I've always liked this place but the food was always decent, never amazing. I don't know if they overhauled the menu, changed chefs or what, but the food is now really frigging good. Nice to see a place up their game
A TRUE NEIGHBORHOOD GEM!!! The atmosphere is unique and the menu offers so many options. From wings and burgers to pasta and meat entrées, you can never go wrong. The service is always great. This place never upsets. I always look forward to coming back!
First place my boyfriend ever took me to for dinner! Salty Dog will always have a special place in my heart besides that the atmosphere is great, burgers are delicious as well as their desserts. My favorite is the firehouse pasta 😋 and the staff there is super friendly and down to earth! Always good vibes there..
Very cool place, they pour beer straight from the fire hydrant)) so many screens, so u won't miss any game. And prices are just so low for this nice Brooklyn area! Tasty food and beer. Definitely coming back!
The Salty Dog is my favorite restaurant in Bay Ridge. It doesn't make sense that they have so many different dishes on the menu and they're all delicious but that is absolutely the case. I highly recommend their penne vodka; I was actually sad after I finished eating and had none left...I've been thinking about it since. My family and friends have had parties here as well as casual dining and we've all been happy every time. Definitely stop by if you get the chance!
One of all-time favorites in my hood! The food is consistently delicious and fresh. Unique cocktails like coconut margaritas make you swoon. Perfect burgers and sliders, best in Bay Ridge.
Can't go wrong at Salty Dog. The food is just always top notch. The staff is friendly. The place is a neighborhood staple for a reason. 😁
Came here for a party a friend was having. We had a really great time! The food was delicious, drinks were cold, wait staff was friendly and very fast. Loved the decor, really felt at home here. Will definitely come back again!
Great neighborhood local . I’ve been frequenting this spot as far back as I remember. Sports on TV’s at every angle, good food, drinks and service. There is a bartender Chris and a waitress Vicky that treat you like family. My wife and kids agree 👍.
Despite being a non drinker, the atmosphere provides a relaxing environment for individuals looking to de-stress after work. I ordered wings, calamari, and mozzarella sticks. Each of the items were cooked fresh and served hot; the waiter even provided a free beverage on the house.
great service and great drunk people
This place never fails to amaze me. We went on a day it was so busy (rangers). There was one guy doing it all, cleaning the table, taking checks and giving top notch customer service. The host at the front was so friendly she sat us down as soon as possible. The food is phenomenal and the drinks are amazing. This place is on the top of my list!.
I'm a Bay Ridge transplant from Eastern Long Island. I knew nothing of the area when I got here 10 years ago. That's how long I've been going to Salty for. I love it. Wonderful atmosphere for watching any sporting event or just grabbing dinner. The staff is great and the food is sneaky good. I love Brooklyn Buffalo sauce. Even if I do move from Bay Ridge, I will come back for Salty. Thankful this place is right around the corner. Let's Go Rangers!
I come here several times a week and have never left without having a great experience. The environment in it of itself is tremendous with a very polite staff to add to it. The decor is tremendous as well as it gives a very Brooklyn feel to the bar. It is clear to see that they care about their customers and their neighborhood, and are also very patriotic, which is quite refreshing to see compared to other places. The food is outright quality and they have delicious specials at a good price, in particular the steak for two. You can tell the staff is trained well as I usually do not go long without being attended to. In particular, John, is phenomenal. He is very friendly and does his part to make the regulars feel at home. He is just the best. Overall 5 star review for this neighborhood staple. Best experience in the area as far as bars go. Needless to say, John Taffer couldn’t run a bar this well.
A wonderful, firehouse themed, locally owned joint that has both a bar area and a dedicated restaurant area. The food is excellent, I'd say above average for this type of place. It has an excellent kids menu - but don't over-order. They give the kids a huge amount of food... But I'd guarantee, even the picky eaters will eat from the kids menu. Excellent place. If you're in Bay Ridge, it's absolutely worth a stop. You will not be disappointed. Update on 2/6/2024: Google asked me to update my review... Not much different to say! Our family loves this place and our two little girls (now 5 and 7) ASK to come here... That's how good the kids menu is! One point of improvement I'd like to see their kitchen open a little later. Even if only midnight or 1am... And not even a full menu open... Just bar bites and burgers maybe. Those of us who get out of work at 11pm would love a good late night spot to grab a quick dinner and drink on the way home. Still love this place... Even if they don't take my suggestion.
