Best tacos in Park Slope, hands down. Don’t even bother eating Mexican food anywhere else unless you want to go down the road to Sunset Park. The birria soup is the best in Brooklyn! I will defend that statement with my life. It is pretty spicy though so definitely not for people who can’t handle spice but it’s sooo tasty. The tacos de lengua are also to die for.
Some of the best Tacos in Brooklyn. They are open super late which is helpful for anyone who works late or simply has the late night munchies. I recommend calling in advanced so your order is ready by the time you get there.
I've had a lot of tacos, here, in California, and in Mexico. These are legit some of the best. The Chicken Tinga and Birria are incredibly righteous. Very good value too. Love this truck.
Amazing variety of tacos and other mexican dishes. We order from here at least 2 x a week and my staff loves it! The red orange hot sauce is to die for! Their shrimp and campechano tacos are amazing and very flavorful! Wish they were closer to me vs ordering on doordash.
These are hands-down the BEST tacos in the neighborhood! Lengua, cabeza, and campechano are my top picks—absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
Incredible food truck, friendly service, my favorite burrito in Brooklyn.
Phantom Wave loves the tacos and burritos here 🌮🌯👍
Can't get enough of their carnitas tacos and horchata. I order all the time. It's hard to find good pork tacos in this neighborhood that still includes the fatty pieces. Wish they would put their corn on UBEREATS
A must-try! I've been many times for vegetarian tacos, tostada, and nachos. All great, and I'll def go here again. High quality, delicious, open late, and order taker is super nice. They seem to automatically give two little ramekins of hot sauce, so if you don't want it (I'd say skip it), ask.
Speedy late night delivery. These guys know what they’re doing. The food was high quality, flavorful, and generously portioned. The chips in my nachos were still crispy when they arrived! My partner ordered 3 small tacos with chorizo, Tinga, and grilled chicken.
My go to taco truck! Good prices and amazing tacos. Meat is good quality and quick service. Can also make orders over the phone so wait time is decreased to 0. Check them out!! I love their spicy chicken tacos, regular chicken tacos, and their birria taco + consommé
Solid place for a late night drunk ‘dilla. Their al pastor tacos have to be the best I’ve ever eaten. I mean it. Better than any brick and mortar. For a brief moment I transcended time and space and saw my dead father who gave me a thumbs up as I ate these tacos. There is magic here.
Really awesome spot for late night tacos! Everything on the menu is delicious and dare I say some of the best tacos I’ve had in NYC. Super fresh and seasoned perfectly. If that’s not enough of a reason to convince everyone to try this taco truck, then I should mention that 4 tacos are only $10. Can’t beat those prices. Truly a hidden gem. Don’t walk, run to try them.
I've ordered from this place on door dash non stop for the past couple of weeks. The tacos are soooo good. It has that classic NY Taco Truck taste that I grew up on! Never had a bad order, even when ordering late. Stuff is always packaged and placed well. They definitely take a lot of pride in their food. Oh and the Horchata from here is literally amazing, you gotta have it.
These tacos hit like CRACK in the 90s. Got the Birria tacos, fish tacos and some chips and guacamole and I can die in peace now. You will not be disappointed!
This is my fav Birria spot so far. As far I’ve tried their birria tacos, birria soup (consume), elote, steak tacos, & steak tostadas. The consume is SPICY & delicious. Their red sauce is actually spicy too, it’s disappointing when I go to a spot & the sauces don’t live up to the flavors. The birria tacos are full of FLAVORSSSSSSSSSS !!! I wish the tortilla was more crisp but I can overlook that since the birria is sooooooo flavorful. Their steak is well seasoned. I also love that they’re open late
I knew what to expect when I ordered delivery from Tacos El Brother because I've had them on site when visiting Young Ethel's. Delivery did not disappoint! six different types of tacos, enough hot sauce and lime for everything, and a free 2L manzana soda thrown in. The best tacos are not the most obvious on the menu, but I can't recommend tacos de lengua enough to you. They're perfect! Rivaled only by ones I've had in Jalisco. I'll keep coming back for more.
Outstanding tacos. The small size is still packed with meat. Recommend the suadero and tinga. Great value and I’d rate them above other taco trucks in the area in taste, while also being slightly cheaper.
Love the food. Everything is well made and delicious. Always consistently good. Always a winner
Great tacos, food was ready fast and it’s hard to beat the hours. I’ll be back!
Obtained and fully enjoyed a large birria taco and a large al pastor taco with a delicious (albeit slightly sweeter than expected) Jamaica agua fresca. Fast service :) I wish there were more benches in the neighborhood where you could sit and enjoy these delicious tacos!

