A very nice and pleasant place to visit. The sandwiches are delicious and come with a side of their homemade fries, which are also tasty. The drinks, however, left something to be desired. My partner and I found them rather bland. I tried the ceremonial matcha, and it tasted like milk diluted with ice; there was very little matcha flavor, and even the color was pale. The lavender matcha is good, but again, the matcha flavor was barely noticeable. Other than that, everything is pleasant, and the prices are very reasonable.

I used to buy coffee there, but one employee in particular is very rude, almost as if she's doing you a favor by serving you. It's a shame because the place and its products are good.

The place is nice and very clean, the bread is sometimes stale and sometimes fresh, the filled conchas have very little filling and I think they use the same knife they use to cut onions because my Nutella tasted strongly of onion, the service is only good for certain people, there's a lot of room for improvement.

Well the truth is the establishment is very nice but the employees need a lot of experience, I don't know if they were all new or if they were embarrassed or charged for repeating the name of the person who placed an order, they mentioned a person who was my order but they got the name wrong so I never approached to receive it, the employees saw me standing and didn't ask me anything, they weren't even getting to work as if they would think it was someone who was waiting, they were just talking after 20 minutes I had to approach them on my own and ask them what happened to my order to which they answered that it was a coffee that they had left there 20 or 30 minutes ago with a name that didn't exist, they didn't offer me an apology they acted super normal as if it happens to them daily, it doesn't cost them anything to say if they see THAT NO ONE was going to get the order to repeat the name. 👎👎

I went there as soon as I arrived in León and ordered a croissant, but I was disappointed when I saw it. It seemed like the ingredients weren't very high quality. Plus, the girl who served me was kind of conceited and gave me the impression that she only caters to certain types of people, not dark-skinned ones. I went back eight months later, and it was the same. I thought they had changed staff by then. I don't recommend going if you're dark-skinned.

Change your music. Listening to the same songs over and over gives me a headache, especially the depressing, melancholic, and heartbreak songs that you mostly play. Listening to those songs sometimes makes me want to have sex. Put on some ambient music, like "calm coffee shop music." If you search for it on YouTube, you'll find plenty of options. And don't try to get attention by blasting your music at 120 decibels. Have a good day.

Initially, when it first opened, everything was fine—nothing's perfect—but over time, the service and the quality of the coffee have declined. During peak hours, if you expect a hot, well-frothed latte with good flavor and no burnt espresso, it's nearly impossible. Perhaps it's just my bad luck, but when I go in the afternoon, the work environment is less energized, and the taste of my coffee is poor. Currently, I wouldn't recommend it, as the service should be equally good at all times of day.
