They moved locations, but the terrible service is the same. Luckily, I didn't find any cockroaches in my food, but I have no doubt they have them in the kitchen if the staff is the same. Avoid eating at this place at all costs. Take care of your physical and mental health.

Terrible service. They take ages to process orders. Twice now they've given us an estimated delivery time, and it always takes even longer, sometimes more than three hours. The worst part is they never answer messages, let alone calls. The person who answers has a terrible temper. I absolutely do not recommend them.

I ordered a takeout order and found a cockroach! I requested a refund, but no one took responsibility, and I'm still waiting for my money. For the price of the products, the least they could do is worry about cleaning and fumigating the establishment. It's a disgusting experience shopping here! I hope it helps many of my fellow residents think twice before ordering from them.

The delivery service is terrible; it takes an hour and a half to deliver the order. And they don't bring the entire order. The driver is literally picking his nose and then, with that same little hand, he delivers the order to you. They are sarcastic with their apologies. They gave me an "Oops" when it wasn't the service I expected. The service in the branch depends on the time you go; between 1 and 2 pm it's full, and they take a while to clear the tables so you can sit down. And they charge an additional percentage for card payments. It's a shame the seasoning is okay, but the service is terrible. I won't go back.
