Best burger king to ever exist. The fries are crunchy and freshly made every time. Service people are really nice and the place is clean. Never tried the playground, but it seems clean aswell. 10/10 would try again lowkey keeping it real with yall, peace.

Very clean. Greatly staffed with polite young people. There is a local car club show almost every Friday. Most of all they care about how the food looks. It actually looks like the "burger" on the menu.

They have been consistently very very very fast with my orders and expectations of fast food. And this place has done a complete turnaround since last year.

Love this Burger King. Always fast and great food. The outside needs a little work, and so does the whole lot. The staff are always friendly, the girls that do the drive through are super friendly and are always smiling which brightens up my day a bit. Rodeo chicken burger is favorite sandwich.

The people who run this place actually care about providing good customer service. They're fast and efficient, clean and have never gotten my order wrong or left something out. I rarely eat fast food but the couple times a year I do I try to go to this place.

For a fast food restaurant this has to be the best one locally. They truly understand the meaning of the word fast. You are through the drive-through in lightspeed and they’ve yet to make a mistake!. They should create a training manual for all the neighboring fast food restaurants.

The best BK - the people who work there are A+ Sometimes mistakes can be made, sometimes the fries aren’t crunchy and salted right but MOST OF THE TIME it’s all great and I’ve never felt disappointed which seems more and more common when you go to the same places often.

Been here many times, always very friendly , food comes out very fast whether at the drive thru or eat-in. Place is kept clean. And the food and order is always done well. Huge improvement from Burger kings in the city

Very nice burger king! I have been to alot of different burger kings and some of them look like they just smack the burger together. Or only add 1 slice of pickle. Not this place! This place has well prepared food! The burgers are full but not messy and their fries are fresh, hot and plentiful. Very friendly staff also.

Nice branch of BK with an interior playground. Bathrooms are and picnic tables are clean. Friendly staff. The parking lot is shared with the shopping center and gets very busy at peak hours. The food is good, and there is a drive-through with mobile pre-ordering available.

Perfect if you have a little child because they have a little play room with a slide and a couple of tubes to crawl through. It's not super big, so it's good for kids I would say 10 and under. Probably more like 8 and under but my son still likes to go in and he's getting to be almost too big to fit and he's 9. We've been going there since he was a toddler bc it's the only fast food place in the area with a play room. The food and service is what you would expect from a Burger King 🤴.

Stopped in today, restaurant was gorgeously decorated for Halloween, even the play area. Play area was very clean. We were greeted by a male special needs employee who was super pleasant. Our food was typical of any fast food chain, but I can see such an improvement in this restaurant. The entire place was super clean. Even outside. Candy was given out to all children. What got me was right before we went to leave, a female manger came out and said to the special needs employee "Hey! Come here." Then she pushed the semi empty garbage bin out of its spot, and pointed to the floor and can, "empty this garbage and mop this floor." He replied with "Yes Mam." There was nothing on the floor and the can was pretty much empty. This poor guy was running around attending to something the entire hour we were visiting. Inside and outside. You mean no one else was around to help this guy? He was so sweet and NEEDS A DAMN RAISE! Also, I have no idea who owns this restaurant but you need to do a renovation on the place. Such silly things falling apart and you have staff that have made such an improvement but look terrible because of your cheap 90s style restaurant. Leave the play area in.

Visited this Burger king while at a car show tonight. Staff is super friendly, ESPECIALLY the manager! She was awesome 👏🏻 Food was delicious and prepared above expectation, and it came out very quick. Store was clean and overall it was a great visit. This Burger King has so much parking! A usually friendly staff. More King crowns available and on display then any other Burger King I have been to!

The burgers and the chicken nuggets a were very good but the mozzarella sticks was not. The staff was very good and friendly.

The food was good, I haven't had Burger King for over 20 years , but everything closed didn't have much of a choice. The service here is too slow. Took us about 25 - 30 min to get our food.

Service is usually pretty good at this location and the facilities are kept clean. This location has a playground and a lot of parking around it. Staff is usually very friendly. Ordering through the app seems swiftly easy.

