Wings were great. Tried 3 different flavors unlike most places they really add sauce to your wings so that you can enjoy each flavor you try. Price's are ridiculously high though.

Place be crowded as expected for good food. Its worth the wait. Cashiers are super helpful. As i am a creature of habit i order the same thing over and over...smoked bbq flavor and the Duece wings👌 However this last visit i ordered a side of chili pepper shrimp👀👀OMG delish This is a must! Especially if u love wings

More than a wing spot as there is much more offered on their menu. Everything was delicious. A downfall for me is there aren't any tables/chairs to eat inside so, this is a takeout restaurant. The woman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly.

Love this place. Order a chicken sandwich lunch combo and it was so delicious. The secret sauce gives the sandwich a spicy kick to it. It is delicious. Waffle fries said crunchy as usual. They are masters at their waffle fries being crunchy and well seasoned. My red velvet waffles smell so good. With syrup it hits the spot. I had to get my wings, pineapple teriyaki this time. On the wings there are bits of pineapple. I need to hit the gym after all this. So good.

I ordered chicken strips and plain waffles, it was extremely good, very tasty, and fresh. I forgot to show a picture, due to the fact that I ate the food so fast. I nearly ate the box. The service was great, I will definitely be ordering food from this establishment again.

Brooklyn Wing House is one of my favorite places to order food (Dope Burgers, waffle fries and wings!) I order through a food delivery app at least once a week. Tonight I ordered two Dope Burgers through Postmates and the original driver cancelled but picked up the food anyways, presumably to have for himself. After communicating with the second driver about this, the owner of the restaurant called personally to let me know they were remaking my order. What happened was absolutely not their fault, but their response showed their commitment to service. Times are harder than ever for restaurants. I am so happy to support a place like Brooklyn Wing House that has both incredible food and incredible service.

Love Brooklyn Wing House! Special shout out to Sade…! I ordered late in a Sunday night and picked up the order right before closing. I live only a few blocks away but the buttery goodness from the veggies made the paper bag wet and ALL the food fell out of the bottom of the bag! Disaster! Some wings were salvaged cause they didn’t hit the actual ground but I was so sad. I called the restaurant and spoke to Daquan who told me they were closed but took my number and suggested I call the next day for the manager. On Monday- before I could call- Sade called me. She was so apologetic and offered right away to credit me accordingly. Super kind and helpful. Oh yes- the wings are DELICIOUS and well seasoned and cooked to da bone. We especially love the lemon pepper. The collards are good too. Recommend 10/10. X

I ordered the oxtail empanadas (2) and ate both while in the car back to back. Their oxtail was perfectly seasoned, tender and juicy. A lil pricey for two sha-medium size empanadas stuff with oxtails but the price of oxtails and meat are both currently high. Each empanada was $8. I think they could’ve been a bit bigger for $8 but was good.

So I was scared to order given the reviews, I loved this place prior to covid and just moved back to the area. But Im so glad I ignored the reviews, not only did my order come on time but it's exactly how I remember it. Still so good! I got the garlic honey wings and the oxtail empanada. It was pricey but def worth it.

Wings are good.. service is respectable. I ordered a 12 piece honey lemon pepper . Drove home… only to find out that I received the wrong order. However, I got in contact with them shortly after and they remade my order. Would recommend off of the strength of how good the wings taste. Also a good combination of juicy and crispy

The food was very good I loved the honey bbq wings it’s so good. It’s just the woman that works in the front of the store she is so rude. The fries are so good they are nice and salted. I’ve been going to Brooklyn wing house for 7 years and the prices has been going up crazy. The owner is very nice. People should go here more often for a good experience it’s just the lady. The lady is just always on her phone not paying attention, so can you just check on her. One more thing is that the wings are very tasty I’ll always come back to eat more wings. One of the best wings I have ever had in my life.

