Moonlark is a quaint restaurant. Love the interior very artsy and the staff are friendly. We ate breakfast here and really enjoyed it. Wait time was minimal and service was great. Food was delicious and variety of choices. There is a coffee bar as well as a regular bar for drinks. When you arebin downtown highly recommend visiting this place and if not for food then the views.

Came a little past 10am on a Saturday and just in time before the rush. I was torn between too many options on the menu and eventually landed on avocado toast with a fried egg (+$3) and my date chose the quesadillas. What I loved about the avo toast was the quality of the feta cheese plus a douse of the habanero green sauce made it all that much better!! Wish it had a little bit more avocado on it though :(( The quesadillas were cheesy and full of flavorful chicken that came out with a spicy pico de gallo and yogurt ranch sauce. Everything came out spectacular and I’d love to come again soon!

Really great food, excellent quality, we tried the pancakes and the breakfast biscuit 10/10 excellent service as well. The pictures are the aftermath. It was so delicious that we could not stop eating until we got full. The portions are sufficient. Totally wil come back.

The eggs Benny? Fantastic. The atmosphere. So cool! We stopped by for a quick breakfast before an LAX pick up and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The chillaquilles were not as flavorful as we hopped for, but the eggs Benny alone are worthy of a visit!

Food was absolutely delicious! This was our first time and there were no complaints. One order was the beef patty and the other order was French toast (from what I recall, these are both their popular dishes). Our server, Cayen, was incredible as well.

Elevated diner food with fast, friendly and efficient service. The biscuit sandwich was huge and the accompanying hash browns were perfectly crunchy and seasoned. Everyone we encountered was completely welcoming. Excellent experience here at Moonlark's.

Last minute brunch place we found near our hotel, And I gotta say it was delicious. I will say if you want something cheap this place isn't it. We weren't expecting such a high bill, but it seemed worth it to me. Especially for a downtown restaurant. Service was fast too, considering they were packed (5-10 min waiting. But 30-40 if we wanted a booth). My bf also loved the vibe the restaurant had, a little old school and modern.

We ordered Denver omelette and Latke smoked salmon plus a cappuccino! Both dishes were fresh, good tasting presented in a decently nice way. The waiting time was quite long, and the service wasn't that attentive. The portion of the cappuccino was disappointing, as you expect it to be served in large portion of mugs! Good but too pricey for what it offers!

My brother and I just ate here for the first time. It should have five stars overall, but there are a couple of things holding it back that make it about 4.5ish. First off, we were greeted very cheerfully by Mariha, who I later found out was the manager. She was smiling and polite and professional and was quite lovely. What a great first impression! Our server, Cay, was also very chirpy and friendly; she seemed to have everything in hand with all the tables she was taking care of and still had some time to chat about key lime pie :). The food was where there was room for improvement. My brother loved his Denver omelette and salad, and commented that the salad had the correct amount of salad dressing - not too much nor too little. The eggs Benedict were quite good, although I'm not sure that was Bearnaise sauce. Nevertheless, the dish was rich, delicious as eggs Benedict is meant to be. The letdown was the bacon. It was not thick cut as advertised so a little bit disappointing. But still, first world problems - it is bacon. One other thing is the 5% charge for operating costs - it's on the menu. It goes entirely to the restaurant owners and I would imagine is to keep menu prices down(?). Still.... Overall, an enjoyable experience - coffee deserves a mention as well. The decor, location within the Hoxton Hotel, Mariha and Cay (who are the stars of the experience) will have me coming back at the next opportunity. 'You're basically regulars now!' - Mariha. Well, we were made to feel that way.

Food was great, staff and service were awesome, definitely excited to come back! Diner area was well decorated, too. The 1 star is because you just can't have a bathroom door with a large glass window. I dont want to see people using the bathroom or be seen using it. Like, you can VERY MUCH SEE IN AND OUT. Please change that. Got to experience someone defining looking in at me 😬😬😬

Very beautifully design decor. Service was great. We got the egg benny, salmon with egg on hash brown and pancakes. Wish there were more vegetables but food was ok. Wish the egg benny had a better english muffin on the bottom.

My husband and I went here for breakfast and were satisfied visiting this place. We've ordered 2 Double Espresso Biscuit Sandwich Egg’s Benny We were pleased with the warmth and assistance of the staff, and the place had a lovely ambiance. The waiting time was decent. Our coffee came first, followed by Egg’s Benny and the last Biscuit Sandwich. We were very shocked, in a good way, by how huge the portion of the biscuit was, even though we thought it was going to be smaller. The doneness of the Eggs Benedict was great, and the creamy sauce had a punch of flavor but was not overpowering. As the biscuit, I thought the party was a bit salty to my preference along with the buttery taste of the biscuit, it wasn't there. We’re happy with the service, the waiting time, the presentation of the food, and, most importantly, the flavor. Happy us, happy tummy. We're happy to visit again when we're in the area.

Food was not warm and just ok. My eggs Benedict was cooked all the way through and not runny at all. Our order was wrong (missing an item) and took a long time to get to us (even though it was sitting on the counter and ready). Portions were small for diner food. Hostess was not inviting and never gave the option of type of seating (even though it was offered to everyone else). It seemed like she wanted me to leave after telling me a long wait time. I’m not sure it’s because of my race, but that would be quite problematic if so.
