I'm from Staten Island and before that, Bay Ridge. So I know a thing or two about bagels...Baker's Dozen is by far the best bagel spot in town, or anywhere nearby Greenpoint as far as I know. Bagels are spot-on with super soft dough and toast up just the right way. The guys here are on top of their jobs, quick, and probably cooler than anyone who walks in. Dope spot! Keep it up!

The BEST bagel spot in Greenpoint. Bagels baked fresh and they have good deals, your choice of 6 bagels + your choice of 3 free $19.99 with a tub of cream cheese, you can’t go wrong. I also enjoy their pastries, the jumbo muffins are the best! They make superb sandwiches as well. Iced coffee is great too, and the staff is super nice, they pack everything nicely too. 10/10 would recommend

I stop here every so often and get breakfast and or bagels for the family. The waitstaff are very friendly and super fast with your order, even with a line of people which moves very quickly. The bagels are very fresh and tasty. I see customers ordering muffins that are still hot out of the oven

Mistakes happen, really appreciate how this was dealt with.] We have ordered from here a couple times on ChowNow. This morning after more than 2 hours without a delivery (an hour after it said it would be delivered) I finally called to ask what was up and there was no answer. Waited a few minutes and called again, just rings and rings.

One of my favorite bagels in NY. They're really doughy and a bit on the chewy side, even if toasted. Sometimes the cream cheese is too much so I've started asking them to go light on the cream cheese. Get there early on the weekend to avoid the line & stream of Seamless orders coming in.

This place is quality🤌 best part is its an unassuming spot that doesn’t upcharge you unlike many of the new places that opened up in the neighborhood recently… I recommend the pork rolls, or may favorite the soprano.

A pretty common order so y’all should add it! Bonus if you add an option for extra cucumber but I know that’s an odd preference of mine lol

Best Bagel Shop in NYC. This place is a classic — down and dirty, Brooklyn Bagel Institution. I was born in NYC, lived here for a number of years, and have eaten bagels in all 5 boroughs. Baker’s Dozen is the best Classic New York Bagel Shop. It’s the place I try my best to enjoy on every visit. If I’m only gonna have one bagel while in NYC, it’s gonna be a Bagel from Baker’s Dozen.

I have been ordering my morning breakfast here faithfully for years. This place is truly a gem. Their bagels and pastries are so fresh. My personal favorites are their cinnamon/chocolate chip muffins and everything bagels but I’ve never had anything I didn’t like from them. Their customer service is unmatched and always has been. 10/10 would recommend every time.

Bigger, fluffier, tastier bagels than bagel point, at a better price. I frequent this spot lately, almost everything they do is great. Cream cheese is good, service is good, servings and craft are good. Vegan tofu cream cheese options available and they are good. Pastries could use some work, as could the everything bagels, is all I'll say. A bit more salt on the everything could go a long way. Highly recommend.

This is the best bagel place in Greenpoint & Williamsburg. Bagels have the good crust and the fluffy inside - the best. Friendliest staff as well. No matter how busy they are, food is ready in a reasonable amount of time. Every time we order pickup or delivery, they always throw in a free muffin which is nice. It’s not worth going anywhere but here.

My favorite spot for breakfast wraps and lunch sandwiches! They really load up sandwiches with the cold cuts and everything is always so tasty. Great option for delivery too and sometimes they include a free muffin.

Baker’s Dozen has been my bagel spot of choice since moving to Greenpoint more than 4 years ago. Today when I went in, I was lucky enough to see them unload the fresh everything bagels into the bin, and had to order one with veggie cream cheese. As a New York native with a high bagel bar, I can say that it was one of the best bagels I’ve had in quite some time, so much so that I was compelled to write this review. I feel lucky to have this shop in my hood!

Amazing place to eat. You hungry? Ask for the hungry man and you’ll get totally satisfied. The onion bagel with cream cheese and jelly is something to die for. And the coffee is very good. Sometimes is very crowded so the service is kinda hard, but they always get the order right.

Delicious home made bagels! These bagels are small but thick. They taste different from "regular bagels" and I refuse to go anywhere else to buy bagels. The muffins are a little dry and the toppings (chocolate chips) are only on the top of the muffin and not included on the inside as well. Muffins and danish are also a little overpriced.

