Really great coffee, really great people. Try the oatmilk 👌🏻
Best filtered coffee in East coast and nice vibe.
Best in the Game!!! Amazing people, Amazing story, Amazing coffee.
My coffee cup never fails with Parlor's beans!
Beans for sale and hot coffee as well, the best in NYC
Damn good coffee and knowledgeable staff.
Good coffee. Not too acidic.
Delicious coffee and friendly, helpful staff
I'll never forget the cup of Ethiopia!
These guys know what they are doing here!
Best coffee on earth.
Nice roasting. Nice coffee.
Excellent coffee!
regards drop clear
Fantastic coffee and beans
Fantastic!
Finest coffee I've ever had. Phenomenal! Coffee is amazing, the people here are so passionate about everything to do with coffee (where they get their beans, how they roast, how they brew), and they are so cool about sharing their expertise and their love of great coffee. It's my favorite, and I've tried a lot of coffee.
Una sola visita fue suficiente para sentirme complacido, excelentes atenciones!
Loved it. The barista was extremely nice and the coffee is Smooth and very tasty. Love the pride they take in their sources and presentation
Amazing coffee. They do retail to the public, bit it is more a tasting room for bulk buyers, I think. Still, I got a pound of fantastic coffee.
Cupping was excellent and space was nice. Baristas and roasters were knowledgeable and friendly it was exceptional experience, and I'd recommend to my friends.
Excellent coffee beans that I was able to try at a local coffee shop
Open Sundays for tastings menu of fresh roasted coffees on rotation. Highly recommend!
If you are around when they are open, stop in! We enjoyed our coffee and everyone was extremely friendly (even nice to our kids!).
Delicious coffees, friendly staff. Great place to sit and pretend to like reading the news.
I’ve never been inside, but I buy the beans. Wallabout is very good.
Nice tasty full flavor it’s a good level of coffee
A coffee roastery, a 4-hour tasting room and a piece of art. Not trendy or fancy, but very minimalism, straightforward and sincere. People there knows how to let the beans shine. They don’t only pour a nice latte art, but also carry a great conversation, from which I can feel their passion about coffee. 8oz square boxed beans is just the right amount for me. It is a little bit pricy than other roastery, however premium paid for the high quality, and it’s good to support small business!
My favorite coffee delivered to my door! I live in California but visit New York often. I first had this cup of coffee at Petee's Pies on Myrtle and loved it so much I signed up for a monthly subscription. Now I start my day with the best cup of coffee at home. I look forward to seeing whats in my box every month and I can say, I've never been disappointed. The exquisite subtle flavors are delicious and I'm so enjoying being able to add them to my morning ritual on the West coast.
Great coffee, filter and espresso. Ford at the bar is fun to talk to. No pretentiousness or elitism unlike many other roasteries in New York. Great experience.
The coffee here is nothing short of extraordinary. Highly recommend going in and grabbing a bag! You won't regret it.
Permanently closed. This place was amazing for a weekend cup of coffee, but according to the sign on the door they are permanently closed to the public. Worst news of 2022 so far.
Nice little coffee shop, dont expect to spend more than 10 minutes there without wanting to

First time in here and have been purchasing their coffee from a local cafe. It was nice to go to the source. Found people to be super friendly and super knowledgeable! Walked away with a couple boxes of beans and had a couple cups while we were there. So cool to be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of a roaster while drinking the fruits of their labor.
My number 1, go to, local coffee roaster. Super fresh, the beans I usually pick up were either roasted that morning or 1-2 days before. The crew are super friendly and knowledgeable. Selections include coffee mostly from South America and Africa, with information about the independent farms and farmers readily available. Inside the tasting room they've cultivated a really relaxed and cozy vibe where you can see the coffee roasting process while enjoying a cup. Highly recommended for any coffee lovers or anyone passing through the neighborhood.
Heard about them online and decided to check it out! Unfortunately we didn't do enough research and hadn't realized that they're no longer open to public post-covid. The folks there were super friendly however, and directed us to Headfi across the road which did serve their coffee, albeit only as espressos. Still a lovely cup! The latte had a beautiful and delicate caramel and jam tone to it, and the cortado was like dark chocolates with stewed blackcurrant. Although some sites have them listed as an espresso roaster, they actually do omniroasts, which is great to know!
I went to coffee festival and tried their coffee. When I was going to purchase the beans they ran out of it. They told me to leave my address and they sent me the exact beans I want in 2 days!! Free of charge! Or maybe they just forgot to ask me in pay during the festival. Anyway, I love the beans and this is great service.
Amazing coffee, and really nice people. Go here on Sunday at noon for a free cupping - they'll teach you the process if you've never done it, and you get to try all of the beans they're currently roasting. There were about 10 when I went. After the cupping, you can buy your favorite beans freshly roasted and/or get espressos, pour-overs, and coffee gear.
Parlor is insane! Always without a doubt some of the finest coffees; ALWAYS high quality we trust! We also love that the coffees are uniquely sourced by them! (Bonus). Then to top it all off, they're super helpful and friendly 😊👍👍
For a full-on coffee geekery with perhaps surprisingly friendly to newbies hosts, come here for public cupping at noon on Sundays and Mondays (They stay open till 4.) Recently rated the best roaster in NYC by some magazine.
My favorite coffee shop here in NC uses Parlor beans exclusively for espresso. Definitely in my rotation now that I have my own machine. Cheers!
Parlor Coffee is a great secret little coffee shop. So secret that they are only open for 4 hours a week, on Sunday only. The coffee is no doubt amazing, some of the best ever. What brought me to Parlor was not the coffee though, it was a Youtube clip of a coffee tasting featuring one of their workers wearing a fantastic engineer's jacket. I want that jacket, although I cannot seem to find it online. So one Sunday I trolleyed over to Parlor, to search for said jacket. Unfortunately Dillon wasn't there, but I did get a lead on where to get the jacket.
Great brew, nice little walk up street side service. We got some Russ and daughters and then came here for a coffee and ate on the sidewalk tables. Very enjoyable
This is the only coffee to get in the surrounding areas of Ft. Greene, Navy Yard, and Clinton Hill, in my opinion. It’s a tasting room, and hours are limited, but it’s worth popping in whenever you can for a generous sample, and to chitchat with passionate, unpretentious coffee folks who get that brighter and cleaner is better.
Highly recommended. Great coffee. Perfectly roasted. Packaged with a lot of small details that makes all of the difference!

The vibe at this coffee place was a bit on the pretentious side because the gentleman who was working the counter was talking about coffee in an exclusive and not inclusive manner. My boyfriend felt immediately uncomfortable even though he really loves coffee. He doesn't like to be told how he should like his coffee. he prefers to tell you how he'd like his coffee. Coffee is very subjective and certainly something you should have the way you want. We persisted and he enjoyed a double espresso but he was happy to get out of there. This is a good spot for people who really want to talk about and taste subtleties in coffee. It's filled with bags of coffee from all over and smells wonderful!

SKIP THIS COFFEE SPOT IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. Don’t come here if you just wanna grab a cup of coffee. One staff here only and the staff might ignore your order and keep talking to other customers. And the coffee is really JUST OKAY. Not worthy the wait.
It appears they don't sell anything to walk in customers from this location. And it doesn't look like anyone in the Navy Yard market across the street serves Parlor coffee. It's unclear that Head Hi across the street does because it's closed Mondays so I can't find out.

The costumer service is very very very disrespectful
Tried the Columbia Los Angeles and didn't like it at all. I brewed many different ways with different Temps, different grind settings, and lacked of flavors, any kind of quality. It was sour and undrinkable!!!
