made with in-house beer. The slaw was unique and delicious. The prime rib sliders were cooked perfectly and delicious aus jus. Nice atmosphere and friendly service.

The oysters were actually quite expensive but they were good east and west coast. I asked for the sirloin but the waiter brought me the prime rib - again decent overall. The PEI mussels were decent as well. Overall decent experience with an interesting cocktail menu I’d be down to explore in the future.

Good place with a reasonably-priced menu. I guess I just don’t really understand the vision. Still looks like Fate, is selling Boulder Beer on draft under their name, feels corporate, and has added an oyster & sushi portion to the menu. Happy hour was great- $2 oysters, $5/6 cocktails and drafts, and $7 small plates. The cowboy pizza was decent, oysters surprisingly good. Tempura shrimp roll was okay. This space is so big; I hope it finds a direction.

This is a good place with food that is beyond the average pub fare. The fig and apple burrata appetizer was very good. The fig chutney and apples, peppery arugala, all went well with the creamy cheese. I had a blackened rocky mountain trout dish that was excellent with a smoky, spicy corn salad that was really well done. My wife had a so-so French dip sandwich with really tender but completely flavorless beef. The au jus that came with it was also bland. Our waiter was fine, busy for a Saturday night. One caveat, this place is LOUD as in, if this is a first date, you may want to try somewhere else, loud. We will be back. There are other things on the menu to try 😋

First timer. I'm just passing through. But this is a great sports bar. Great drink selection, including their own craft beers. Great food menu and lots of TVs. How are there not more places like this in Boulder? The service was good too. They are doing it right. If you want to watch sports and enjoy food and drinks, this is the best place in Boulder.

Mediocre food. Ok service. Weird vibe and layout. It seems like a bunch of bar area and high tops surrounded by a few booths. Not really a great place for sports as...it's boulder and most of the staff doesn't understand about putting TV's on to the game 90% of the customers are there to watch. I was hopeful but I doubt I'll be back.

Great service. Cleanly restrooms. Dry and overcooked burgers. Interesting pizza. Plenty of TVs. Greasy food. Garlic knots weren’t very garlic-forward but were good. Large restaurant. Reasonable prices.

pretty much barfood in a nice atmosphere. nothing really special. only thing standing out are the friendly waitresses.

Food was good and beer/drinks were decent, outside patio is quite nice. Service left much to be desired and made the whole experience a bit uncomfortable. I’d go back and give it another shot, although it was not just one but many servers who treated my party in a strange fashion.

My husband and I eat at a restaurant about once a week, and we have liked Boulder Social fairly well. But today was an exception. It started when we walked in, and the hostess wasn't just rude, she was surly. At the table, we waited more than 10 minutes before someone asked about drinks. We took the opportunity to order our meals because we had no idea how long it would be before we were waited on again. One waitress was nice, but the other one pretty much slapped the food on the table and also the check. Come on! You can do better than this. This experience really soured me on this place, so it won't be on my list next time.

I have been to Boulder Social on several occasions and have been happy with the quality of the food and the service. I was there this evening for happy hour. Fried pickles are no longer on the menu, sorry to hear that. Happy hour cocktail shrimp is now $9 for 6 shrimp so that is $1.50 each. Prices and quantities have changed and not for the better. My stomach is not feeling well right now. Disappointed with the food and prices. Won't be back.

We ate there tonight and had very poor service and food was average at best. Our waitress was very inattentive and never followed up to make sure our food was ok also never asked if we wanted more drinks or dessert. One person in our party ordered the fish and chips and they were soggy. Normally fried food has a nice crispy shell - these were almost as though they had been reheated.

Pizza was very small, expensive, no better than most frozen pizza and worst than some. Average atmosphere. Don't bother.

Not worth the money. I felt bad for the hostess, she was totally stressed out. We sat outside on the patio and the table was dirty. Maybe no one had sat there in a while. Okay, no biggie. For the last few weeks I had been really looking forward to finally going out and having a really good hamburger. Well... A few beers, two appetizers, a sad looking beet salad, and a disappointing, hamburger and fries later...$97. I know everything is really expensive these days, but for me, this was totally not worth it. Stay home and use your hard earned money to make your own dream burger. One and done.

Food and service were fine but I completely disagree with the “3% service charge is added to help fund compensation package to our non tipped employee”. It is a way to artificially make their prices lower than that they are and it is a plain admission they don't pay their kitchen staff fairly. They should pay their people a thriving wage and let their prices reflect that. Please directly include the 3% in the prices. If you like, let the customer know about it at the bottom of the menu (something like "we don't need to add a %3 living wage because treat our staff fairly"). I strongly support decent wages reflected in higher menu prices. This surcharge shows that the business is not treating its employees fairly and just relies on customer guilt.

2.5 hours for a late lunch for 30 people. The food was Great - when it all finally arrived. Several didn’t get their drinks or entrees until the party was done eating. But the appalling part was an undisclosed per person CAKE FEE per check for cupcakes brought to surprise a guest with a birthday. I had to apologize to our entire group about the extra fee we were all charged -whether they ate a cupcake or not - how embarrassing. These fees are NOT standard everywhere and at the very least I could have been told and we could have taken the dessert to our hotel. If this is what Boulder social stands for I’ll pass.

Really had high hopes but was very very disappointed. First of all, our waiter very obviously forgot to ring our order in to the kitchen, resulting in us waiting for about an hour and 10 minutes for our food to come. They only realized there mistake when they asked us if we wanted the check and we had not yet gotten our food. Kinda apologized, but did not really do anything to remedy the situation. The food was incredibly mediocre for the price. The Mac and cheese sauce had ABSOLUTELY NO flavor at all. It taste like air. The hot Nashville chicken sandwich was WAY too sweet. It had no hint of buffalo or hot sauce. It taste like sugar. To top it all off, there is a hidden 3% charge on your bill. Very overpriced, mediocre food, and service was not great.
