We stopped by Denny’s expecting a regular meal, but Melissa completely turned it into an awesome experience! From the moment we sat down, she was full of energy, cracking jokes, and making everyone at the table feel like old friends. She had our drinks out in seconds, remembered every detail of our order, and somehow managed to keep a full section running smoothly while still checking in on us like we were her only table. The food was great, but honestly, Melissa made the whole visit. Her personality, timing, and genuine kindness brought the place to life. You can tell she loves what she does. If you ever come to this Denny’s, ask for Mellissa — she’s the kind of waitress that makes you want to come back just for the service!

The food was absolutely delicious. The best food experience I have ever had at Denny’s. The cook that works from 6pm-6am is the absolute best,and our server was hilarious,and took care of all of our request. Definitely a 10 out of 10!!!

The food was excellent, we ordered the salmon salad. It was a nice piece of salmon cooked to perfection. All of the veggies and lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. Mikayla👌✌😂❤, our waitress gave us prompt friendly service and the manager (Matt) also came over and checked on us. You won’t be disappointed.

We eat at this location at least once a week, but usually more. We sit at the same table, if it's available, and our FAVORITE waitress, Melissa, takes care of us. She even shares her ducks with us, and I have a nice collection of them. Melissa is there Monday thru Friday and we try to go on those days. Food is good, service is great 👍 and it is a nice atmosphere.

I’ve been eating Dennys for years but honestly this one is at the top of my list. Amazing service and food was fresh(you can see the smoke on the pic) and delicious. Totally recommend! Our waitress thank you so much, we had a complicated order and you were so patient and kind.

Everything was great.... Denny's is an American tradition and in this visit the only thing I could recommend is that you eat the double chocolate pancake pops at the moment, but if you decide to take them home wrap them up in a napkin (each ball) so the trapped grease can exit... thanks for the good food Denny's!

The day I was here ... may have been a "strike" day. American walk out ... place was a 24/7 but was closed the day I was there. 9am.

This used to be such a good place, however, the food is now just meh. Our waitress (young girl) acted like we were bothering her by asking for basics. We did address this with the manager and he said he'd heard the same complaint about the waitress from others and was aware and would handle it!

I stopped by the Denny’s in Brenham, Texas, and while I was seated quickly and the place looked clean, the overall experience just didn’t hit the mark. The waitress was very sweet and kind, which I appreciated. But the food was really bland—especially the hash browns, which honestly tasted more like chopped cabbage than anything else. Even the Moons Over My Hammy was just okay. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Usually don't review food but I had to say this! The wait is normal however when the food arrived it didn't look appealing at all... our waitress also only came twice the entire time we were here.

The biscuits and gravy were probably some of the worst I’ve ever had! The service is pretty good. The girls here work hard. The windows are very dirty. Hashbrowns were burnt.

Wow. Never had such crap service. Toast took forever to come out. Bacon was cold. Waitress had no pep. Had to ask for refill twice before she got it. I watched the toast sit on window forever til it was cold

After 10 minutes of waiting we walked out and they all looked at us like they didn't understand our response to their terrible service. Avoid this restaurant at all cost.

This is what I got for my sandwich! One slice of ham i have NEVER an any Dennys location i have been too had this done. Simply ridiculous. Especially after a 4 hour hospital stay. Cherry on top once i returned the plate, no one what so ever walked over to ask what was wrong or take accountability. I'm sorry but if you don't like your job get a different one.

Definitely not impressed! Toaster was broken, so no toast. Paid $6.50 extra for a waffle and this is what I got. I don’t know about you, but I would call this waffle pathetic. The waitress told us, “Everything is premade.” Well, that explains a lot! If you like food made at corporate and shipped to the local restaurant, you will probably like the food here, if not, you might want to eat somewhere else.

OUR FOOD TOOK 40 MINUTES & BROKEN A/C! We decided to give Brenham Denny’s a chance after a few bad experiences at College Station (months ago) but it seems to be under same management; unprofessional employee appearance and habits. Our waitress seemed to have tried her best; however, the other employees were out of uniform, appeared dirty, waiters wearing sweatpants, plain black clothing (under-shirts), backwards caps, and most of them were bunched up outside smoking at 11:20 AM!!! A waitress was even sitting on the bed of a pickup truck. My wheat pancakes were horrible in quality. Restrooms were filthy. To top it off, we had a 20% discount and after checking our bill we noticed that we were only discounted what seems to be 15%. We had enough of this place to go back and explain percentages to the manager. Get it together Denny’s, new management? Maybe??? Until then….not coming back.