The wings are AWESOME!!! Buffalo lemon pepper is where it’s at !! I had the red velvet waffle as well it was too sweet for me though and the syrup is horrible. I also had the oxtail empanada it was sooooooo good i wish it came with oxtail gravy that would really kick it off omg 🤤😂😂, My Boyfriend Had The Chicken and Shrimp Pasta, the chicken and shrimp were good but if it makes any sense the pasta tasted like smoke, like as if it was burnt it really messed up the meal cause i can tell it would of been good.. I’ll definitely be going back for the wings 💪🏽

The wings are really good. It's above average in that department. The resturant is order to go. The different flavors, make the wings taste amazing. Only thing, i wish it was a bigger selection of sides to go with the wings.

They got great wings but they're not the best at coustomer service, they were a bit rude to me over the phone, so be aware that if you go there or follow up, they may give you attitude just for ask a question... otherwise, the food itself is a little pricy but good

Had the 12 piece jerk wings and they were phenomenal! I gave 4 outta 5 stars because 1 piece was stale and it stood out because it was dry and hard. I'll definitely try them again. OH! MANGO LEMONADE IS HEAVENLY!

Mac & cheese balls was not melted it need to be hotter so I can see the string out with the cheese but it’s good , oxtail empanada was a little spicy, lemon chicken wings was Bussin. I recommend that.!!

I saw this place recommended on a website and I travelled a long way to get there. Let me just say it was WORTH IT. I had the passion fruit & lemon juice. So quenching! The oxtail empanadas was soooooo good. Must try! I also had red velvet pancakes with sweet chili shrimp & a side of honey garlic wings. It was all very very delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. The young lady that was there was very nice and helpful. Good service is always appreciated. My only grievance is there was no dining area to eat my food while still hot. Otherwise if you are visiting the area definitely give it a try. Keep it up guys!

Loved this place! The wings are crispy and the flavor is absolutely there. Lunch is 7.00 and includes wings, fries and a drink. I would absolutely return! Negative is that they charge for all flats if you like that like I do. I also wish they did they own sauces themselves and/ or change the sauces they currently offer because my blue cheese was not good.

The wings were cooked well. I just ask that you inform the public that you cook with MSG. My wife is highly allergic to MSG and had a horrible allergic reaction to it. Not to mention she is 8 months pregnant. Let’s just say my night didn’t end well. She’s miserable, which means I’m miserable. Transparency with all the ingredients would be nice in the future.

It was good nothing extra special I had red velvet waffles which was my first time trying and lemon pepper wings. Next time I’m trying their fries and boneless bbq chicken, my boyfriend enjoyed that very much.

Food was very fast and hot, however I strongly advise against the pasta. It sounded like a rasta pasta at least on DoorDash by the pics, but ended up being pasta with what tasted like Ragu Alfredo sauce with lots of added salt and maybe sazon? The young lady in the front has a nasty attitude. She was not inviting at all. It was like she just needed a job. My order was also messed up. I ordered a lunch special with wings and fries and only got wings. I called and was promised a call back from the manager and still no return call.

My family and I ordered here today. It has been a while since we’ve ordered out. I found the food to be decent and edible at best although the fries were extremely greasy. The chicken was a little dry unfortunately and under-seasoned. I think during the pandemic, food flavor and quality have dwindled a tad fir many restaurants. Bulk cooking has taken over which hinders quality. . I also think the customer service can use improvement. The person at the counter wasn’t friendly and we waited some time before she took the order. She was the only one there but she seemed like she didn’t care that we were standing there patiently nor apologized for the wait. How you treat customers does matter and is key to patronage. We felt like we couldn’t ask her anything and she seemed to be defensive. I don’t know if we’d be back.