About what you'd expect from a fast food place. Food never looks quite like a commercial but it fills the gap when you're on the run.

Seems to cost more with children then McDonald's.The people at the one on RT.22 seem a little stand offish.Messed up order several times.Whoppers and guess the Berger's in general seem bitter.

This is a high traffic fast food place but they do try hard to keep it clean. For the price the food is flavorful even if it’s not always so nutritious. Most employees work hard for the customers but this place also employs one or two people with poor hygiene and neither the manager nor the franchise owner truly cares.

I like Burger King food usually.. from the chain in general. The reason I can't give five stars is to this specific restaurant is because each time I go there, there's something wrong. Either they give me the wrong food altogether, or the order is missing something, or most recently this week, there's hair in my food. I never ordered hair pieces.

Stopped at the Brewster store this week and tried the new Impossible Burger. Not bad for a veggie burger but don't let away one try and kid you into believing it tastes just like a beef Whopper. "Nope"

I was provided with some real bad customer service. I ordered and 2 for $10 and wanted to add bacon to it which I was willing to pay the different for it. The cashier informs me he can't do that. I always do this at other BK franchises and I always get the great customer service I expect. This is the first time I had issues when placing my order. Aside from this issue, this place is messy , no ketchup in the dispenser. No ketchup cups. A customer should get for what they are willing to pay.

The guy who took my order was very nice. Sadly my order was messed up by prep staff. When I brought it back in to be corrected they messed up a second time. Ruined my break. Tossed the sandwich and will likely avoid in future.

After my last visit I have finally realized McDonald's really does taste better.. The customer service here is not up to par.. I asked for a condiment packet and you'd think I was asking the woman for a finger with the dirty look she gave me

It's 10:42pm and the doors are locked. Sign said closes at 11, website says 12. Drove 20 minutes just to get here.

The customer service at this Burger King is horrendous. The employees are incompetent upon every single visit and the manager hardly speaks a word of English. Not worth the drive, money, or patience.

I was served with careless. The hamburger was incomplete, not in accord with what supposed to be. Frenchfries were requested with low salt and was served very salted. I do not recommend burger king.

Was in on Monday ordered two Impossible Burger (2 for $6:00) as ad says I was told that the Impossible Burger was not included in the ad (Bull) read the ad or listen the ad on TV I was told I had to pay $12:00 + for the two burgers Not very happy with Burger King

They charged me for online ordering and didn’t deliver. After that when I called they hung up. When I asked for the manager they said she was busy doing paperwork.

I went their today for lunch, I saw two employees with their face mask down(nose and mouth exposed) under the chin one of them brought me my food and I said "pull your mask up" she said something rude in spanish and walked away.

This burger king always closes absurdly early, well before their hours say. I've come around 10 pm a few times only to find the place shut down

Great location, but abysmal service continues. Cell service for this shopping center is very poor, which makes using the mobile app to order ahead if you are in the nearby stores almost impossible. When we did, the staff ignored the mobile order and only processed counter / drive-thru orders. There is no mobile order parking spot like the nearby McD, so you either have to pickup inside or via drive-thru, and there's NO way this crew could be ready for the drive-thru timing. We waited 15 minutes at the Mobile Pickup counter while the under-staffed crew ignored us. Then finally we had to speak up, they ack'd the order was half assembled and then they rushed the rest of it and ignored all the mobile order details. Ended up with the wrong item, and the correct item had double-cheese (requested NO cheese) and was missing lettuce/tomato. Despite the ideal location, if it ends up wasting 15 minutes of your time for a 'fast' food order and you end up with the wrong items anyway... maybe we'll continue down the road to the McD's from now on.

We have tried to eat here a few times and it’s always the same awful woman at the drive thru. She yells, she’s rude, and she’s constantly talking to other people and asking for the order again. I’ve never received a correct order and been barked at when I asked for the right food by the very same grump at the window. By far an embarrassment to the BK corporation and I don’t expect much really just to order and receive the right food.