Went for a party and stayed for a basketball game! Great vibes! Nice open air feel to the place and just a great time.
Memories in this place ❤️. Updated clean food is great for bar food, fresh and service is friendly and efficient. Brought the family early we all had a good time
Oh my gosh, their Buffalo wings, as well as their BBQ Whiskey wings, are absolutely delish!! Good amount of food, and truly enjoy them anytime I eat them.
Old school bar. A lot of space and TV’s everywhere. The bartenders are super nice and I don’t feel uncomfortable to go there alone. Everyone seems so nice and welcoming, even the costumers! They have a life music too. Chicken wings are amazing, and also they have a pretty big selection of burgers
What a fun spot in Bay Ridge! A friend and I were bike riding on a gorgeous Sunday and made our way all the way down from Gowanus and found this absolute gem on 3rd ave. Very nice patrons, friendly staff, and enough tvs that if there's a sport you like, it's likely on one of the screens. 10/10 will be back again very soon.
Had their guac n chips .. chips was fresh to perfection . Had a plant based burger and man oh man..it was delish ! Was alone and ate for 2 ppl .. enjoyed the holiday presence. It was quiet just how I would like .. my only ehh is the lemonade drink that tasted more like flavored water with lemon . Nonetheless enjoyed my food 😋 ☺
This place rocks. So many TV’s, the food is great, prices are fair, atmosphere is welcoming.
I can’t express how wonderful my dad’s celebration of life went. The Salty Dog exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing - not your average bar food. The staff was courteous, friendly, empathetic, super sweet and attentive. Debbie and the staff made sure I had everything I needed for a beautiful memorial. Everyone kept telling me how everything was wonderful and that my dad would have been so proud. Thank you Salty Dog for helping me host a special event. 💖💖💖
Had a great evening at Salty Dog! The burger was delicious , the chicken wrap was even better , the service was friendly and attentive. Loved the atmosphere—perfect spot to unwind and enjoy good food.
Once again, a great experience. We had our work dinner there, it hard to go out with a group and then try to workout the bill. I asked if we could do a set menu, with a pet person price and it was perfect.we had Brooklyn buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks and chips with guac and salsa, then Cesar salad, penne vodka, chicken franchise and steak sandwiches, everything was delicious. Our drinks were amazing, french martini, Tennessee lemonade, you name it! They are always so accommodating. Decorated so nice for Christmas! Thank you again for a great night!
After a funeral session for my uncle, this was my uncle's favorite place to go. Xnd it was a perfect place to go after this sad day. Food was excellent and the servers were on point. No wonder this was the place my family picked and my uncles fav👍🏽 I agree, one of my favs as well!!!
Great place for burgers and they're kid-friendly.
Salty Dog is a pretty solid spot! The service was absolutely fantastic – super attentive and friendly. The atmosphere also gets full marks, it's a really great place to hang out. The food was good, enjoyable but not quite reaching those top-tier levels. Overall, a really positive experience, especially if you value great service and a lovely setting!
Celebrated my grandson's 1st birthday there on Saturday. Food , service and atmosphere were outstanding. Thank you John for a wonderful afternoon!!!
I always enjoy coming to Salty Dog—whether I’m watching a game, grabbing food and drinks with friends, or attending a party. The drinks are always ice-cold, with a great selection of draft beers, and the food is consistently delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I was recently there watching football with a group of friends and had Jason as our waiter, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was attentive, efficient, and very personable, which made the experience even better. Salty Dog is definitely a favorite of mine, and I always look forward to coming back!
Not just a neighborhood bar. Really solid food. From burgers to pasta, across the menu. Great atmosphere.
The Salty Dog Bar in Brooklyn is one of my favorite go-to spots after work. The food is always great — fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Whether you’re just grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, their menu never disappoints. The atmosphere is excellent — relaxed yet lively, with a mix of locals and friendly staff that make you feel welcome every time. I usually stop by with a colleague to grab a beer or two, enjoy some good food, and have a few laughs. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The drinks are well-priced, the service is solid, and the overall vibe keeps me coming back. If you’re looking for a comfortable Brooklyn spot with great food, cold beer, and a friendly atmosphere, The Salty Dog Bar definitely deserves a visit. Just a small room for improvement in service speed during peak hours, but overall, it’s a solid experience!