On seamless, the egg sandwiches are missing the options to add tomatoes and certain other extras. On seamless, can you also add the additional message field for asks like napkins or hot sauce. If you fix that, I'll change my review to 5 stars! Please fix!! Also missing options like the breakfast chopped cheese and there's no egg everything bagel option under bagel and cream cheese on seamless. Please add the write in box on seamless too.

came here via a bagel promotion. ordered an Onion Bagel with Scallion cream cheese. soft bagel. the oniony crust is super oniony. the scallion cream cheese packs on a layer peppery oniony flavor in cream cheese form. bagel needed a little more firmness but fans of bagels and cream cheese won’t miss a thing. the service is pretty chill. there is some seating. the bagel shop closes pretty early in the afternoon!

It's very loud music and hard to place an order because the counters are 3 feet higher than the customers. The workers are great and courteous. It's a long wait for an egg sandwich.

Bagels are very good but you could work how you talk to customers . No one likes to be talked down to. So don't be snappy or patronising , it is just poor customer experience.

Awesome breakfast sandwiches. Last few times I’ve been they’ve gotten my order wrong. The sandwiches are great so I don’t usually mind the inflated prices, but when they repeatedly miss it’s a letdown. Will definitely be back though- they’re all nice good people.

I wish they had more vegetarian options for lunch, it's just one standard cheese and veg sandwich which you can get on a roll or a bagel. Not a fan of the salads or the sun dried tomatoes they use, but the bagels are great! The muffins/pastries are nothing to rave about either but will do the trick if you just want to load up on even more carbs.

This place is a bit overpriced. They aim towards quantity and not so much quality. Bagels is what they know, so I recommend you do not try anything else but that. Today, I learned never to get a croissant from this place. Thumbs down!

Tried to order 20 sandwiches for a job I’m working and was met with attitude from one employee, however the others were nice. If your a business then don’t cop an attitude when someone tries to buy something..

Bagels are amazing however there services is very unprofessional. I called for two orders 15 mins prior to getting there because I am 9 months pregnant. Did want to wait on there long lines. I got there and I had to wait 10 mins for anyone to help me . Then when I got the order they charged me for two order however only gave me one. Had to go back and had to wait again. It makes you not want to go there because of the service. My advice to the owner get people that actually know what they are doing and WANT to work. Skip the frustration and go to bagel smith much better .

I rate NY breakfast sandwiches extremely high, I wouldn't say theirs are terrible just disappointed from what I've had. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job moving the line. Their egg to meat ratio is way off, way to much egg, and honestly just found the bfast sandwiches gross. I gave it multiple tries but they never did it for me. The bagels are good so I came back when I wanted just a bagel.

Chicken cutlet was overcooked and the roll was burnt.

Got a lox and cream cheese bagel here and it was a mistake. Such low quality salmon that it killed my whole sandwich and it was pricey. Walk down a few blocks to the bagel point for a much better quality salmon bagel and better price.

$11 for a BLT with cheese is insane. If it’s going to be that expensive at lease make it good. I asked for mayo and honey mustard it was bone dry. I choked a couple times no exaggerations. It had grainy tomato so there was no juices flowing anywhere, no flavor. Also please specify at the beginning you charge extra to sub regular bacon for turkey bacon, not a sign that says you now have turkey bacon for said price at the end.

I am highly upset. I gave my debit card number over the phone to pay for my food and when the food arrived, attached to the paper-bag I see my debit card number, expiration date and zipcode written down on my paper receipt. Are you kidding me? This is a major security risk! That receipt could've landed anywhere and who's to say the driver is a decent person who wont take my information down, I DON'T KNOW HIM. Furthermore, I called to speak with a manager and I got the owner, Jason Goodman, who responded "Well sorry, I don't know what else to tell you". He didn't give a damn and became very combative/confrontational. Then he proceeded to ask for my name and ask where I'm calling from. Does it even matter? I'm a customer and I feel EXTREMELY compromised, THATS ALL THAT MATTERS. Total disregard. He said that they're very busy in the store but being busy is not an excuse for being careless as a business. I suggest if you order from here, USE CASH ONLY!!!

Didn't get croissant in delivery order. But the most awful thing - it's French fries was covered by plastic cover which was just for cold food!! So plastic melted because of hot fries and become fragile!! So all small plastic pieces were in food!! The rest of order was also not tasty. We had to throw out everything. $26

I went to this establishment and requested avocado on my sandwich and got rotten avocado. I went again and specifically asked for fresh avocado and please do not serve me rotten avocados and to my surprise I got rotten avocados again. I won’t be returning

Great Price, excellent service. Decent coffee. One star because, the worst bagel I’ve had in Nyc in years. Flattened, slightly toasted, chewy and rough, a bit stale and an everything with nearly nothing on it. Given I got the bagel at 10am, so not the 7am version, but honestly it’s like I ordered it from a corner deli in Pittsburgh. :(
