I have nothing bad to say about our meal here. 5 friends on a Sunday night had a table immediately, and our server, Tinesha, did everything right. The bread with seasoned oil came out quickly, the drinks arrived with little wait, and when we were ready to order, Tinesha was on the spot. Some of us ordered side salads which were bigger than we expected. They were fresh and served on an icy plate. (Yes!). The Chicken Parmesan was crispy and plentiful, the Eggplant Parmesan was super tasty (cut lengthwise which looked odd) and the Pasta Woozie was a crowd pleaser. There was no room for dessert, but the offerings looked great. We all left satsified and even with take home bags for another meal or two. Each meal with tip and a soda came in under $40, well worth it. This locations is fully accessible with parking right outside the door.
Had the absolute best time for my friend’s birthday! Quality of the food was phenomenal, the service was quick and the waiter was very kind. The cherry on top was when cake was given to our birthday girl! 10/10 experience, would 100% go again!

I had eggplant parmesan, husband had chicken Alfredo and Spinach artichoke dip for appetizer, everything was excellent. To top off our anniversary dinner, they treated us to Tiramisu, so yummy and kind of them!
The house salad 7.5/10 Italian wedding soup 8.4/10 Spaghetti and meatballs 5.0/10 Shrimp Fra diavolo 8.2/10 Chicken Alfredo 3.0/10 only because it dried out under the heat lamps. Chicken caprese 8.2/10 the refreshing caprese paired well with the orzo and the balasmic glass was nice. Caesar Salad. Perfect amount of dressing to lettuce ratio, crunchy crutons, and crisp lettuce 7.1/10
For the most part, the atmosphere was nice, however the table we were at was so old it sloped to one side and creaked when the weight was shifted. It was awkward. Didn't seem up to snuff for an upscale, casual dining establishment. Brittany was our server and she was outstanding. She was very soft spoken, but she took real good care of us. She brought refills when we needed, wasn't gone too long at a time but also didn't hover. There was one odd moment when the last person to be served their dinner had their food run out by someone other than Brittany. And I mean he literally RAN through the restaurant and around the table. Not very safe. The food is just delicious. The bread and dipping oil is so good. In fact the herbed bread is great on it's own. There were several different dishes ordered and everyone just loved what they got. I had the Chicken Marsala and added a side Insalata Della Casa. I just love how they chop all the salad ingredients so small - like I do at home - so I can get every flavor in every bite. The flavor of the sauce with the chicken, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes was just wonderful. We had two people order dessert: one got the last crème brulee for the evening, and the other the cannoli. Both really enjoyed them. In true fashion I took half of my salad and marsala home to enjoy the next day.
Love Bravo!! Every time we have been here we have had a friendly and knowledgeable server. The food is amazing, great menu selection. If it's not on the menu ask, our son wanted 1 type of pasta with a different sauce that was not on the menu. They said it was no problem. The app is worth it too!
Good customer service clean and fancy restaurant i would highly recommend.
My Sweetie, Ginger treated me to a birthday dinner at BRAVO! I had lasagna with Ginger having spaghetti with beef meatballs. We shared a salad together served with warm bread and dipping sauce. Dessert was cheesecake for me and Creme Brulee for Ginger. All flushed down with a refreshing raspberry tea! The atmosphere was wonderful, great service and the food was marvelous!
Wonderful food and great atmosphere! Staff was attentive and quick with everything. We went on a Thursday at 530pm.
Food was amazing. I did the woozie but had bacon instead of spinach. Our server Mike did an amazing job and would return each time just to be served by him. The Italian paradise is also a must try!
Kate made my stay wonderful. My server Robert was on top of our table maintenance keep our drinks full and the table clean! The open kitchen allowed the chefs to show off their skills, from tossing pizza to tossing pasta WIN WIN THANK YOU BRAVO FAMILY
The staffs were very kind. Made it a very memorable birthday dinner. The food was great. Ordered the filet mignon and it was perfect. Dessert is a must!
This is a nice place to meet with friends and get some food and dessert. They offer a nice selection of spicy foods with indoor and outdoor seating. Interior restaurant has a good atmosphere
Great place to find unique items you can not find any where else!
Had the pleasure of checking out the Bravo in Brookfield while traveling last week. The food was amazing (completely consistent with other Bravo's where I've dined); atmosphere relaxed, yet a little fancy. Dale was our server - attentive, yet did not hover nor intrude. Here's a pic of my salad with shrimp - loved it!
Love going here. The house salad is very good. Had the Chicken Capreses and it was amazing. Very fresh and the balsamic reduction is very delicious. Staff as always was wonderful.
Best tiramisu ever! Our waiter, a young man with ponytail was very friendly and did his best to help us (he needs a raise).