So when this spot first opened their food was good. I would usually get wings and Mac balls. I returned here a few weeks ago and decided to try something new. Wrong mistake! NEVER go to a WING spot for anything other than wings. That was my first mistake! I decided to get Jerk chicken with rasta pasta. I didn't know what to expect but I didn't expect to buy that. It was so GARBAGE. First of all I dont know who taught them how to make pasta but whatever. I was soooo hungry felt like I was going to pass out so I had to force myself to eat it. Then they put jerk sauce ALL over the food. Its not like a little sauce. Its like Jerk chicken and Jerk pasta. The pasta was DRENCHED with jerk sauce and I did NOT request it. It tasted like a gentrified version of jerk sauce. It wasn't spicy just like sweet and a weird flavor. For the price of this meal its not good nor enjoyable. No reason for the pasta to be drenched with sauce plus it already has heavy cream so that didn't help. It was like eating pasta soup! The mac & cheese balls also taste weird. It's not good like how it once was. Taste like maybe its pre packaged frozen and just got heated up in a microwave. The food quality went down on this place. BUT on the plus side that Mango Lemonade is IT!!! That's the BEST thing on the menu to me as of right now. They should stick to wings, burgers, fries etc etc not west indian food because it doesn't taste good and it isn't their thing. So if you ever go here just order WINGS only don't get too fancy because you may be disappointed like I was.

I bought the cat fish and waffle. I like the sauce. I just wish my fish wasn't so soggy, no seasoning and the waffle was gummy. I will go back and ask for my fish to he cooked better. I hope they improve on quality instead of quantity.

Although named Brooklyn Wing House, the wings were good mainly because of the large number of sauces However; the Empanada's were the Star of this company with a degree of flavor that will make you dream about getting your next serving!

The food was good but the there was a worker there who was very unprofessional while she was dealing with a customer. She was downright rude to him. I thought the way she dealth with him was uncalled for.. If it wasn't for her rude attitude towards him, I would've given this review 5stars..

So I ordered food today from them and I was disappointed. I really enjoyed their habanero wings as well as the BBQ wings. However, I hated the garlic wings it was bland not tasty at all. The wings almost taste like they was refried not sure...I also had an order of cheese fries and had slices of burnt Kraft cheese on it and I guess that’s their version of cheese fries and it was not tasty at all. I doubt I’ll order from here again.

Not worth it. Got the $12 chicken sandwich combo thinking it would be big for the price. The bun is big. The chicken is tiny and covered with a tiny tomato slice and lettuce. And as someone else mentioned, no masks in the kitchen. Didn't notice until after I ordered (and then saw the reviews).

I was excited to try the wings from here, but I was extremely disappointed. I am not trying to be malicious, but they tasted like they were re fried in old oil...not fresh at all! The mac and cheese ball was good. Also the young lady at the register was very rude/ unpleasant! She also was NOT wearing a mask while everyone else was.

Honestly if you order online your food will be cold and your can soda will be HOT . I ordered here three times giving them the benefit of doubt. They don’t give enough fries so order a extra side. If you order a extra side of fries online you won’t receive them. They don’t put blue cheese or ranch in the bag. You are lucky if you even get ketchup for your fries and napkins. MAYBE if I go in person it will be different. As I heard their customer service isn’t the best.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE FOR DELIVERY! I made an order at 9:00pm and I didn’t hear from the restaurant so I called them at 10:40pm. They were very unprofessional and the person on the phone said they were having trouble finding a driver and my food was on its way. Then I received a call back at 11:00pm saying that they ran out of one of the items I ordered... which means my food was never on its way IT WAS JUST BEING MADE. Don’t waste your time...

Didn’t even get to place my order right when the girl at the front was so rude. Spoke over me to talk to someone else, and rudely told me that there was only wings and fries at the moment when I’m already at the front Instead of telling me that once I walked in. I give it a bad review just because of the bad costumer service. Bad first impression once you walk in. If you have a bad temper, I recommend not going in there.

Order 24 wings at 10:30 p.m. Ate them. I woke up at 5:30 a.m. with cold sweats and an upset stomach. To 5 minutes later all the wings I ate are coming back up. Spoke to my friend who also ordered with me And the same thing happened to him. It's currently 10:30 a.m. and Wings are still coming up I was also charged for a wing shortage and not not P. S. Was told they would take about 10 minutes and they would text me I came back in 5 and it was ready

Tried to make a phone order to pick up my food. Was told I had to come in the store to order which makes no sense because if there too busy to take the order then there too busy to make the order. Won’t be wasting my time or money here.