Incredible burgers and service! Thank you so much to the salty dog crew for making my dads birthday special and helping us to surprise him and setting up the cake 🎂 my whole family really appreciated the amazing care and hospitality our waitress showed us 💗 The food was also amazing! My dad had the smash burger special with the caramelized onions and I had the salty dog burger and their special burger sauce was DIVINE! They also have liquid cheese for the cheese fries which was phenomenal 😍😍😍 🧀
The unexpected quality made this random choice a great one. You'll appreciate the clean, well-illuminated dining area. I developed relationships with these workers, who are all excellent and uncommonly kind. The dishes achieve top scores. I suggest this place without hesitation.
Went there on a random Wednesday night and am so happy we did. The bartenders Jason and Rob were fantastic. They made sure to check in on us, made us delicious drinks and just created an overall great experience. We found out that it was Jason's first night bartending and were in surprised because he was probably one of the best bartenders we have had. They both made our night exceptional and fun! We will be back again because of them.
Hosted my sister’s bridal shower at the Salty Dog. Bay Ridge. The space was nothing short, but beautiful. The workers were sooooooo helpful! Especially Denise and Anna. Debra the owner was accommodating, communicative, and such a blessing. Would recommend this venue time and time again! Our guest were astonished at how gorgeous and spacious it was and the brick wall was a great accent wall! Can’t wait to host the baby shower here!
My Bridal shower was recently (today lol!) hosted at Salty Dog Bay Ridge , and it was truly a dream come true! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The service was outstanding — everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The food was absolutely delicious, and all my guests kept raving about it! The space itself is gorgeous, full of charm and such a warm, inviting atmosphere!!! I couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate such a special day! Thank you to the amazing team at Salty Dog for making my bridal shower an unforgettable experience! 🥹 also, I never ever write reviews but I was just so eager to do so for this place! Will happily be back :)
Great food, amazing burgers, and top-notch service. The food is absolutely delicious, and their burgers are especially impressive. I highly recommend trying the Salty Dog Burger — it’s packed with flavor and definitely a standout on the menu. The service here is excellent. From the moment you walk in, the staff acknowledges you and makes you feel welcome. They bring water right away and check in just enough to make sure you’re taken care of without being intrusive.
Overall a great place to stop in for a drink or a bite. The food is above average for bar fare with both typically indulgent options and healthier ones like salads and wraps with a variety of side choices. The salmon wrap was excellent! Very flavorful and not at all dry. service is spectacular and the atmosphere is friendly.
Great place ! The vibe here is amazing ! The staff is all around great and very welcoming !! The waiter was very cool and had answers to any questions we had. I got a cheese burger and fries with onion rings inside of it and it was very good as well. There black cherry soda taste really good as well. The menu has alot of options ! The live music was so good the crowd didn't want them to leave. I was there to watch the basketball game and didn't have a problem at all ! TVs everywhere !! Definitely will be returning ! Thank you for a all around great experience ! 🙏
You know who makes a great Brunch?!? Salty Dog Bar and Restaurant !!! They have televisions showing games OUTSIDE (the volume isn't distracting, however, if you prefer a T.V. - free outing), their entire regular menu + wonderful Brunch menu are both available (Including their awesome DRINK SPECIAL... 2 Hours BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH COCKTAILS... Bloody Mary, Red Sangria, Mimosa, or Bellini $20) they have ample Socially Distanced seating & their servers are always CREAM OF THE CROP professional & courteous. Kid friendly. Friend friendly. Date friendly. Go give them a try for Brunch... You will absolutely be VERY glad you did. Their food is really so great & sometimes slept on because people think it'll just be basic "Bar Food" when it's ANYTHING but!!!!!!!! Ask anybody who's been there... Go once & you'll probably become a regular!!!!!!!!
My first time there. I ordered the Buffalo wings and Sliders. The wings were just the way I like them. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I had the mild sauce with them. And the sauce was just that. Mild. The sliders I ordered with bacon. They were pretty good too. All in all, a pleasurable experience. Will return.
The first time I came to this place, I felt offended by the wait time. I was there for 45 mins, only had my drink order taken, and watched as a table was set up for a family and their order taken before mine, I was sitting by the door. I decided to give this place another chance. The food was decent and although the wait time was a little better, but still rather long. The variety of the menu will bring me back though. The fact they had High Life available is also a bonus for me (it is the champagne of beers after all).
