I’ve been to Chill several times. Whether it’s for Happy Hour or dinner or just a snack while having a good time, the food is always great. It’s one of the few spots where literally any day of the week there is always a great vibe there; great DJs; great music; great crowd. Chill has outstanding service. All of the staff members are polite, fun, attentive, hardworking, welcoming and down-to-earth, especially Natalia aka Ms. Shot-O-Clock! If you’re in Queens, especially the Astoria area, I definitely recommend going to Chill!!

Came here for happy hr drinks and a hookah on a Friday evening around 5:30 (because my favorite place across the street only has happy hr Monday-Thursday). I ordered the coconut mojito which was great! I asked to make it not too sweet and it came out perfectly. Usually happy hours don’t include or offer drinks with flavors- I’m glad that wasn’t the case here. The service was great, the waiter reminded me to get another drink exactly when happy hr was going to end. The hookah was pretty good, not too badly priced 35 but cash only (they have an ATM inside but it charges a ~4 dollar fee). Gratuity is included on the checks which I didn’t mind because the service and drinks were great (still came out to less than 20 for both happy hr drinks with everything included). They made my last drink in a big plastic cup which was nice, just in case I wanted to leave. I’d return on Fridays during happy hr. Atmosphere is okay, a little dark. I wanted to try the food but I just ate prior to arriving.

Pretty cool fun spot. But very small and the service is lacking. Everyone including the staff is partying. Took a while to get a bottle and even longer to get a hookah. We’ll try again!

Food was good, service wasn't bad but you had to wait crazy times for everything. Drinks are a bit pricey for nothing special. Other that an decent enough spot to chill late night for the dj and hookah.

Mint hookah was the worst I ever had in NYC. The drinks were mid. We had jack and coke and they did taste that great. Would not recommend unless you want to spend an exorbitant amount of money for an over cramped experience.

I have not had the pleasure of trying the food. My friends and I went on a Saturday around 10:30 pm. The place was almost empty, we wanted to grab a table but the waitress said no, that only by buying a bottle we would have access to table service, which we understood since it is company policy, we ordered some drinks and the waitress took more than 40 minutes to bring them. During that time, two men arrived and sat at a table, to which the waitress ran to serve them and of course their drinks arrived first. The waitress never came back to ask us if we wanted more drinks and the truth is that we did not like she treated us. I could not say if the music or the atmosphere was good because the truth is that after half an hour we decided to go somewhere else. If you have the chance, go somewhere else, I am sure that other places will appreciate your presence and money better.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. As we were having a seat the employee under the name “jason” was very disrespectful and had actually taken a chair away from me as I was sitting down. I would understand if they were taking chairs away from everyone, but unfortunately we were targeted by the employee’s and was treated differently. We wanted to enjoy the place, but unfortunately, the employees made it very unwelcoming. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Especially people of color, as they treat them differently.

My experience in this location was not what I expected at all. It was my first and is my last time going to this establishment. When we walked in we waited a few minutes for a waitress to seat us (All waitresses were standing behind the bar smoking hookah and having conversations with male customers) thus not noticing other customers who came in and were waiting to get attended as well. We then got seated by a corner next to a trash can. The waitress took our order of drinks and food. The food was ok we had the platter. The frozen drinks were good I did like it. However, after all that was served we were done with the food and drinks, food container taken by a waiter, waitress did not check -on us for a long while. We waited to get our second round of drinks, and it seems the waitress forgot about us or preferred to be behind the bar smoking hookah and paying more attention to their cellphones than the customers they had. One of us had to go to the bar to order drinks and another waitress came to leave the drinks at the table. Hookah was a complete rip off. 40$ a hookah one flavor and the hookah itself that they use was outdated. The charcoal died out in about 30 min then we asked for a change and the man in charge of making the hookahs told us the refill was another 20$ WHAT!? 60$ for 1 flavor hookah that in total lasted less than an hour. RIDICULOUS. It was over priced all in all.

Unfortunately my experience is similar to some reviews here, the servers are trying to rush you to finish your food/drinks (clean them up while you are still eating/drinking) even though there’s multiple empty tables. The food took so long to be ready but it was tasty, so maybe that can compensate. The service is definitely not the best and they add the gratuity automatically. First and last time at this place.