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Italian restaurant, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for the evening. A special thank you to Tanner, who provided exceptional service throughout our meal. He was not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, helping us make the perfect choices. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made the evening even more enjoyable, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious – authentic Italian flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. From the creamy pasta to the perfectly cooked meat dishes, every bite was a delight. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you, Tanner, for making our dinner so memorable!
We normally enjoy apps & cocktails at the bar but we missed happy hour, but happy we did. It was date night for my husband and I. We were seated in the dining room, the setting was romantic. Our server, Alanna greeted us as if we were old friends, welcoming us to her home. We asked her to surprise us and choose our dinners for us. She politely asked if we had a budget in mind. She thought about it for a moment and excitedly scribbled on her note pad. Shrimp Scampi for my husband and Lobster and Shrimp Alfredo for me. These dishes had a heavy Italian accent and the pasta was enhanced by the sauce. The Alfredo was gourmet not the type with butter pooling on the sides. She wasnt sure if I liked grilled baby tomatoes, so she brought them in a dish on the side. She knew we loved the warm bread and dipping sauce and got us another. Our soda glasses were always full and she generally wanted to know if we loved our dinners. We promised to dine in again soon and ask o be seated in her section again. She giggled and said "You can pick the dinner and desert for me to take home next time". Mr. CEO of Bravo, Alanna should be employed as your company hospitality trainer. Absolutely delightful!
Perfect setting for large groups. We had 20 people in our party including 8 kids. The staff were extremely accommodating, and the food was delicious. We will go back again.
This is one of my 2 favorite restaurants! Going tomorrow for my birthday dinner again. The shrimp Alfredo is absolutely amazing and they have this shrimp appetizer (can't remember what it's called) served in this roasted tomato sauce and omg!! It's so good I've had it for my main dish. Oh and don't forget the bread sticks dipped in that seasoned oil...just keep them coming. We could just sit and eat those all night. The service has always been wonderful even when extremely busy. We've always had delicious food and great service every time we come in and we've been there a lot.
Best Cesar salad I’ve ever had. Tossed perfectly, just right amount of dressing. I also had one of the lunch pasta specials. My female waitress went out of her way for service & wrap up leftovers. I dined alone 1/29/2026,great lunch day!
Our server, Teresa was outstanding. We had a large group, and she handled it all with humor and efficiency. She was willing to bill us all separately, which is a pain with a large group. Extremely pleasant and willing to take any special requests. Food was served quickly and was very good.
We had an absolutely perfect experience. The lasagna was delicious, And I had a side salad that was the best I have ever tasted. Our server was wonderful, attentive and polite. We will absolutely be back!
Mike, whom I believe is the manager, had amazing service. He was constantly on the move to help the servers and tend to customers. Our server was very friendly and great as well. I am not one to write a review (this is actually my first ever one), but I felt the service deserved one. 10/10 overall!
Went here to celebrate my wife's birthday. Service was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. We had pasta dishes. Waiter suggested the mini canolli for dessert, which was perfect after the hearty meal.
TJ is the best bartender. He mixes great drinks and is extremely attentive. The bar atmosphere is very inviting and they always have local sports playing on the tvs. Definitely recommend coming here for the happy hour food & drink menu during the week days and martini Thursdays.
Alana is our favorite server. She was so kind to us the first time we came here over a year ago for our anniversary dinner. She was super sweet and attentive to our evey need. We come in because of the great service and delicious food!!!
I had Alana as my server and she was amazing! She was very attentive and is such a sweetheart. I came with my parents and she treated us like royalty. I will definitely come again!
I would just like to give a special shout out to the assistant manager Joyce. We were there to celebrate a family members 90th birthday and Joyce made it a very memorable experience. She also, helped us to find the perfect spot to take a group photo that was a bit difficult due to it being fourteen of us. She's a keeper!
Food and service were both excellent! We had the chicken marsala and lasagna and loved them both. And the bread oh the bread and oil! ❤️
Good as always, but the spicy ravioli( Personal favorite) is not served anymore. Luckily they have Fra Divaolo, if you like the spicy food, a good choice. Otherwise the pasta bravo never let you down. Kids pizza is real big portion, tooooo big, enough for 2 kids.
Meatballs and Ricotta was very good, however, I tried the Cajun chicken pasta. The pasta was good but the chicken just tasted and liked like a premarital chicken patty. Other than that great looking place, and nice staff.
Very nice decor, relaxing atmosphere. Food was delicious, prices were fair, service was great!!
Food was decent, service was fine, but possibly the worst cappuccino I've ever had (especially for $6). The coffee came from a Nesquik machine and I only drank it to not be fussy. An Italian restaurant should have a proper espresso machine, in my opinion. I came for lunch and don't know the evening atmosphere, but at 41 years I may have been the youngest adult in the restaurant.