I was there to support the Memorial Day charity event. It was a beautiful day, great turnout! Didn't eat, sorry cannot tate the food, only the bar service, which was good during such a high volume event!
This place usually I visit when super hungry. In the menu they have section of burgers. My favorite burger is Sloppy Dog burger (hope wrote the name correct🤦🏽♂️) it comes with Philly cheesesteak and big onion rings inside the burger and more things. Worth it the money which they ask for it. Size of burger Huuuuuge.
Haven't been inside this place in yrs, I order from them regularly though, not much has changed in the yrs with this place. Same great food and same great service. Just avoid the place when sport events are going on, it can get rowdy. I order from them regularly and the food is always fresh, never had any issues with delivery either. Definitely hit them if your in the neighborhood or ordering. You won't be disappointed.
I've been a customer there on and off for years. I went there recently and was pleased to see that the staff has, for the most part, remained the same. The food is good and the menu is pretty substantial for such an establishment. The bar is the heart of this place and it gets a bit noisy, especially on a Friday afternoon (teachers love the place) but the food is worth it. I'm not a drinker so I can't speak to the bar aspect but I recommend the restaurant.
Good food, my 8 year old likes the noise of the many TVs playing sports and the music in the background. They have a kids menu and the food and speed are . Good lunch place for kids/family. Good place to watch MLB.
Came here after a round at dyker golf. They have a decent beer selection on tap. I had the wings and sliders. The food was a lot better than average bar food. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area.
Nice environment. Good vibes, decent finger food and definitely more of an older crowd during the weekdays. If your in the neighborhood and want ro check out a bar this is a good one. I came here maybe a good 7 years ago on the weekend and this place was packed wall to wall ( younger crowd) , but that was 7 years ago.
Layout/atmosphere *Old converted firehouse with firefighter paraphernalia; bar area with high tables; about 20 TVs; tables and booths in the back Service *Fine Food/drink *Four Alarm Chili (slow cooked Angus short rib with classic chili sauce & melted cheddar cheese) - Good; meat cooked properly; some spice but not overwhelming; not served at scalding hot temperature *Combo Sampler (buffalo wings, potato skins, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks & jalapeno poppers) - Good
This place good for gathering with friends and watch some of the ball games. I usually get wings, fries and beer. They have family atmosphere and prices are good. Time to time it gets loud but other than that they have good service and friendly employees. Almost forget the mention interior decor, I’m loving it…
The large bar/restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They have a wide variety of menu items including soup, sandwiches, wraps, appetizers and entrees. Drinks include alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. I ordered the Salty Dog cheeseburger that is accompanied with a generous amount of french fries, pickle and cole slaw. Nice place to watch sporting events with large television monitors throughout the bar/restaurant. The bar/restaurant is the former location of the Brooklyn Dodger bar/restaurant.
Stopped by during the pandemic and was pleasantly surprised by the complete adherence to the new safety standards. The staff promptly checked our temperatures and we registered as per Health Department codes. We shared fried calamari, house BLT with aioli sauce and an order of boneless chicken wings. Very good all around.
This was my first experience at the Salty Dog. It is such a nifty place. Love that they kept the whole firehouse look since the location was originally a firehouse. Food and service was great. My waiter was very friendly and attentive as well as the other staff I interacted with. Prices I feel are extremely reasonable for this area. I had the Penne and Chicken A La Vodka which was creamy and very tasty. I will definitely be back. I really have to try the wings I keep hearing about. 😊
I visited this location yesterday and must say it's a very nice place. Very cozy and intimate, good for couples, didn't really get a kid vibe. The menu is straight to the point not to complicated. The burgers range from about 10 bucks and up depending on the type of meat used. The sides and toppings is where it becomes pretty tricky. The toppings are all 1.50 a piece so no matter what you get it's a buck and two quarters. This makes the bill add up quick. Overall I'll visit again because the food was delicious, however not for a while at the cost of those toppings!! SN: I'm either petty honest or cheap or maybe I'm all three! Xoxo Happy Eating
Very hard to park ur car. Good variety of hard drinks. Very bustling place. Perhaps under staffed.
Reuben had no Russian dressing on it, chicken fingers dried out, pickle and coleslaw were hot (gross). Asked for fries well done-nope. And was 35 minutes later than was told. Sorry but honest.
