I live in California and there aren't as many pizza places around. But Jimmy's is the best pizza I have ever had, during a 12 day stay to visit my grandma, I frequented this place and the workers are all very kind, On the last day I told them I was leaving and the worker said he is going to miss me. And gave me a free shirt to take home. I am so thankful for this gift. And will be coming back next time I visit new York.

I am a 56 year old man, the 1time I ate Ji.mys pizza I thought I was going to have heart burns but I did not, the pizza it self is soft tasty not to salty or grease cheese taste like mozzarella, the sauce the right combination. To me the pizza have a sweet coconut flavor to me.but I could be wrong is delicious. Thank for your service Hope Jimmy's pizza stay there for ever.

Honestly I've been going here for 2 years and have never had a problem. Their menu options are really good and usually give you your bang for your buck. Chicken kabob is on point as well as the penne vodka. Their deals are awesome and the workers are fast and put in effort into their work and it shows. Any negative reviews are probably from trolls or people just causing issues to cause issues.

They over charge for literally everything. I bought flautas and they give the smallest amount of green and red sauce in the really small containers that are not even filled fully for 4 flautas i asked for one more of each green and red sauce and they charged a dollar more. I usually love going there with my child family and friends but that was excessive over sauce they barely provide. Not cool. At all. Please fix this. I ordered flautas one slice of pizza one can of soda and a home made pink lemonade all came up to almost 30 dollars.

The pizza is delicious. Really wish it didn't take so long to get your order and the music is good but WAY too loud.

I bought a lamb gyro with fries like the last time and the meat was old or fried because it was charred and crispy. There was no crunch or taste to the onions and the souvlaki sauce was of very poor quality and bland. Not even salt and pepper helped this gyro. The French fries were undercooked 🤦‍♀️ Furthermore they don’t wear hairnets or gloves and so they’re touching food with their bare hands. The service is HORRIBLE!! Each time I have been there the guy at the cash register has gotten combative and nasty with other customers. This is a horrible, horrible place to eat no matter how hungry you are which was my case. 👎 👎 I will go and pick food out of trash before I eat there again.

Felt ripped off on Uber Eats...lots of white undercooked mozzarella over some of the blandest sauce I've ever tasted on white, doughy undercooked crust. Def not up to NYC pizza standards...this was 99cent slice drunk pizza masquerading as a full price pie.

This place is so disgusting and rude the pizza is always dry they had a while just to get a slice and the pizza looks old like they been sitting it out all day I just brought a slice from here and this is what I pay for and this is suppose to be extra cheese and pepperoni small slice on top of that please to waste your money here they put no tomato sauce on my pizza at all isn’t that the star of the dish and the cheese but no I couldn’t even eat it at all thru it out

Very disrespectful service towards the customers. I asked to pay with my card partial payment and the rest cash and the owners child denied to take my payment because he refused to do the math. He shared he didn’t want to figure it out when I asked him to do so.

The pizza is garbage pretty upset with the slice I grabbed claimed it was a GMA slice it wasn’t what I expected the Burria tacos horrible and for the price could of been better would never order that again and the chicken bacon ranch pizza was all dried up and super thin they really suck they should shut down I’m not sure how people can eat here nothings good

The gentleman in the front did not give me order gave me just the bag with drinks in it when I got home, I realized that my food wasn’t in that bag I called and was trying to let the gentleman know what happened and he was very rude and nasty and hung up the phone on me when I called back did the same thing ended up having to pay a cab from my house all the way to the back when I get there, he’s yelling at me for his mistake so I politely asked him to give me my money back. I have been doing business with this pizzeria for years so for them to treat a valued customer with such nastiness and rudeness is unacceptable. They need to do better or they’re gonna lose more customers because they lost me will never go back there.

The only good thing I can say is: Fransisco the food deliverer was pretty good and prompt. I gave Jimmy's Pizzeria a second chance to redeem them selves from the previous order. I previously ordered a Grilled Chicken Gyro with rice and a Meatball Parmigiana hero. The gyro was ok but my order came with spoiled rice and the bread for the hero was very soggy. I called Jimmy's and spoke with "Felipe". Felipe said that he was sorry and that he would keep my number for when I wanted to place another order. I called back to speak with Felipe but was hung up on twice and the person acted as though he couldn't here me speaking into the phone. The gyro today, wasn't as good as the first gyro and the person preparing the food, paid no regards to my notes which was pertaining to the previous order. The hero was soggy again and the hot wings were extremely soggy. There was a ton of breading on the wings. I didn't have to be lied to. That is not good business. I probably won't even get a proper response from this review. $40 wasted! No third time is a winner here..done
