The staff is always super friendly and the restaurant is always kept clean. Very good atmosphere. They finally added a few beers to the menu- I recommend trying the Sapporo. Their egg drop soup and wonton soup are amazing. I also tried the pepper steak and was very pleased with that as well. Overall a very pleasant restaurant to visit

I live out of town and decided to stop and try with my mom & brother. The restaurant was super clean. I got the lunch special General tso’s chicken it was delicious!! We all enjoyed our food and will be back whenever we are in town

Great selection, fresh and hot. I don't eat sushi but they have plenty. Your drink never goes empty. Service is spot on, background music is nice not to loud. Have been here often finally doing a review.

We have been ordering from here for the past few months. Food is always good. The portions are a lot, worth the money. We ordered.. shrimp fried rice, beef & broccoli, & egg rolls.

pre-COVID this was a outstanding buffet with sushi bar. As of November 2022, this is a walk-up counter per item order. You should also know they do not have table service. You take your own tray to your table and no one will bring you additional tea or drinks. The food was averaged to any other Chinese restaurant and probably the best in brenham. I drove a distance because I wanted sushi but they no longer offer as this is no longer a buffet and sushi bar. The quantity of food on their lunch plate was outstanding. If I was in brenham wanting Chinese I would definitely visit this restaurant but driving from my hometown I will not make that drive just for this restaurant.

Change your posted hours. If you close at 2:30, say so. Don't say 3:00.

Ok so I wish I would have drilled down on the reviews a little better. I did a uturn to come back. After walking in the door I actually almost turned around and walked back out but I was hungry and Chinese sounded good. So this is NOT a buffet anymore. You order at the counter and then get a pager and come back to pickup your food. BUT for some dumb reason they still turn the screen around before you pay to ask for a possible tip?!?😬 The food was ok but the soup was luke warm at best and the fried rice is just rice ( no veggies, sprouts or egg ). I guess I should have known by the lack of people there eating when I came in the door. I probably won't be back, sorry. Wish I would have had it a few years ago. Sounds like is was better pre-covid. Unfortunately this is the case with a lot of restaurants that used to be good before covid hit.

Paid for extra wonton strips didn't get them, beef with broccoli was horrible, carrot abd broccoli were hard meat was terrible, very disappointed in our meal and it wasn't cheap, soup noodles were hard rice was cold we should get a refund. I am not coming back

The food was bland and flavorless. No waitstaff, customers are required to order at a counter, wait for a pager, and pickup their orders. Our pager didn't work and by the time we went to ask about our for it was lukewarm. We won't be back.

The good was great. What bothered me was I was trying to order my food online and couldn't get through to the restaurant. So when I got there, I asked if the phones were down, and she said "no the phones just been ringing a lot". So because they were tired of the phone ringing, I had to stand around and wait for my food.

Ordered over $75 worth of food. Ordered those old fashioned noodles with chicken. It was horrible tasting. I ask manger could I switch out fir regular ones he refused not very nice about it either. I've never had the old fashioned ones thought they would be good no flavor just really bad. The soup was warm not hot. The only thing good was the spring rolls. I want everveat inside again. Wheat experience. Manger clearly doesn't care about his customers

Went inside in person to order and they refuse service if you won't give a phone number. You are not entitled to my information just to cook me food. I get it i'd I ordered online...BUT I DIDN'T.

We regularly dine at this restaurant, usually ordering General Tso's chicken and Angel Hair shrimp Lo Mein. On a Saturday July 19, 2025 we placed our usual order, but it was mistakenly prepared as Angel Hair beef Lo Mein. When we informed the staff about the incorrect dish, an employee was sent to communicate that, unfortunately, we could not receive the dish we had paid $16 for, nor could we get a refund. The owners, who were present in the back, refused to speak with us. Eventually, one of the owners, referred to as the "dragon lady," came out and told us she was tired of us and to leave and would call the police for trespassing. I told her to go ahead and do it; we were paying customers who had done nothing wrong. The employee who initially came to speak with us expressed hesitation, saying they didn’t want to take any action because the "dragon lady" might have us arrested. I should mention that I am allergic to beef, and I avoid it at Chinese restaurants because I can’t eat it as most places prepare it. I specifically ordered shrimp, and I always order the same dish based on our history. It was frustrating to know that we left with the wrong order despite having already paid. I didn't want to eat the beef Lo Mein, especially after they took it back to the kitchen when we pointed out the mistake. It felt unreasonable that they nickel-and-dimed us, refusing to remake the order, considering the ingredients had already been paid for. Moreover, they have customers pick up their orders, which seems to be a way to avoid paying waitstaff. Overall, it was a disappointing experience to have paid for a meal that I was unable to eat.
