This is our go-to spot for big group orders just because of their flexible menu that is so carefully designed to cater to everyone dietary needs (plenty of non-dairy options available and all milks are organic). We ordered 10 drinks in-store and the staff was super efficient in prepping it all within 5 minutes! Their spring-summer specials are A-Mazing especially the Pastel Paradise Cloud.

I love Boba Guys quality, and it's nice having it so close to work! Fun Fact: It's called "The Burrow" since Anteaters all come home to burrow, and this is their "home" base. Also, this is their production location!

Parking was easy, staff was polite and helpful. Way easier to get to than having to go all the way to the Mission for Boba Guys. They have a special Care Bears-themed drink that tastes like cereal milk.

Boba Guys but under a different name. Can't complain! Easier than going into the city. Not sure what is up with the different name, but the signs don't lie. The menu is slightly different though. The main Boba Guys stores have more of the specialty drinks, but this one sticks tonthe basics.

Walked in here today to grab a boba drink with my daughter. I ordered a matcha mango latte with boba and daughter got a classic milk tea with boba. We love our drinks. staff was super friendly and asked for feedbacks or need to adjust the drink for us or not.

The staff here is great! Everyone is so nice and professional. I'm a fairly regular customer and they really get to know their customers on a first name basis! Drinks are fantastic and I have nothing but good things to say about The Burrow.

Yes, to all those wondering, this is officially Boba Guys. This location essentially serves as their storage/test kitchen as well? so the menu is also limited in terms of the variety of drinks available. Nonetheless, after trying some more other places recently, I've affirmed my realization that it has the best quality and taste milk tea. Very easy to place and order on their square site and pick it up.

The only dedicated boba shop in Brisbane serving up recipes from SF favorite Boba Guys. Service was friendly and prompt at The Burrow when I ordered drinks on a weekday afternoon. They don't offer decaf or hot milk tea at the moment, but all other iced varieties are available. Try the winter seasonal matcha peppermint milk tea if available!

So I was in the mood for a drink so I thought I'd try their banana milk. Had heard of banana milk but never had it. I would have been content with just a regular milk that tastes like banana but I was pleasantly surprised that this was much better. It felt handcrafted, the banana milk texture was just slightly thicker than plain milk which was enjoyable. The taste was so perfect i dont even know how to compliment it. It was just the pure essence of banana without any bitterness, but still retaining that slight earthiness and im pretty sure it was made of real banana, there was no artificial syrup flavor etc. It was really really good and I'd definitely go back just for this one item even.