Total waste of time. I placed an order via Doordash. The restaurant accepts my order, takes my money and show my order being prepared. I wait 1hr to only be told by the delivery guy that this restaurant never received my order and that they are closed. Why couldn't you have called me 15mins into my order to tell me that there was an error or you're closed? Again this place is a total waste of time.

The customer service is POOR. The two young lady at the front has no clue of what pleasant customer service is ! They need to be sent to either the back of the restaurant or to be retrained or to file 13! The chef was concerned but it was too late, the damage was already done ! Customer service sucks. I placed an order through Seamless and part of my order was missing. I called 7 times and the GIRL at the counter kept hanging up. So l walked to get the remaining part of my order and this Gi told me that they were busy and the owner told her to deal with the customers in the restaurant. So this week I was so looking forward to enjoying them again.. Spent "40dollars on wings jerk 🌽 and mac cheese balls.. Well I received unsauced dry chicken with 8 pieces and the 9th was a wing end. Just ate the pasta, the wings, and the veggie empanada. My food all sucked! The wings were basic at best. The pasta was overly smothered in a basic cream sauce, and it was NOT baked, which was the only reason I ordered it! And the pasta had absolutely no peppers in it! And let's not even talk about the empanada. It was disgusting and dripping with oil. What happened to this place!

Hands down the worst place I’ve eaten out at all the food looked like a kids food. I got honey bbq tenders they had to been like 5 days old. I got jalapeño poppers they were warm but the cheese was rock solid... such a bad experience and waste of money.

Do not order from here. I ordered through an app and only received two of my three items, the third of which was the pasta entree. I then called the store to inquire about my missing food, to which they replied “they ran out of jerk sauce”. No one greeted us, which is not that deep, but as soon as we walked in, the two young women acknowledged us and proceeded to speak among themselves. The energy was off. The waffles were awful; they tasted like the waffles I used to eat in elementary school but with a bad aftertaste. They look the same as them too, just bigger and thicker in size.

Chicken was over cooked, claimed to be marinated for 24 hrs but tasted bland with there's sauce dropping off to the bottom of box and not flavoring wings at all, very disappointed. Won't be going back. I'll stick to bww!! Way better.

I saw videos on TikTok recommending this place and was very hungry so we decided to check them out. As soon as you walk in the door swing open and you have to keep manually closing it, everybody that leaves dgaf so we were left to keep closing it. The order taker didn’t smile once and the food is very over priced for what you get. We ordered the 6 tenders w/ sauce - $13 fries separate another $4, empanadas $7 and $9 and it’s a size for a child. Mac and cheese balls lack flavor. AND they took an hour to make the food, I saw that they had literally 15 DoorDash orders to be picked up and thought there was hope in it being better. They had one guy in the back struggling making everything. Sadly disappointed.

Ok the sweet chilli wings were amazing. I had jerk chicken and oxtail(bbq brisket) empanades. One thing I will say is the jerk chicken has a overpowering cumin(geera) taste you can't even enjoy it. Don't waste your money. It's 9 dollars for one and they are very small more like a appetizer. Now for the oxtail one it was actually bbq brisket not oxtail. Check your food before leaving the store. I only order the boneless tenders because the chicken wings skin with the bone taste like rubber, and on several occasions they give me chicken wings with bone. My fries are always soggy. The workers can be rude over the phone too. Management needs to do better!

I am disgusted with the continued weak customer service here and will not be returning. Whomever is in charge of hiring staff for BWH needs to do a better job of vetting these candidates and monitoring their activity on the job and how they're doing. Very bad for business when the face (s) of your franchise continuously drop the ball when it comes to doing what they're hired to do.

Ordered 30 Pcs and a large waffle fries, the wait time was about 25-30 mins, the wings was terrible and rock hard. The waffle fries was cooked perfectly and delicious. They need to hire someone to clean up all the wing bones in front of the store.

