I have been getting fresh bagels from this shop for years. I have never been disappointed with the quality and freshness they provide. The prices are reasonable and the folks are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you are around the area.

When I was pulled here by one of my friends, I was definitely off put by the 3 star reviews. But, she has been to almost every bagel place, so I trusted her. She was right. The bacon egg & cheese bagel was delicious; the workers were really nice when i gave them the wrong amount of money. Also all the food here is incredibly cheap! Very underrated cafe.

The food is good people are nice but when people ordering food they should listen properly customer needs. If they dont hear it or understand they should repeat it clearly the orders. Or ask again. I understand that its busy but customer order get properly is very important than get wrong order n loose customer.

Very large bagels cooked fresh daily. Many different flavors to choose from and they make fantastic sandwiches on the bagels or rolls using Boors Head meats. They have tables and chairs inside as well as out. The only problem is parking there is not much of it and the spots in front are metered so be careful if doing a quick run in or those bagel can cost a extra $35.00

Very large bagels cooked fresh daily. Many different flavors to choose from and they make fantastic sandwiches on the bagels or rolls using Boors Head meats. Nice people bagels are good sandwiches are good ,but the roaches cmon you have to do something about them.

Bagels ! Get your bagels if you can find parking. They don't cheap out on the cream cheese. Baked daily and always soft. Muffins are also made on the premise. They don't have daily specials like other bagel stores in the area.

Only one person taking orders, i asked for a sesame bagel with butter on both sides and got hardly any butter at all. Bagels r very chewy

It's OK. There are much better bagels in the area but I use this location because of convenience. So the location and ability to sit does raise it one star. Lowered it 2 stars because the guy doing the register is an ##@#!!

Seems the older gent that use to work the register kept this staff on point needs to be cloned. The service seems to come Last unless you are a regular. Respect to the older gent that should be getting free bagels + coffee and has everyone's respect that enters those doors.

Went in for a sandwich. Held the door for this rude curmudgeon from my building. Got to the counter. Waited. Waited. Waited. Guy came out and took the $1 coffee order from the curmudgeon before acknowledging that I had been patiently waiting. I said “Hey I got here first” and the guy say “Bye!” All sarcastic with an exaggerated wave and everything. I have to say I’m a bit shocked about the behavior. You just lost a LONG time customer. EDITING to respond to your response: So you have no control over the behavior of YOUR staff that skipped serving me and sarcastically waved and told me “bye”? That was YOUR staff member who’s behavior was shocking. That was YOUR store’s reputation manager that morning. Although, considering your response to my review, that is the attitude with which YOU run YOUR business. Thank you for cementing my decision.

Last year I got a bagel with egg salad from this place. Bagel was ok, but egg salad was spoiled; I took one bite and it went right to the garbage. Today I decided to give them another chance. Went in, made an order, waited for about 20 minutes. Came up to then and asked how long should I wait for my order, they told me to wait till they check. I had to wait again for few minutes, just to hear them say " Sorry, we gave your order to someone else. So what did you want?" I just left. Went to BAGEL BOY, very busy place, and my order was ready in 5 Minutes with a great service and a smile on their face.

Ive given this place way too many chances. And I am sad to say, my husband and I have FINALLY had enough. I am not going to list all the negative experiences we have had, as we've had so many it would sound like a lie and go unnoticed. Instead, I hope this review reaches the RIGHT person to make a change. When you hier a receptionist, in this particular case"phone girl", know that she or he are the voice and face of your business. Her personality directly reflects the operation of your business. As a customer....and human being, I don't appreciate being spoken down to, and made feel as if my food is now in the hands of someone who can now contaminate it because you've pissed her off. (Not saying that anyone WOULD, but who am I to know) There is absolutely no communication between the girl who takes the phone calls and the guys who make the food. What's even worse is, when you order something, and the store is all OUT of a specific item, they will deliver the food to you and not let you know the item is missing... Leaving you wondering if you were charged for this missing item, because they "forget" you're receipt. The food seems fine. Quality. Quantity. Price. It's all fine. It's the only thing that's kept us as customers for so long. The energy just simply sucks. Too many times I have seen customers storm into the store with raised voices and complaints of missing items and rude customer service. So I know it's not just me. I have also witnessed altercations between employees and customers that's made me so uncomfortable I've had to leave fearing a fight would occur. Maybe the employees are underpaid or treated unfairly?Maybe managenent needs to change. Whatever it is, SOMETHING needs to happen. Respect each other and be kind. Worst bagel shop I’ve ever been too they never listen … very lazy and workers have poor service wouldn’t recommend. The egg bagels weren’t even real they your yellow food colored plain bagels

Disgusting 🤢 food, nasty employees. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Literally every order placed was made incorrectly and were talking simple breakfast sandwiches. Nothing fancy and it’s simply because they don’t care. Bacon is beyond burnt and can’t be consumed. Every time we order from them, what a waste of money.

I was a regular customer they made me wait 45 minutes to see if deliver left he stated theres only 3 of us here then said hold on while he went too speak too his coworker then the phone went dead called back went too voice mail rude and disrespectful i wonder if owner is present on a daily basis and knows what goes on with his buisness his reviews speak for them self original owner treated people with respect smh

Such a disappointment, they used to be good. Service stinks now and try calling they never answer the phone. I walked over and ordered 4 coffees, the guy who made it can't follow instructions. Then was rude with me, I'm done and will take my business elsewhere.

Don't think this place is all that good. Every time I order here my order is wrong. I just asked for one egg on my bagel, but still got like 3 and there were tomatos in it. I'm gonna go to Bionic on Nostrand from now on.

I wouldn't even trust the coffee. Too bad.

Ordered 2 bagels both with scallion cream cheese waited 20 mins until I finally grew impatient and asked what’s the hold up. They said my order had been ready, I asked why no one said anything and was told “I don’t know”…. I was also in a rush so I was pretty upset at that. I get home to find out they did not even use scallion cream cheese (but charged me for it). Not good. I went here despite their horrible rating. This spot needs management bad.

Was told the cost was $8.70. The worker took my debit card and adjusted the cost down to $7.70. He then proceeded to tell me never come back again. Unheard of behavior addressing a customer for overcharging. I have been going to the store for more than 3 years and have spent in that time $1,500+. Also, I always throw money in the tip jar. With this behavior it may be best to take my business elsewhere. Would invite a discussion with the owner.