This place is interesting but much rough play at times. Might not be safest place to chill. (2017) Updated review from 6 years ago.....gave this place a second try under protest. My daughter was thirsty for water and never got it. My friend was discriminated against due to her service animal not being allowed initially to stay. After some understanding of the law, we were allowed to stay. But at that point no one felt invited but rather tolerated so we left...I'll try it again in another 6 years unless convinced to go sooner and I'll adjust the review. The waiter was not friendly. (2023)
I went here for the first time last night. We came from Staten Island to see friends in Brooklyn. The atmosphere was great and we were having a good time. The service was great as well. The food was okay but didn’t ruin the experience. When we got the bill, that’s when it was shocking. House tequila sodas were labeled as using “512 Anejo” and were $19 each. When questioning why they were so expensive when no top shelf tequila was requested we were just told “it would be no different, that’s the base price for tequila.” So now house tequila is the same price as patron? Tito’s seltzers were also ordered and they only came to $13 each. I’m just not understanding how house tequila can be more than Tito’s vodka. $19 is way too over priced for a “bar & grill”. One last funny complaint, that didn’t bother me but while I’m here… all the tvs were college football and not one tv was showing baseball. It would have been nice to watch the Mets game.
I remember this place going back over 20 years ago. I used to love this place, everything was on point. Now it's ok, atleast when it comes to the dinner crowd and atmosphere. After dinner the place turns into a full bar, and it becomes a disaster. Alot of trashy people swarm in, with plenty of fights that go down. It's ashame, some of this is do to the neighborhood's demographic change in Bayridge now. So I can't completely fault the establishment.
It's not a bad spot. Only problem is they accidentally imported their prices and service from midtown Manhattan when they're located in nobody cares Staten Island. 12$ for a drink, $10 for beer, $20 for wings, apparently they think they're inside Yankee stadium or something equally insane.
We ordered food and a couple of drinks for the game. There was a country band playing for most of the duration of the stay super loudly. But people seemed into it. The food was your typical bar food. Not the best, not the worst. Service was mediocre. They cheeked in on us, and were nice when they did. Just kind of slow. Had a pleasant experience overall.
Their wings are the reason my friends and I decided to give this place another try even after the first bad experience with the staff, the wings are pretty good. The drinks left something to be desired. The staff that waited on us left a bad taste in our mouths when they started complaining of the tip left by one of the people who left, while there was a good number of us still placing orders. We were not done, but after the scene we had to endure we certainly are done with this place for good.
So I haven't ordered from Salty Dog for quite some time, so was looking forward to a good meal. Ordered around 650p, app says est delivery time at 740p, actual arrival was 815ish. Delivery guy immediately apologized profusely when opened the door saying how busy things were, I told him no worries I get it. Now I understand why he was quick to apologize, and almost run down the hall when leaving - food was pretty much COLD. We had 1 small order of boneless chicken wings, & what came was something that looked like maybe a dozen pebbles in a tin - gone are the days of meaty sized boneless chicken strips, even if cut in half I guess. The burger that came barely had fries (guess they stopped using steak fries), and all of it was cold. Ever have cold fries - then you'll understand. So at the end of the day, we spent $30+ for cold food. I get busy. I get even downsizing portions served. But to deliver ice cold food - completely unacceptable. If there are too many deliveries, get more help. There is a disconnect somewhere and unfortunately the customer suffers because of it. Suffice it to say, it'll be a long while, again, until I ever order (or eat in) at Salty Dog again. That's too bad too.
Terrible service. If you are not good at being a waitress don't be one. Had this short lady, such a careless person and was content with mediocrity. Don't do that, people go out to have a pleasant experience. My bar is not even that high. First don't have it go 15 min before you ask the person for their order. Once you get the order, get it right. If you don't get it right, apologize and see how you can fix the problem. Sometime throughout the service towards the middle hopefully go to the customer and ask if they want something or just check up on them. At least ask once. When you see the customer finished eating take the initiative to go over there and ask is there anything else you would like suggest a dessert maybe and if none than offer the check. Is that difficult? If being a waitress is not your first choice in life doesn't mean you shouldn't try to be good at it. You should try cause it's your job and the business you work for are depending on you to represent them properly. Stay at it do well at it until you find the job you finally want to do. Your character is being represented. I tried to be good at everything I got paid to do and sometimes things I didn't get paid for. If I couldn't be good at it I simply quit. I probably won't go to this establishment ever again because it's not worth my time and hard earned money. Save yourself the time as well if you're looking for aomething descent.