Food is pricey, but good. Problem with tiny bugs flying around getting into your food. Staff seem to just ignore it. Wish they had different bread and oil. Also wish for the price the meal came with soup or salad. Staff doesn't seem that concerned with customer happiness.
Decent food expensive tho and the workers were staring at us when I was still eating but my friend was finished so we just left but to state at someone eating just cause you want them to leave is rude as hell
Not sure what was going on today based on the other good reviews. Four of us went for lunch just before 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated immediately, restaurant a third to half full. It took about 10 minutes before a server brought water and took our beverage order, then another 5-7 minutes to get beverages and place our order. It was after 1:15 before we got our food. During that time, we told our server we unfortunately had to settle our bill and get to go containers, as we had to be somewhere at 1:45. Three of us ordered pasta and when we ate it, it was delicious. My husband ordered the avocado toast off the brunch menu. Unfortunately, it appeared to have been sitting for a while before being served as it was cold. Pleasant staff, some very delicious food but not sure what was happening with timing/service.
The food is always good and it's a very pretty venue but the last two times I've been here the service has been incredibly slow. On our recent trip the server never introduced himself and disappeared for long stretches of time. It took half an hour and a visit to the front desk for him to take our drink and food order. He came to the table dropped off water wordlessly and left for 10 minutes before coming back with bread that he left at the table and left again before we could say anything to him. The restaurant was half full so he shouldn't have had too many tables were he was over stretched.
I used to love this place. Went here for dinner tonight and was sorely disappointed (not with the service - our server was very pleasant). The food and drinks were over priced. The marsala sauce tasted more like a gravy and had a burnt flavor. The green beans were the best part of the dish... shouldn't be that way when you're paying $25 for a plate of food. The selection isn't as good as it used to be. I wouldn't recommend.
Service was great, atmosphere was great, but the food was not. Small portions and bland food, the lasagna was cold in the middle and crispy on one side. Calamari was decent. Fettichini was ok but small and paid extra for a dried out piece of chicken. Fruit flys or some other small flying insects were flying around our seating area and when I used the restroom, the walls entering the bathroom had many bugs on the wall... find somewhere else to eat.
Food was bland. I had the crispy Parmesan chicken salad and the chicken had absolutely no flavor. Our server was nice, but we felt like she was rushing us along. The restaurant is not very clean. The entire ceiling is filthy from built-up dirt coming in from the vents over the years. There is a strange sewer smell that hits you right when you walk in the door and was more prominent in the restroom. The carpeting was filthy. Definitely needs a makeover.
Service was inconsistent. After initially being attentive, we felt overlooked while other tables were regularly checked on. This was disappointing, especially as we were celebrating a special occasion.
i mean… it’s a great place if you want fruit flies all over your food and drinks while you dine. server was 10/10, chefs were 10/10. the manager (if you can even consider him one) was incompetent and said he “couldn’t do anything unless they want to shut down” about the fly problem in the establishment. then shut it down and fumigate so this isn’t a problem anymore? you’re a chain franchise, surely you can afford it. manager had such a disregard for health & safety. he then originally proceeded to ask if he could make up for our big-infested dinner with a slice of chocolate cake… seriously? as if we needed another dish at the table to be surrounded with flies. so unsanitary, my sister couldn’t even finish her meal. we had to fight tooth & nail just to get compensated for this. pics attached for proof… they were all over EVERYTHING. beware this location at all costs.
The server rolled his eyes at me when I had a second request, also got my order wrong. The Lobster bisque was not very good my companions said. The flatbread was hard and too well done, not much flavor. We won't be back.
I got the chicken arugula salad and it was so small. It cost $17 and was not worth it one bit. The dressing sat on the arugula too long, and the greens got wilty. The pesto you got at the beginning of the meal was yummy. A bit salty. The bread was warm. The service was fine. The ambience is nothing to write home about. I felt like it was an old Cheesecake factory that needed new carpet and new bathrooms. I would not recommend.
I ordered lasagna but I'm not sure what I was served. tons of seasoned meat with what and one noodle with way too much cheese of some unknown kind with a bit of sauce. I ate barely a quarter. it was not good and I will not go back. lasagna has layers of meat n noodles n ricotta cheese and sauce. this was not lasagna! please tell me what this dish was!!
Wasn't able to eat a damn thing here. No vegan options nor gluten-free options. Asked to speak to manager/chef, that never happened. Avoid this place at all costs!! Chipotle and Noodles & Company is safer ironically.
Came in for the first time lastnight. Food was good service was terrible. They started putting chairs up at 9 (closed at 10) we got there at 830 and felt very rushed. Servers and management were on their phones most the time. Didnt check on us for 15mins at some point and was a mission to order drinks... wont be back unless its for takeout
