We worked with Pheasant to cater and serve food at our Engagement Party this past weekend, and had an incredible experience from start to finish. I coordinated with Krista, who was very patient and helpful as we picked our menu and went back and forth to ensure we stayed on budget. Our party was this past Saturday, and I have to say how impressed we were with both the food and the service! Everything was incredible, and several of our guests told us how good everything tasted (one of them even went up to try to snag the hummus recipe, another one is a chef himself and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was). On top of that, our servers, Jeremy and Taylor, were very on top of keeping the the place clean, our self pour bar area fully replenished for our guests, and they even served the dessert we got elsewhere. The presentation of the food was very nice. We had some leftovers and several of us were dying to pack them up to enjoy later. 10/10 amazing job. We definitely recommend Pheasant to anyone planning an event! :)

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. My husband and I celebrated our wedding last weekend (11/15), and Pheasant made our catering dreams come true. From the moment we connected, we knew they would execute our vision. Coming from a culinary background myself, I was blown away by the quality of the food, the presentation, and the depth of flavor in every bite. From the passed canapés to the main course, you’re in for a ride of seasonal freshness and bold, thoughtful cooking. I’m still dreaming about the short rib entrée and the pinwheel lasagna appetizer. We worked with Krista, who was so lovely that I genuinely want her to be my real-life friend. She listened to every detail, took notes on everything we said, and made suggestions that fit our vision and flavor profiles perfectly—and then brought it all to life beautifully. The owners, Cat and her husband (the chef), were so warm and made us feel secure and taken care of throughout the entire process. We also had a stunning Tuscan table during cocktail hour that was cost-efficient but totally elevated the space without doing too much (highly recommend!). If you’re looking for top-tier service and unforgettable food, look no further. And please invite me so I can relish in that delicious experience again. :)

I can’t say enough kind things about Krista, Lola and the whole pheasant team. From the moment I reached out, Krista was accommodating, quick to respond and creative in helping me figure out how to stay in budget while still providing the best experience for my guests. The tasting was so much fun! Food quality was really important to us, as my husband and I both love food and love to cook. And the food is actually really good - a rarity for catered food in my experience. Lola + crew executed our event flawlessly and I didn’t have to worry about a think day of. Would highly recommend Pheasant for catering. We used them for a wedding party held at our home. I was skeptical about having caterers in our house, taking over our smallish home kitchen on such a busy day with many people in a tight space, but the staff were extremely professional, courteous, and outright kind. The food was beyond wonderful, and the presentation stunning. The head office worked with us to accommodate the menu we wanted. Chefs and waiters alike were wonderful. My expectations were surpassed. Family and friends could not stop talking about the food after the event!

Pheasant is a top tier catering team. Working with them on the menu for our wedding was a fun and easy process and the end result was a beautiful and delicious dinner and hors d'oeuvres people were clamoring to scarf down. Through a relaxed and inviting tasting and a collaborative development process, the team at Pheasant used their unique ability to interpret our palette and vision and executed on that in unexpected ways. Have you ever heard of terrine or gazpacho passed plates? Neither had I but they were show stoppers! Their staff served dinner like they were michelin-trained and all of our guests swooned over the food. In a place like New York, where the bar is set high for dining, Pheasant delivers.