Don’t understand why they even offer delivery orders As many others have said it’s a terrible experience I tried it for first time this evening, order sat for 2 hours and then they canceled with no explanation Pathetic, avoid and don’t waste your time
I was putting my son to sleep and ordered dinner to the house. This person bangs on the door and yells at my husband about a tip that I forgot. He went to get money to give him (because we made a mistake) and the guy delivering the food yells at my husband telling him that he knows what kind of people we are. What kind of person does that when delivering food? It was an honest mistake. Have been going to this place since I was a child. Never again. Won’t be giving them business and will tell my neighbors what horrible people work there. Disgusting.
STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE BOOKING A PARTY!! We rented a party room at Salty Dog and paid in-full, in advance, for all 40 people in our group. Food and drinks were decent. At the end of the night, after most of us had left, Salty Dog staff cornered a couple people in our party and demanded an additional gratuity of 20%. It was a shakedown! Seriously, who does that?? And who doesn't include gratuity in the upfront cost? Just the Salty Dog. STAY AWAY!!
It's crazy that we're in 2024 and in the most diverse city in the country, and in particular Bay Ridge where tens of thousands of Arabs live and own businesses, yet you still get bad service and weird looks just because you're not like them, you're not white. It really breaks my heart.
I walked in at 3PM on a Wednesday, got several strange looks from folks sitting at the bar. That’s weird, I thought. I sat myself and I am not joking when I say it was nearly 20 minutes before somebody even looked at me to say hello. 4-5 staff were wandering around behind the bar not doing anything in particular, and even looked lost or bored at times (plenty of time to look at their phones,) but I couldn’t get a hello. Once somebody finally decided to come talk to me, I ordered a beer and asked for a food menu. Nobody ever came back to check on me even though I had told them I wanted to order. In the hour and a half I was there, somebody spoke to me only twice: once so I could order and once at the end, long after I would have had time to eat, so I could pay. I heard some regulars saying it might be closing soon. I can see why.
I start with that it’s my first visit and probably the last one, the food maybe great and the beer is cold but I couldn’t check it, I came over with my GF and we took a table in the front of the bar , the time is 6:45 pm and the place is not busy, I waited for 20 minutes and no one approached us, 3 waitress and 2 bartenders passed by with no action, the we decided to move to the back where is dining area and waited for another 10 minutes with complete ignorance from the waitress. So we left and went to Skinflints that it’s one block away.
We usually come here as a group, but the service has been consistently rude and unhelpful. This time, we were a group of 5 (out of 7 expected), and they made us wait over an hour even though there were plenty of free tables. They offered no solutions, no flexibility, and showed zero interest in making the experience enjoyable. Instead of trying to accommodate, they were dismissive and ignorant. Definitely not how you treat returning customers.
I went there on February 12,2025 and the people there including the employees doesn't seem to mind there own business. I look around the bar and I see people staring at us like they never seen a mix couple. This is the first time I felt uncomfortable at a restaurant/bar before. Me and my boyfriend went there just to have a couple of drinks and we were just kissing and our server came over and put out his hand over neck and said guys don't do that. What's wrong with us kissing while drinking? Like you guys never seen anyone kissing before. I know this is a bar and restaurant. The food is alright. We spend over $100 just for 6 drinks and small boneless wings and we still get evil stares. We didn't want to stay there any longer so we left. Like seriously you guys should really mind your own business and we are a paying customers not homeless people that we cant afford the bill. Now I understand why it's called salty dogs.
⸻ We had a really disappointing experience here. We were left waiting for over an hour even though there were clearly tables available. The reason? The full crew wasn’t there—just two people short, but instead of seating us, they made us wait without any explanation or apology. To make things worse, when we finally got seated, someone else had already been sitting at our reserved table. The staff was rude, unorganized, and completely clueless. The whole experience felt chaotic and uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back.
This place is a complete disaster. The service is beyond terrible—I’d rate it -100 if I could. They treat customers like they don’t matter at all. We had a reservation, but they still made us wait over 40 minutes while tables were clearly available. No apology, no explanation—just pure disrespect. And here’s the worst part: if you’re an immigrant or don’t “look” a certain way, prepare to be treated like you’re not even human. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and downright hostile. Out of every place in the city, this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. Avoid it at all costs.
food is disgusting. Staff are super rude. dirty glasses.
