The hidden gem, based on the previous public reviews, I avoided this place for years, yesterday I decided to give it a try, and I was really pleased with the service, and the good taste and quality! As an Executive chef, I feel lazy sometimes, and like to enjoy a meal that someone else cooked. I had ordered multiple dishes and everything exceeded my expectations, flavors are bold and delicious, products are fresh, generous Portions and again, very kind person on the counter- took my order, she apologized in advance for being hard of hearing, and said that ppl mistake her inability to hear them- to being rude, I was very happy with her ability to communicate in English, and understand how ppl can be impatient and rude, then write horrible reviews…. So in short, I highly recommend this hidden neighborhood gem.

I was so surprised to see this place with a 3.6 rating. This is the freshest, best tasting, and highest quality take-out Chinese food I have ever had! I keep going back every chance I get. It's that good. Random little place but the food is amazing compared to any other Chinese food spot.

It's the 3rd Chinese takeout i had in 2 weeks. And it was the best and my chicken with veges had big serving.. place was super clean compared to other 2.. will go back again for sure

I loved ! it was a big surprise how good it was ! The woman who took my order was very friendly and had a good head on her shoulders and a perfect attitude about life and lifestyle. Very good food and very nice people. When I am in the area I will definitely get something to eat there because it is one of the best in the area.

Food is prepared quickly and made to order. Priced well for the amount of food served. They will change the ingredients and have low calorie and low sodum menu. Now they make sushi. There are a few tables to eat in but I take out. Delivery is sometimes slow-but they do deliver and that's good to know when the snow covers your car. They also serve tea while you wait.

A bit further from my house, but thought I would gibe them a try. I was not really impressed. The place is not very clean and the prices are a bit more than other places in the area. The food was not bad and if the price was a bit lower I would order from them more often.

Disappointed - cold noodles and sesame were hot and the sauce was thin with no hint of sesame or peanut butter. Steamed pork dumplings were pasty and the filling lacked flavor. My order was given to me with no napkins or chop sticks or fork.

When it comes to paying they don’t give you your money back, they take the tip out of the money you gave them without them giving you an option if they deserve that tip or not, plus he snickered when I asked for my change back. Never ordering there again

I ordered veggie fry rice—told them no onions and they put it. Also found the sticker from the vegetable in the meal, also found a single noodle in the rice.. cross contamination. Previous meal was okay.

So I had received the chicken wings and fries . I hate when I crave something only to be disappointed. I ordered fried chicken not dried chicken. Not even the hot sauce I ask them to put could help. Either the chicken is recycled, or it’s overcooked or both. This is worse than eating cereal without the milk. After every consumption I feel so thirsty. Like eating a peanut butter without a drink😭 A waste of money and craving

I used to order here continuously because the food was good. But before you order from here know this; when THEY make a mistake on your order, they BLAME YOU. They ACCUSE YOU OF LYING AFTER THEY MESS YOUR ORDER UP. Whether its sending fried chicken and fries instead of the fried rice you order. Or a missing stir fry broccoli. They will accuse you of lying instead of trying to fix the issue and be better. They’ll claim youre costing them money — someone explain to me how the restaurant messing up your delivery order your fault? Worst part is instead of taking accountability and doing better for their paying customers they’ll just cancel your order for no reason. No explanation unless you call the restaurant themselves — and if you do; prepare to be met with rudeness and accusatory behavior. It is a shame I did not live closer to go to the restaurant in person the 5 times they either forgot something or just plain messed your order up. Honestly many others this is not my first experience dealing with something like that. Seems the trend for chinese restaurants to be rude to paying customers instead of owning up to making a mistake. For example, Lucky Chen in Canarsie acted the SAME WAY when told of their mistakes in their delivery order. I have no reason to lie, especially if I continuously make orders to their establishment. Personally I will NEVER spend a single dollar in this joke of a restaurant again. Customers, be careful ordering from this place— I would not recommend. Especially delivery. Find better because there is better. Trust me. I hope more people speak out as well and this restaurant will continue to lose customers as long as they keep up this behavior. Report them as I will be to the better business bureau and food safety.

Been ordering for years. But noticed how they become cheap since new orders. Delivery guy never has change. You wanna keep my change then that’s your tip. Was going to give you two dollars. You order more than 25$ then u ask for free soda but tell you no cause your order is on a lunch menu. Im done they will never see a dime from my pockets again. Im always order over 30-40$ but since ya wanna be cheap I’m spend my money elsewhere.

Never want to give sauces. Will sell french fries..no ketchup. Wings are dry in the box when you open. Gave no packets either even though I said I wanted during order. Happens multiple times too. Not buying food here anymore

I went there for green plantains. The guy picked up my plantain without washing his hands and started cutting it. When I got there he was playing with his phone. I told him that he should have washed his hands and put gloves on before touching people's food. He started to put on a glove and placed the plantains that he had already cut with his dirty hands back into a bucket with the others. I called him out on what he was doing. He has the audacity to tell to stop talking. I left his dirty prepared food for him to eat it.