Been coming to this taco truck since last year, after the gym a nice burrito with chips and guacamole are a great combo. The food is mind blowing, the service is amazing as well. The atmosphere is great, however I highly recommend just eating in your car or taking your food home. There are some folks who do eat outside of the truck and it kills the vibe a bit but highly recommended. Plus they use Venmo and Zelle so what do you got to lose
Nicest ppl. Best service. Incredible authentic tacos. I order from here regularly and will always come back.
Hands down best Mexican food I’ve had in the city in 15 years of living here. Delivery is insanely fast, ingredients are fresh, no complaints
You may be reading this late(potentially very late). It may be 2am and you might be considering what is the best option for you. Not much is open; pickins are slim. I get that The food here is quite good, especially considering the hours and it being served from a food truck. I ordered the birria taco, carnitas and el pastor. Another review I read said the meat in their burrito was dry, but nonetheless, the 3 tacos I got were NOT dry, double wrapped, hot, and quite delicious. The places I usually order from when it’s past 1am were closed (halal truck on 6th with the fries or the burger place with the location “in” the name) - I planned on ordering earlier but I lost track of time and missed it. In perusing what might work, I didn’t have the most options to consider. Mexican sounded good so naturally, i honed in on that. In seeing this place pop up on my delivery app, I jumped to the maps app to see what reviews it had. As mentioned, there were a few reviews that could have discouraged me from ordering…I’m happy I didn’t fall for that trap because the 3 tacos I ended up getting were quite delicious and high quality relative to other tacos I’ve had, including ones ordered at “normal” times of the day. The food came quick, it seemed well prepared, it tasted fresh, it wasn’t too expensive (relatively speaking), and yeah - this place is great. I did order online so I can’t tell you why the full experience is like but like I said, if it’s late and you’re pondering if you should order tacos from this place, in my experience that’s a fantastic decision. Enjoy!

Excellent salsa verde! Ordered nachos de cabeza—very small portion and came cold. If you’re from Cali you’re likely going to be disappointed by this (I was..), I would go for something (tacos look good)!
Good, cheap taco truck with super fast delivery. You get what you pay for, nothing special but solid. Guacamole had too many tomatoes, portions were big.
I ordered the chicken nachos, steak tacos and Burris tacos. The chicken nachos were pretty standard, however it did come with a hefty amount of toppings which was appreciated. The steak tacos also tasted decent nothing new, I did like the green onion that it came with. The Birria taco was super good, it came with a lot of meat and I ordered consome on the side to go along with it. The only downside of the Birria was that the shell tasted stale. I also took a star off because usually the Birria comes with consome so I was confused that it did not. Also to add stuff onto tacos like cheese, guacamole etc would cost .50 or more each.
Solid Taco truck in Park Slope. The Carnitas are excellent along with their Cemitas. Bread is always fresh and they provide a hefty sandwich. Love that payment can be made with Venmo or Zelle

Great for a quick, cheap bite and been here many times. Good specifically for birria tacos, steak or al pastor only. Birria soup flavor is good despite little meat. Burritos & elotes are not good here, Horchata & arroz con leche is also bland/thinned out. They pretty much do a few solid tacos but the rest is meh.

The food here is usually fine, but last time I got the Birria quesadilla it was just so salty, like unbearably so. And to make matters worse they had given me a truly negligible amount of sour cream, I’m talking a smidgen. This marks the first time in my life I DID NOT finish my quesadilla. this experience had rocked me to my core and shook my faith in the Mexican people and their cuisine.
If you're coming here late at night be warned... My burrito tasted old and dry ...Maybe it was out for too long.. A disappointment. Late night options are limited ,so I gave it a try for the second time. The first time was also disappointing. I'm done.

