Excellent Mexican Cuisine at Jalapeño Shack! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jalapeño Shack, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This Mexican grill truly delivers on flavor, freshness, and quality service. The menu offers a fantastic variety of authentic Mexican dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a lively yet cozy ambiance that makes it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Mexican food, Jalapeño Shack is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return for another meal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When it comes to this gem and Chipotle, I’m choosing this place. Stopped here to grab a quick bite, and I left satisfied. Kudos to Arthur who was very attentive when he served my order as well as being very friendly. The staff here create a great vibe to the atmosphere of the restaurant. I recommend a bowl, it’s very tasty and fills you up. Definitely coming back here for more 😋

Atmosphere was super nice, and as someone who doesn’t normally get things like burritos, tacos, etc… it was super good. Service was really nice as well, and food was awesome. Highly recommend giving it a try. Good eats 🙏🙏Good prices 💯💯

This restaurant is a diamond in the rough when it comes to halal fusion food, especially in regards to Mexican cuisine. They made the food in front of us so we knew it was fresh, it also didn't take longer than 5 minutes to make it. The staff was kind and cooperating as well. I got the 3 hard tacos and the combination of the steak and beans was amazing. 100/10 would go again every day if I could.

Today lunch time I came in the restaurant. The young girl was working. She did very nice warm welcoming with the smiling face. I got one chicken Quesadilla and one steak burrito bowl. The food was very delicious. I love it. I will highly recommended you please come taste the food. Her name is Bushra. She is very kind heart girl she do welcome always with the smile face.☺️😊😎🫰

The food was amazing and the service was great as well. The feeling of being inside is welcoming. The food tasted fresh and delicious. The workers were kind enough to offer complimentary snacks and desserts afterwards. Definitely recommend it!

I was surprised they had no fresh Jalapenos, only canned pickled Jalapenos. 5 a disservice to the bame Jalapeno Shack.

Portion size is really nice, fries were done well. Food was fantastic for what it is, try sauces before hand though, wasn’t the biggest fan of one of the sauces and it kinda of ruined it for me, so try before applying. Overall a nice bang for your buck at this place. People were really nice also.

I like the food, great alternative to Chipotle in this neighborhood. Very fresh and tasty ingredients. However, the staff handles cash and coins, takes phone calls, uses IPad and serves the food with the same pair of gloves. This is something that should be regulated especially in the food service industry. There is also a seating area in the back which is always occupied by the staff just sitting around in between customers or placing their belongings on there. If you’re gonna have a seating area, you may as well let your customers sit there.

The onions were completely burnt, the man I spoke to who appeared to be an Indian with short hair did not mention this to me when I picked it up. It’s completely inedible.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I ordered chicken wings, and not only did they deliver HALF the portion I paid for, but the wings themselves were a greasy, soggy mess. They were mushy to the point where I questioned if they were even cooked properly. It was completely unappetizing and unacceptable. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat them—they went straight into the garbage. This level of carelessness shows zero respect for the customer. I will not be ordering from here again, and I highly recommend others avoid this place if they value their money and a decent meal. Try Omar Khayyam next door which is day and night compared to this sad mess.

Don't let the high rating fool you. The food was old and borderline inedible. Both the rice and the chicken were totally dried up and tasted like they’d been sitting out forever. It’s surprising this place has good reviews considering the poor quality of the ingredients. Lastly, the cleanliness of the place is questionable.

I ordered two "smash burgers". Only received one for start. The hamburger meat was awful!! Like mush. The buns were soaking wet. The jalapeno peppers were.. so so..they gave me the wrong drinks. Overall a bad experience. Won't be ordering again..
