Root & Vine Juice Bar

This place is awesome. From the friendly staff to many assortments of fresh pressed juices to their backed goods, everything was great. They have a great menu and made to order items. Just ask and they will accommodate you! It's an everyday stop for me.

I am recovering from surgery and have been lacking the nutrients and protein. Had Gainz smoothie and it is just what the doctor ordered. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Tasty, but pricey smoothies. I’ve never had a smoothie I haven’t liked. My faves are the Cold Brewski and You Had Me at Aloe. The folks who work there are nice enough. Overall, I’ve Benet had a bad experience. Five stars!

Elisa was helpful and excellent! So grateful to have her support today. I usually get the cold brewski but tried the gainz today since they were out of almond butter, and loved it. Great job team! Thank you to the girl from Sarah Lawrence for remaking it, and giving me a new one. I’ll be back for sure to try other items!

Good juices, a little over priced. The Elvis bowl is great, so is the cold brewski. The smoothies definitely got me out if my flavor comfort zone! Wish the baked goods were less expensive.

I’m on a significant health journey and have come to realize food is actually medicine. Frankly, I don’t order, I just tell the owners what I am feeling and they say “cool, we got you!” And, magically drinks and little shots of things appear. Some are green and some are orange. I love those most. I do get red ones, too! Not my favorite, but definitely work and help the most! You need to go in and ask for what will help you feel your best! I know for sure their devotion to well being is of upmost importance. Tell them Leah sent you! Go! Now!

If you have yet to visit Root & Vine Juice bar you are missing out!! Their specialty shakes and cleanses are top notch and every cup/bottle is made with love! Owners Amanda and Stephanie are always working hard to give the people what they want! They are selfless and always willing to go the extra mile to produce the best product on the market. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Not the store’s fault but would be great if they had parking available. Also not their fault but tried paying for parking on the app… Pango app didn’t work. I ended up getting a $25 parking ticket for the few minutes I was in Root & Vine. Hope you guys get parking or maybe share with the acme lot next door.

Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. My Blueberry protein Bowl was half filled and tasted watery there was no chia seeds, no yogurt, no honey when I went in to scoop it was just dripping no thick consistency.

I want to like this place and I’ve been many times but it just feels unhygienic, outdated and kind of lazy. There is rarely someone at the counter to greet you, they’re often in the back. There’s so much plastic, zero focus on sustainability. This morning they made my veggie juice but didn’t take the sticker off the produce, just ground the thing straight into the juice so I paid $13 + tip for a juice to just throw it out. When I pointed this out to them I was told it’s filtered out in the mesh. Come on… that’s absolutely not juicers work, we all know that. Ceado makes no such claims that you can juice with stickers on produce.

It was obvious they had been pulled out of an old bag and never washed. The avocado was brown instead of green. The strawberries on my açaí bowl were not fresh; instead they were old and soggy. Over all, for a restaurant that is supposed to serve healthier food, the food is simply not fresh. This is a big departure from my original experiences ordering from Root & Vine. Don't recommend. Hoping they can pull it back together.

They never made an attempt to make it right.

Took my daughter on an outing and ordered a banana almond butter bowl. Asked the counter person to omit the almonds since I can’t have them due to a serious medical disorder. Almond butter bowl came out with slivered almonds anyway. I asked if the almonds were throughout and the cashier said yes. I said I ordered without almonds and cashier seemed annoyed and said he’d have to remake the bowl. I said don’t bother. Won’t be returning. I have diverticulitis whereby the almonds get caught in the intestine and cause a severe infection. I’m just glad I don’t have a life threatening nut allergy. Staff doesn’t appear to care.