They do not close at 12, they always close early and when you go to the drive-through instead of responding, they'll just shut the lights off and act as if no one's there. Super rude and the food is stale. If you ask for fresh french fries be ready to get a lot of attitude with your customer service.

Ugh. I try. The double whopper is a go too if I’m that hungry. Worst shakes. At least the strawberry. Just had a chocolate though and I was sort of surprised. Still very weary. The shakes were the bottom of the barrel. Ugh. Some sort of mix with too much sugar.

I thought I was coming to Burger King to have a nice cheap dinner but boy was I wrong. I ordered an 8 piece order of mozz sticks, and a soft serve cone, and my girlfriend ordered chicken fries and the same cone. Everything was fine until my girlfriend found a hair in her chicken fries. The chicken fries were also soggy and not fried enough, which was proven to me once the gentleman next to us complained about how soggy his fries were. Who ever is frying needs a new job. Now this next part is out of the employees control, but these 2 customers got there food and could have sat anywhere in this empty Burger King, but chose to sit as close to me and my girlfriend as possible, making our experience even worse. But wait there’s more! A few hours later I was trying to have a good time with my girlfriend when she suddenly got explosive diarrhea, twice, completely ruining the moment. None of the workers wore hair nets. If I could give 0 stars I would, terrible experience.

This Burger King has the most rude employees. The order is always wrong and you’re always met with an attitude of someone yelling at you through the drive thru speaker. Every time I go here it is a disappointment, the franchise owner should be horrified.

I’ve been here So many times and the food is either NOT FRESH OR ITS OVER COOKED , I’ve had brown lettuce on my sandwich I’ve had them microwave my chicken jr to make it hot while the mayonnaise is coming through the rapper of the bag , I even tried asking for “ fresh “ food and they can never deliver , I’ve had chicken fries that are giving to Me Cold And fried as well , this location needs new management or to be shut down , I’ve been in various amounts of arguments and told them various amounts of time how I wanted my food and they can NEVER deliver .. but due to the fact that my son LOVES Burger King and HATES McDonald’s I drive all the way To YORKTOWN HEIGHTS in the opposite direction for a correct and well prepared order of food Fromm great customer service !!!

Very poor customer service and the workers were disrespectful today. The food we got was nasty so we had to give it back to them for new food. They put brown paper bags over the fountain soda dispensers that weren't working. It's unsanitary to do that. Then a customer was having a problem with the ice machine and one of the employees was rude about it. He literally snatched the cup out of the customers hands and said "Let me show you how to do it." I mean honestly he didn't need to do that. There was a different way to approach that problem than doing what he did.

There is a guy that works there during vthecday that is very conscientious. The people there at the evening are horrible. Slow. Lazy. And they overcharge you

They forgot to put ketchup and mustard on my burger. The chocolate shake was barely mixed I had to stir it myself. The lady in the drive thru wasn't very friendly she just sat at the window and waited for other employees to bring her stuff. I had to ask for a napkin. I won't be returning to eat there again . Just gave them another try and ordered a chicken sandwich and a bacon double cheeseburger they gave me a regular bacon cheeseburger and not a double cheeseburger and the chicken sandwich tasted like a fish sandwich. The oil must be so dirty or something's in their oil. It's very disgusting. I had to spit it out. I couldn't eat it. I will never come back to this Burger King . Also, while I was waiting for my food, I young employee shows up to work, comes from the outside, goes behind the counter without washing their hands or using sanitizer and starts making my order very unsanitary

The girl at the window who gave us our order didn’t even say hi just straight dirty looks. I don’t get how people get jobs in customer service if they don’t want to interact with them absolutely horrible

I am sure there is nothing wrong with eyes. But the people at the store is making me doubt that. Asked for a Chocolate Oreo Shake, and ended up with a regular one. Went ahead and asked the person who gave it me and they're saying that's chocolate Oreo Shake. Didn't feel like arguing too much as I might end up blowing up cause I've had a really bad day.