Got 5 steak tacos for myself & 3 chicken 2 steak for my friend & we both got sick, he ate his first after purchase & shortly after threw up. I didnt think anything of it i assumed it was just a weak stomach or eating too fast, then i got home and ate mine & later went to sleep, in the middle of my Rest i felt so hot & had to get up to go to the restroom & immediately threw up, i was sick the whole Saturday night/sunday all day.. i usually buy food here & im consistent with my order but idk whats going on or if the meat was bad, but literally got food poisoning.
The food is good, I like the birria soup, but the workers have a bad attitude, especially the woman. No customer service training whatsoever. They should also get a better payment system like tap to pay or a card reader.
Pastor tacos were old and stale. The meat was dry as a bone like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and the corn tortillas were stale. The quesadillas were fine but will probably never order from here again

I've ordered from them and their second truck in Bay Ridge, but usually only tacos and not super often because they're not in my near vicinity. Lately, I've been on a chorizo plate KICK, let me tell you. My usual places are Tacos El Paisa and Tacos Lopez 2 (those are the best spots for chorizo in my area). Howeverrrrrr, their truck just popped up on my Grubhub with a crazy $10 off $15 deal. There was no way I was turning that up. Typically, I leave a request asking for the cold items included with the plate to either be put on the side or packed all together in smaller, separate container. Reason being that otherwise, they prepare your order and put guac, lettuce, crema and pico de gallo in a container full of hot meat, rice and beans-- and then it sits there waiting to be picked up. On top of it then also traveling with the courier while in transit. It gets soggy, the guac turns brown and warm, tomatoes mushy, it's a sensory thing for me. I also make sure to call before placing the order just to ask if it's okay (if it's a new spot) or to remind them (with my go tos). Their truck is in Park Slope and I'm in Midwood so it's AT LEAST a 20 minute drive. When I gave them a call, I spoke to the person in Spanish and explained exactly this. "I wanted to know if it's possible to pack the cold items from the plate separately so they don't get soggy during delivery?" I was genuinely taken so aback when he put me on hold and came back to say no. When I said, "Can I ask why? It's not like I'm asking for more food, and I live quite a bit away so I just want to make sure it doesn't get soggy," he put me on hold again. Then he comes back and says quite rudely "They said yes but we're only going to do it this time." I immediately just said forget it and decided not to continue with my order. My request was nothing out of this world. I wasn't asking for them to give me a bigger portion of greens and sides, I simply didn't want them shoved in a closed container full of hot items. I think that's pretty reasonable considering I've never had any issues with the same request when ordering elsewhere. If they had been a little nicer and more accommodating, they would've made a loyal customer out of me. I would understand if i was asking for something ridiculous like guacamole without onions. But that wasn't the case and so it doesn't matter if the food is good or not, a lack of *basic* customer service will forever and always be a deal breaker for me.
I’ve had great tacos here but the cemitas and burrito were terrible, raw onions and full leaves of cilantro is crazy.
Ordered chicken burrito. This is the worst burrito I've ever had. Not exaggerating, it was 90% rice, barely any beans/chicken/veg, The few stray pieces of chicken were dry and unmarinated, was like chewing on newspaper. The tortilla was half soggy, half stale. I had to pick out the meagre sprinkle of tomato chunks and sad lettuce slivers and throw them away because they were all grey and mushy. Forget about anything "fancy" like cheese or avo/guac. On top of that, the *chicken* burrito also had a few random bits of pork and beef, which I don't care about, but if you are strict about what meat you eat for medical or religious reasons etc., definitely don't eat here. With so many great Mexican options nearby, I don't know how this place stays in business. I guess because it's the only one open late at night so no competition? But even then I'd rather stay home and microwave a frozen Costco burrito for $3 than schlep to this truck and pay $12 for a soggy tortilla filled with rice and rotten vegetables.
Had fish tacos and Mexican sausage tacos... had stomach virus after. Won't ever order here again... Lost my appetite for 2 days and counting.
I am very hard to disappoint but when my burrito bowl al pastor was entirely pork fat, zero actual pork meat, I couldn't finish it. Must've been half a pound of pork fat, as if the meat had been cut off it. Vile
Racism at its best! I called and ordered 2 shrimp tacos. When I went to pay I told them I placed an order over the phone for two shrimps. The chubby lady making the food yelled “ two AH steak and two AH shrimp”! Now considering I’m a pescatarian I wouldn’t even mistakenly order steak. I’m guessing because I’m black maybe they believe I didn’t understand Spanish. The chubby lady stated in Spanish “ I don’t need their money if I don’t buy the steak I don’t buy nothing! They refused to serve me because I didn’t want to buy the steak supposedly
Wish I can put a -0 but I can’t possibly do that. I ordered four tacos. 2 chorizo & 2 cecina. Found not 1 hair on my tacos but TWO So disgusting. Never again. Hygiene needs to be done. *If you zoom in you can clearly see the hair on the lemon & inside the taco!!!!* 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
The food stinks! Not autentic Mexican food! Charge 3 times more for a left over tortilla, and a soup with non meat! My experience was really bad!! Very dirty place to eat!!