I found the wings to be a bit pricey especially since they do not come with a side, However, I was still determined to support, so I ordered the Fried Mac & Cheese balls. TOTAL let down. The mac was overcooked and the cheese tasted like nothing and it was a bit salty with a bit of spice. The spice may have been good if there was a flavor to attach it to. They also don't even come with a dipping sauce. So I don't know about the photo that is posted with the sauce and garnishment as that certainly was not what I received. I was told that it could be purchased. Really?!? Maybe one day I'll try again based on some other reviews regarding the chicken. But I can't say that it will be any time soon. However, if the wings are better, I will definitely review those as well. It's only fair.

I don't usually write reviews and I really wanted to like this place, but they failed me both times so I felt compelled. I ordered food from here when they first opened years ago because they were near where I lived. The menu was enticing with a lot of options I was excited to try but the food was majorly oversalted and made eating it unpleasant. The order also took a long time considering they were new so they still had minimal foot traffic. For the price I felt like it was a let down so I didn't order again. Years later they have a bunch of positive reviews on Google and food apps so I thought I would give it another try, maybe my first experience was a fluke. I was wrong. This food is still overly salty (practically straight up brine), they still took FOREVER to complete the order (I mean like an hr plus for 10 wings, calamari, and fries), and it is STILL overpriced for what you get ($10 for tiny shriveled pieces of calamari that are either mostly batter or stringy). I know I shouldn't expect the world's healthiest meal from a place selling fried foods but PLEASE at least reduce the salt content.

Had a really bad experience ordering from here through seamless. Per Seamless the restaurant claimed they never received the order despite me putting in a preorder about 4 hours earlier. I get that stuff happens, so I didn’t think to leave a bad review at that time. About 45 minutes after the scheduled delivery, the restaurant called trying to blame the driver saying I could come to pick it up. After very politely explaining I couldn’t make it, the lady just straight up hung up on me. Be careful ordering from here online and expect really rude treatment if anything goes wrong.

I get the sweet potato fries, usually they’re a little crisp. However this time I received a brick of charred sweet potato fries that was so hard and dry they seem to be dehydrated. Inedible.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Brooklyn Wing House, and I genuinely don’t understand how the employee I dealt with is still working there. I called to place an order when I asked the employee (the same one who others also seem to complain about) what flavors they had, she replied, **“There are 25 flavors, so…”The tone was extremely passive-aggressive. Your job is literally to answer customer questions — you’re the first impression of the business. Instead, she acted like me asking a simple question was an inconvenience. I then asked if they had steak. She responded, **“ We don’t sell steak.”When I said it was on the menu, she suddenly changed it to, “Oh, it’s discontinued.” Okay — fine. So I’m thinking for literally 30 seconds about what I want instead… and she abruptly puts me on hold *mid-sentence*. Completely rude. I called back the line was suddenly disconnected. Called again three times no answer. Finally I called from a different number, and she picked up. I explained that she hung up on me and cut me off before I could finish my order. Her response was dismissive and made no sense. I tried to clarify what she said about my order and **she hung up on me AGAIN.** Who hangs up on paying customers? When I went to pick up my food, this same woman was on her phone THE ENTIRE TIME — before, during, and after the transaction. No greeting, no eye contact, no professionalism at all. Just scrolling on her phone like customers don’t even exist. If this person is the “face” of your business, I understand perfectly why people are complaining. And honestly, after all that attitude, I still hoped the food would make up for it… It didn’t. The wings were barely sauced — half dry, half unevenly coated, and sauce was leaking through the bottom of the pan. I was genuinely excited to try this place, but between the employee’s passive-aggressive attitude, the multiple hang-ups, the unprofessional behavior in person, and the terrible quality of the food… I am beyond disappointed. This was an awful experience from start to finish.

Second time ordering boneless garlic parm tenders and waffle fries. Second time throwing up the following morning. Idk what they’re doing in that kitchen, but they fell off BIG TIME! Will never order this shit again!
